Our guide was an indian man whose name was sumit . He was really hospitable and well mannered. He explained everything nicely and was very welcoming.

I wish I realized that Saint Peter’s was included in the tour. That our tickets included that entry as well.

The escort was great, easy to understand and explained how things would go at the museum. Saw us all the way to the entrance itself. We weren’t allowed in the building and no breakfast or any refreshments were offered. Do not rely on this if you are expecting any type of refreshment.

The meeting place pin drop is not correct use the address provided. It is very long...and can be very crowded, bottled necked in places. Comfortable shoes is a must as it is a lot of walking, way finding is very difficult and take water, lots of water. Once you start it is very difficult to stop and find a break area. The art is amazing it's like the pyramids you have to go if you are in Rome.

Friendly staff, who took their time with folk who had mobility issues. Saved us hours waiting in blistering heat! Straight through, no waiting.

Getting the skip the line for the Vatican probably saved hours during our trip. This was during the jubilee year and they were long lines to get through security.Highly recommended to spend a few more dollars and get the skip the line pass to enjoy your trip even more.

Although I purchased international service, my phone could not open the file that they sent. We could not see where to meet and had to be in the early tour in order to meet our charter bus later. They called us about 8:25 (our tour time was 8:00) to pick up the tickets and we had already had to purchase different new tickets to meet our timeframe. We never could open the file sent by text. An email could have been more helpful. Not sure that we can even get a refund. :-(

Massively, scandalously over-priced by this provider. The 'skipping the queue' seemed haphazard and not properly organised, and the mark-up was shameless.

The experience was very easy. We were able to skip the line for the buying of tickets for the Vatican.

A great shortcut! 👍🏼 Highly recommend this group of nice people who escort you to the Vatican entrance with skip-the-line tickets. You will meet 15 minutes ahead of your assigned meeting time at an address two blocks away from the Vatican entrance, they walk you to the front gate and you walk right in at security. These tickets save a lot of time standing in the hot sun or cold rain waiting to enter. Tip: Buy the audio guide once you’re inside and enjoy your time in the Vatican Museum and Sistine Chapel. So much to see.

I would NOT recommend this service. The entire process was confusing and poorly managed. First off, they claim they’ll send the updated meeting point time via WhatsApp, but I never received any WhatsApp message at all until I myself contacted them—making it impossible to know exactly when or where to go. Communication was basically non-existent, and that alone caused unnecessary stress. The instructions state the time on your reservation is for the meeting point, not museum entry. But when I finally got in touch with someone (after much effort), they completely contradicted their own information and claimed that the ticket time was for entry, not meeting. Totally misleading and inconsistent. They also mention an “escorted walk” to the museum—which sounds simple enough—but what they don’t tell you is that the meeting point is actually a 10-minute drive away, and you’re expected to take a bus with the group. This is never clearly mentioned in the description, and gives a false impression that it’s just a short walk nearby. It’s absolutely not. When I pointed out all of this, they made no real effort to help or make things right. The only “solutions” offered were completely unrealistic and unhelpful. No refund, no reschedule, just scripted responses. Save your hard earned money that they just wont give back. Overall: totally disorganized, misleading advertising, and zero customer care. Save yourself the stress—book directly with the Vatican or go with a more transparent provider.

Directions were clear, staff were friendly and the meet up location was easy to locate. However, we booked a 10am tour and were told the day before to arrive for a 9am tour. We were staying a distance and have teenagers so this was an unpleasant change.

Excellent experience!! Alessia escorted us all the way in to the museum without making a single line (there was a huge line outside). I recommend everyone to book this tour. All we wanted was to have someone bring us in without the long lines and allow us to explore on our own. This is exactly what this tour is about. We were not rushed by any tour guide! Alessia was very professional and cordial!!! We traveled with my parents who are elderly and walk slow and Alessia was very patient and accommodating. They deserve the highest available ratings!!

