Hotel Ross

I stayed at this hotel for 12 nights, and I can honestly say that the 2 staff were wonderful people, with the exception of other female receptionist. Every time I entered or left the hotel, she was sitting at the reception desk looking extremely unhappy,not even greeted once.During my check-out on Saturday, October 10, at 11:00 AM, despite informing her that I was in a hurry, she was busy chatting with someone else. I explained that I could not wait any longer and left my key at the reception, as the hotel had already been prepaid. At that point, she started shouting at me, saying, “You will have to wait!” in a rather threatening manner, seemingly trying to assert her authority. This experience genuinely upset me :( I gave the hotel 4 stars instead of 5 out of fairness to the other two wonderful staff I encountered — one female and one male — who were always cheerful, friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Apart from this isolated incident, you absolutely deserve a 5-star rating! Hotel Ross has a unique vibe and character that makes it stand out, and I truly appreciated that during my stay. I would also like you to know that I gave positive feedback about your hotel to my company when they specifically asked me about my experience(which is one of the largest companies in Schweinfurt), However, please remember that sometimes one unhappy,unpleasant and rude staff member can completely overshadow all the wonderful things a hotel has to offer. That being said, would I stay at your hotel again? Perhaps — if my disappointment fades with time. I sincerely hope that this feedback will be taken constructively, as Hotel Ross truly deserves to maintain the excellent reputation it has built.

Great restaurant experience! The atmosphere was warm and perfect for enjoying a meal. Service was excellent—Nadine was especially friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. truly appreciate the high level of care. Highly recommended!

Opened the window late, then was not able to close for the night (so room was very cold during the night). Told the front desk in the morning to fix it, but was not fixed 2nd night….luckily the basket and the bible could slightly limit the cold from coming in :-)

I often visit the bar here. The staff are friendly and fantastic. They are always pleased to see you. They are helpful and make recommendations if you are wondering what you want. I've never eaten here yet, but the food looks great and the people eating enjoy the food and atmosphere. I see people returning to eat often.
