Lisa, the tour guide, was superb. It was like taking a tour being guided by a professor of art history.

This tour does not include the Basilica Of you want to purchase souvenirs you’ll need to go to a shop outside of the Museum.

The Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel were so, so crowded! The skip the line was great, as we didn't have to wait to get in. We found the Viator representative easily enough and he was very helpful in getting us in to the museums. The Sistine chapel was beautiful!

Our tour guide was really very nice; she explained everything clearly and answered our questions. Unfortunately, we lost contact with our group and the guide in the Sistine Chapel because we arrived at the meeting point three minutes late. Although we called the booking office, the guide did not come back for us. Consequently, we had to make our own way to the dome of St. Peter's Basilica and join the queue there. That was a real shame. We later learned that situations like this can indeed happen.

I had the chance to go at a time when no tickets were available. The price is higher than official rate (almost double) but it is still good. Could easily be triple and quadruple, since resellers can choose whatever price range they want. I highly recommend EcoArt travel.

A really well-organised tour from start to finish. Everything ran smoothly, which made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable. Samantha, our tour guide, was excellent — incredibly knowledgeable and also very friendly. She brought everything to life with her insights and made the experience even more engaging. We particularly enjoyed visiting the museum and, of course, the Sistine Chapel. The history is absolutely incredible, and the beauty of it all is truly breathtaking. Our tour guide Marie Laura was fantastic. We had 9.30am tour booked. It was small group. In very hot conditions she made the tour very enjoyable. My 14 and 12year old says it was a highlight of their trip to Rome. Skip the line well worth it in the heat.

I highly recommend this tour! Asunta, our guide, was incredibly knowledgeable and provided outstanding information about the Sistine Chapel, including visual materials. Our family included four teenagers who were very interested in the information, and led to great discussion. Asunta also provided lots of knowledge regarding the galleries we visited. This tour was easy to locate and a wonderful experience for our entire family!

We had a great tour. Lorena was very informative and a great guide. Her knowledge and passion was impressive. My only issue was that the tour is sold at 2.5 to 3 hour tour and it took longer. This was not the guides fault it was a Saturday and crowded but made us late for our next appointment.

The Vatican museums are incredible on their own, but our experience was absolutely fantastic thanks to our brilliant guide Sarah with EcoArt. She added so much depth with her extensive knowledge of the museum and its artwork. Very highly recommend her.

Me and My Dad went and our guide was Fabio, Fabio was absolutely fantastic to be around with a great energy and an astounding knowledge of the place. He showed great humour throughout while also providing an astonishing amount of information, while walking backwards most the time might I add. He seemed to know the details of the halls and chapel like the back of his hand and made the time fly by while keeping everyone entertained. I highly suggest a trip to see some some of the magnificent paintings and sculptures of Ancient Rome and the broader Mediterranean and remember, what happens in the Sistine Chapel, stays in the Sistine Chapel

We did the Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel tour and Martina was the highlight. Incredibly knowledgeable but never dry… she made it interactive, kept us engaged the whole way through, and by the time we reached the Sistine Chapel we actually understood what we were looking at. Our guide Oxana was AMAZING, we couldn’t recommend her enough. A 3:30pm start was perfect because it was less crowded than it would have been earlier in the day. We could have stayed at the Vatican all day, but our guide made sure to show us the main points. Very good experience, the highlight of our Rome visit.

Lisa was an incredible tour guide, very knowledgeable about all the various works of art and the historical context behind them, I could not recommend her tour more highly. My only reservation was that the audio devices were a little finicky, but that was something it seemed like all tour groups were struggling with and outwith Lisa’s control.

My brother and I had an amazing experience at this attraction. We were guided by Doriana and shared some truly wonderful moments with her. The service was exceptional, deserving of five stars. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

The guide Jeannette was awful. She babbled all the time, and most of the time asked personal questions about us, than to explain about stuff in the tour. We could have used the shortcut to the cathedral St. Pietro and the Vatican square, but she abandoned us after the Sicstine chapel. Lastly we couldn't experience the beautiful things.

What a great experience with Eco travel. Our guide Assunta made it so pleasant, she is extremely knowledgeable and shares the information in an interesting and humours way. I highly recommend buying your ticket online in advance, otherwise you may end up waiting in line for quite a while. If you are considering a guided tour, we had Martina, who is very knowledgeable and genuinely funny. I really appreciated that she didn’t just focus on sharing information, but also brought a sense of lightness to the whole experience. She is very attentive to everyone and makes sure no one falls behind. The Vatican Museums are huge. There is so much to see that you could easily spend hours there. If you prefer to explore at your own pace without feeling pressured to keep up with a group, then a guided tour might not be the best option. However, I really enjoyed hearing the history and seeing everything come to life in front of me. That said, it is impossible to take everything in, especially since guided tours run on a schedule and are time-sensitive.

We had a very good tour with Stefano. Despite crowded conditions, he made everything clear throughout the visit, and was both informative and entertaining. The tour was in English, but he also spoke separately in French to my partner, which we appreciated.

Monica was a great guide. Without her, we wouldn’t have been able to truly appreciate all the Vatican has to offer! She made it extra entertaining for our kids as well.
