Great experience and the guide was such a wealth of information! She took us to a much less crowded entrance in order for us to get great seats. Recommend!

Juan was the most incredible guide. My heart is full after everything he did for us. Juan is the nicest, kindest soul. He went above and beyond to make sure everyone in the group was happy and well looked after. Juan was also very knowledgeable and was able to explain everything in detail. The most amazing thing he did for us was he secured us front row seats to see Pope Leo. The seats were absolutely fantastic. He also gave of his time to take pictures for everyone in the group. He kindly took photos for me when Pope Leo was passing by. I would like to personally thank Juan for everything. He made today extra special. Feeling very blessed this evening. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Juan. You’re the best!!!

This is a must do on your itinerary if you want to get a papal audience. Viator is the best and they have one of their best guides, Alisha. She knows in and out of that place and she got us seated in the front rows where we could get a glimpse of our Pope at close proximity Highly recommended tour and agency.

We were 5 rows back and it was a wonderful experience. Our tour guide (Pakistani) did a good job with f keeping our large group of 65 together.

We had a wonderful experience at the Papal general audience using this tour with our guide, Alishba. She was such a lovely person and cared so much about making sure the group had the best experience. Leave yourself ample time to arrive at the meeting spot. There is a small store selling religious items for purchase—a large variety to choose from. A small coffee shop opened right across the street for early morning coffee and pastries too. Once everyone was checked in, our guide quickly walked us to St. Peter's Square to line up for entrance. Here you will wait until it is time to go through security. Bring snacks, water, and sunscreen. You will be guided through security and to great front-row seats, but you're moving quickly as others are trying to swiftly move to get prime seats as well. Our tour guide was excellent at keeping us informed on the next steps, and we ultimately ended up in the front row. As we waited for the address by Pope Leo XIV, our guide was very informative, and the waiting time seemed tolerable because you are receiving so much knowledge. We are so happy with this experience. We were able to see and experience the beauty of St. Peter's Square and be so close to Pope Leo XIV. I will highly recommend this tour to family and friends.

This was not a good experience and total waste of money! We had to wait extra time for someone to use restroom and it seemed like our guide was a last minute standin, no tour guide tee ( like other guides) and she was very late. No concern for growing line whatsoever! We should’ve just waited in line for ourselves. We actually left the tour while in line (she told others they should do the same) and we were able to get much better seats ourselves. The service was moved inside the Vatican and our tour guide had never been on a tour in the Vatican. We ended up having the best day on our own. Trust me, wait in line yourself, just go super early. Don’t believe the reviews that say other people are holding seats, they are not!

Got us second row! A must do experience to get one of the best seats in the house. Since it was moved inside due to the heat, the “tour” part was cut short as they do not allow headsets inside… so in hot months know that is a possibility. Also I would not book a second tour before 1:00pm.

THIS TOUR IS A SCAM - DO NOT PURCHASE. I booked this tour because it advertised a small group experience with personal audio headphones for commentary throughout the morning. Not only was the group much larger than the advertised 30 (near 100 people), there were no audio guides and we were left to wait on our own for hours. Additionally, our guide had us one the wrong line and by the time they moved us to the correct line we were forced to the back of an already large crowd. Once we got through security, our guide left us to find seats on our own and there was no room for us near where she sat. We received none of what we payed for. I reached out to the company and they have not replied to any communication. We could have gone to the papal audience on our own and gotten better seats but we booked with this company for the expertise of the tour guides and for the audio commentary as we waited. None of what was advertised was provided. Overall terrible experience, this is a mass group scam. Do not waste your time or money- go by yourself and you will get better seats on your own and more information from a Wikipedia page than what these “tour guides” will ever provide.

We could not find our meeting point. And so I wasted $200, we asked for help from English speaking Italians and they said we were where we needed to be.

The best tour operator! Knowledgeable, efficient experienced and friendly. We were seated in the front row. Do yourself a favor and book with this company!

This tour description of its duration was misleading and caused my family group to miss another scheduled tour. The description states the tour is 1-2 hours. You are asked to meet at 6:30 am to obtain your free pass, radios, and purchase souvenirs. The tour guide moves fast and does not take in to consideration older group members. The guide was also hard to understand had a hard time keeping everyone together. Plan accordingly because you will be there until about 11:30. Pack snacks. This review is getting two stars because of the up front seating.

This “tour” is misrepresented. We booked a 2nd tour following the listing info that this was 1-2 hrs. But this is very wrong. It was closer to a 4-5 hr event that prohibited us from taking our 2nd tour. We’ve now lost money on the 2nd tour without any response. While the prime viewing spot was great, not happy about losing money on 4 tickets for a separate tour.

Met at the assigned time to meet our guide, receive headset, and purchase religious items from the store. Our guide, Alishba walked us to the Vatican to line up for admittance and gave instructions on what we were to do once we got inside. We were the first group lined up and she helped us get amazing seats inside (second row). Once seated, she provided great insights and facts about the Vatican, entertaining us with her wit until it was time to begin the ceremony. She made it a seamless, great experience for all! Would absolutely recommend.

She ensured we got through security quickly and efficiently. Ensured we had unmatched seats in front and able to see the Pope firsthand and upfront. The tour was lovely and the experience of seeing the pope at such a close distance was memorable. Our group guide Alishba made getting the best seats easy and possible . She was also very knowledgeable so we were lucky to have her .

Gyash Tours was reliable. The meeting place was easy to find and they have a small store selling nice religious items. Surprisingly, there’s a toilet in their store for tour participants. Our tour guide Alishba was great.

Our guide met us early and got us in que for a great seat location. Provided insights and instructions to enrich the experience. The free tickets were provided and with no long line to endure to pick them up.

It is our first time in Rome and the experience with Gyash was very good. We was guided by Georgia at the Saint Peter's Square to Pope's Audience, and she placed us at a nice place to see the Pope when he was passing by car among the people. Just thanks Georgia for the good experience, we recommend Gyash to your tours.

Be on time the tour guide wants to make sure you get the best veiw but timing is important. Take snack and water you will be sat for a couple of hours before the mass. Also don't rush out there are thousands of people all trying to leave sit wait and stroll out after the rush The Pope drives around in his vehicle so try to get a seat near a rail the tour guide got us fantastic seats right by the rail and the Pope drove right past

Everything good regarding the price of the tour

I booked the ticket to the papal audience at the last minute. The process was fast and everything went well. Our guide Cecilia took us and explained many interesting things with patience and professionalism. I recommend it to anyone who wants to spontaneously avoid crowds and for those who do not know how the processes work.

We had an excellent time! Another big thank you to Alishba (our guide), who is a wonderful, dynamic, adorable, and very cultured person. The meeting point was at 6:30 AM, which might seem a bit early, but with all the guide's explanations, we didn't see the time pass. Thanks to her responsiveness, we were able to get seats between the first and second row, and we were able to greet the Pope directly when he arrived. Thanks again for letting us experience this moment! ❤️

Excellent. Kind, punctual, and organized. We arrived at the location perfectly with the instructions provided. They separate the group according to language. After entering the Vatican, they give you the option to continue with them or separately. It was a wonderful experience.