After slightly missing our time a lot the advisors personally took us across to meet their colleague who escorted imua in to the museum. They went over and above. Really helpful and friendly.

I wish I could remember our guide's name, she was wonderful. But please be aware of what you are purchasing. This is not a tour. It is simply assistance in getting you in the door to the Vatican Museum. The entrance to the museum is chaos and confusing. There are multiple lines, all of which are timed for specific entrances. It can be difficult to figure out where you need to be. This tour helps you get in the door at your assigned time and past the security checks. Once you're in, you are on your own. However, the guide is wonderful and will answer any questions you might have. She was amazing!

Would highly recommend using this company. We used them for visiting the Vatican City and we are so pleased we did. The lady who met us and took us where we needed to go was lovely, very thoughtful and gave us lots of information. If we didn’t have her we would not have known which queue to join and what to do prior as it is mayhem when getting into the Vatican.

The Company did everything as promised and more. In a word, very professional! I was communicated with several times with reminders and pertinent information. They did not just hand me a ticket and explain to me what to do, they literally escorted me to the museum, through security and led me all the way to the turnstiles. Worth the access and getting in, but it takes forever to actually get into the Vatican BUT you do get to beat the lines!

The skip the line escorted ticket is an excellent option if you want to get in quickly and go at your pace inside the Vatican. You definitely skip the huge lines. The problem is inside the Vatican...there are so many group tours that they are in the middle of everything all the time and turns it into a horrible experience.

We we missed our tour because were not able to open the voucher link & did not have the location details. We sought help from 3 different tour offices at the Vatican Museum & none of the agents there were able to open the App Link to get Our Vouchers. We wound up having to repurchase our entrance tickets & did not find a guide to enjoy the museum experience. Viator App was Useless. I would like a Refund Please.

Wheelchair accessible! I would only suggest to let people know there is a walk to the entrance, specially if there is a wheelchair involved. Also, for the person in the wheelchair to bring disability card for museum entrance. This was very helpful! We did not waste time on lines.

I didn't know what to expect but this was perfect for what we wanted. Zipped past every single line, expedited entrance to the museums and sent us on our way to explore it at our own convenience. Easy money.

This trip is a scam along with this app, I booked this tour but not able to connect with the tour people chat was not available. They change me the full amount. I reached 1 hour earlier no one replied then said you didn’t reach on time. It is a scam avoid. Even Viator is involved in this they said they will investigate and later said oh it’s your fault.. Better take from Air bnb experience avoid this app.

The tour guide yelling keep up , follow me! and not even giving us time to even take in the sights of the museum or a chance to take pictures, she kept going fast ahead so all we could do was focus on her flag to find her and we couldn't hear her because she was so fast and far away. We gave up half way through the tour to look around on our own.

While we got what we were looking for -- Skip the Line tickets to the Vatican Museums, the delivery was strange and not well-communicated. We were instructed our confirmation was just that, a confirmation and not tickets for a 12 noon entry, which is perfectly fine. We were instructed to pick up the tickets at a specific address. When we got to the address at around 11:30, it was locked and no one was there. Other tourists also showed up and were confused. A few of us contacted both Viator and the tour operator. They finally showed up, offered no apology or explanation and proceeded to give us each a sticker and told us to wait outside, which we did. They then walked us over to the Vatican and "escorted" us in. There was no interaction. It was strange, and we wasted a lot of time just waiting around for them. The description and instructions should be updated to reflect how this actually works so people don't have to stand around a small, crowded street trying to figure out what is going on.

Exactly as described… meet up with your small group… get escorted in and up to the museum right passed many who are in long lines!

We had a great tour once we found the meeting place. They really need to fix this as some people missed their tour because they couldn’t find the meeting place.

The directions to the "office "to meet the tour were not accurate, and the staff not particularly helpful. You did not give accurate information about the time the Vatican Museum was open on Saturday evening. We only had 1.5 hours before they closed the museum. We were very disappointed!
