Itinerary
Experience the Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel at your own pace when you use your skip-the-line entrance ticket. The Vatican has a superb gallery with fine Roman and Etruscan collections, apartments that were decorated by Raphael, and more. Visit the famous Sistine Chapel, which is known for Michelangelo's two most famous masterpieces: the ceiling, which depicts scenes from the Old Testament, and the entire wall behind the altar showcasing "The Last Judgement" scene. Additionally, exquisite frescoes by Botticelli, Ghirlandaio, and other Renaissance masters also decorate the space.
Uncover the Gallery of Maps, a remarkable Vatican gallery decorated with richly detailed frescoed maps that celebrate the geography and beauty of Italy, along with other iconic sections such as the Gallery of Candelabra and the Gallery of Tapestries.
Admire the Raphael Rooms, a series of extraordinary frescoed chambers renowned for their beauty and for masterpieces such as The School of Athens, one of Raphael’s most celebrated works. Please note that this section is not always included in the Guided Tour option, as the itinerary may vary depending on the visitor flow inside the Museums
Discover the Pio Clementino Museum, home to the celebrated Laocoön masterpiece, whose dramatic beauty is said to have inspired Michelangelo.
Your experience continues with a visit to the Sistine Chapel, one of the world’s most famous and awe-inspiring landmarks. Marvel at Michelangelo’s extraordinary frescoes, from the Creation of Adam to the dramatic Last Judgment, and take in the beauty and significance of this sacred space. As the chapel is a place of worship, silence and respectful behavior are required during the visit. Seeing it in person is a truly unforgettable highlight of any Vatican experience.

It was great and was early and walked us to the point HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
My girlfriend and I planned a trip to Rome but need not realise you’re supposed to book the Vatican months in advance. This company was the only one I could find that was supplying tickets and while they were marked up I cannot complain as I ordered them the day before we arrived, so I was very grateful to be able to get anything. When I paid I was admittedly nervous as you do not get the tickets sent to you straight away instead you collect them from their nearby office. However upon arriving at the office I had my tickets and was on my way within two minutes. We were ticket only and did not have a guide which was how we wanted it. These tickets get you straight to the security queue which saves you hours of time. Worth every penny. The only complaint I have was the weather but that was not their fault. Would happily use agin.
It pays to have skip the line tickets especially during the hot summers here. Waiting in line outside is no picnic! I’ve always had good luck with these tickets! The museum is expansive and a must see if you are in Rome!
Booked through Viator site. I was contacted by someone about a meeting spot different than on the website. I did get lost on my way there, was contacted again by someone who sent me to a ticket booth. When I arrived there (three minutes ahead of our scheduled tour), they said they didn't have my reservation. I showed them the WhatsApp message, and they said some people use their address, which I thought was weird. They gave me tickets and led us to a gate telling us we were late, we had to hurry. We got to the gate, they told us we were late but let us in. That is when I realized something was wrong. The tickets were for an entry time 30 minutes earlier than my tour, which explains why they told me I was late. I arrived inside the Vatican, but my "guide" was still at the waiting spot. He told me I was in the wrong spot. He said wait there, but he didn't come. We decided to walk through it on our own at that point. He called me again, I told him we started, he said he would meet us, but he again did not show. We finished the tour on our own.
Excellent directions, lots of communication, ticket was easy with no queue - would definitely recommend!
You order the reservation, and head to the pick up store to get the actual ticket. The process is pretty smooth, the guy will show you how to get to the dedicated entrance for the skip the line entrance.
amazing experience. our travel rep was great and even got us additional tickets to another event & walked us there.
Excellent. Seamless experience with no waiting. I definitely recommend. Beautiful tour. Amazing place.
Super friendly staff took excellent care of us and helped us all the way from the meeting point to the entrance. Well worth paying for skip the line tickets. Would definitely recommend! xxx
It was very well organized and the tour guide was very knowledgeable would recommend to anyone interested
Convenient and quick way to get into the Vatican without having to stand in the long lines and the sun!
Poor experience I feel as though have been fleeced. Booked through Viator. I did get in on the day, but only after paying extra cash in hand to the man who eventually gave me tickets. 341 euros paid plus an extra 30 euros per person demanded on the day cash in hand to get in, for my wife, daughter and I. Price on the ticket was 20 euro per person- they buy these cheap, and sell them on at inflated prices. Fed back to viator who tried to help, but the response from "tipu Sultan", who i suspect was the man who demanded the extra money, was to deny everything.
It's a fantastic experience, I would recommend getting the beat the que tickets, it saved us hours of standing around. Expect the tour to take 3 to 4 hrs. It's well worth it.
It was worth getting the skip-the-line tickets to get in at an appointed time. Ticket provider on site was very helpful and went out of his way to make sure our experience was good.
Bought some tickets for the Vatican as they had sold out. Paid over £200. You don’t get your tickets you are directed to tour company. At the tour company they also didn’t have my tickets and the fixer came in and offered to upgrade to an earlier visit. We took this and did get in when I looked at the price of the tour it was €20 per person. Also, there are a lot of tour operators right next to the Vatican which we could’ve got tickets easily on the day. They are also advertised to skip the queue, but you do join a queue. I would advise anybody to book early or to get a tour ticket while you get there. I would not recommend this service at all.
Absolutely beautiful. If your in Rome the Vactican is a must see. The work that has gone into that place is just unbelievable.
It was all great. definately worth what we paid and I would definately recommend to many to do it.
It is certainly worth buying tickets in advance, as the queues can be lengthy. We spent around 2 1/2 - 3 hours,Thoroughly enjoyable and would highly recommend this to other travellers to visit. The history, artifacts and artwork were fantastic. I would recommend buying tickets online beforehand for easier access.
A skip the line ticket for the Vatican is non-negotiable. There is really no other way. We were able to enter at our schedule time with no issues, with the general line benign hundreds of people long, in the hot sun. We were able to locate the meeting point, secure our tickets, and the man who issued our tickets walked us to the Vatican entrance and told us exactly how to enter and what to expect. It was very easy and I highly recommend this. The Vatican museum is vast and extensive. We did it in four hours and did not stop often. There is just so much to look at. It was extremely busy as this is the year of jubilee, the new pope, and tourist season. However, this is a must see and I highly recommend this ticket booking!
A unique experience. I loved it, Rome is unique, every corner every street oozes history, super
Very well organized and very kind staff. You should arrive a little earlier than the indicated time to enter really quickly
