We spent too much time with the static pictures outside and were rushed through the main parts of the museum and the chapel. The guide was hard to hear and a challenge with her accent but very knowledgeable.

Great Tour throughout the Vatican Museum which ends after the sixtine chapel in front of the Basilica di San Pietro. It was a truly magnificent experience, well explained and thoughful. I will forever treasure it in my memory.

Heads up - This is a review about the operator Touristation Cappella Sistina - not the Vatican itself. It is not clear what happened but our guide was 30 minutes late or they had to call for back up. Either way, our tour started late which if you have all day, not a big issue. The Vatican museum closes at 6pm. So when you are supposed to start at 3:30 and you aren’t inside until 4:30, it’s tricky. , Sistine Chapel, and access to St Peter’s via the Chapel, it is an issue. We missed many large sections of the museum - all the painitings, and it felt like we were *extremely* rushed and our guide seemed frazzled. We did four different tours while we were in Italy and this was the only one that left us wanting.

Before saying anything, the tour delivered on what it said it was. Our tour guide, Renata, was knowledgeable about the subject matter, attentive to answering any of our questions thoroughly and she seemed to be a very nice person. What I hadn't expected (and I probably should have), were the crowds on a Saturday afternoon. The tour through the Vatican Museums is long (close to 2 hours of the entire 3 hour tour). I'm guessing that a weekday tour, instead of a Saturday afternoon tour, would have taken less time due to it being less crowded. Once through the Vatican Museums, being able to enter the Sistine Chapel and after that, St. Peter's Basilica, was amazing! Our tour guide explained that while inside the Sistine Chapel, she's not permitted to talk to us through out headsets, so she gave us a lot of useful information before we went inside so that we'd know what we were looking at. If you have the time, this is a very good tour. And if you're lucky enough to get tour guide Renata, it will be a great experience.

We were so lucky to have Francesca as our guide at the Vatican Museums. She is incredibly knowledgeable and, even more importantly, truly passionate about history. Her warm personality and great sense of humour made the tour engaging, relaxed and genuinely enjoyable. Francesca has a wonderful way of bringing history to life, and we came away having learned so much while having a great time. The length of the tour was just right, giving us plenty of time to explore without ever feeling rushed or overwhelmed. She made the whole visit feel special. Paid 3 times an entry ticket to get guide service and skip the line but it was more chaos than paying cheaper price and they didn't help in any way just printed the ticket for us and gave us a map

Fantastic guide. Very knowledgeable

The Vatican can be overwhelming and super crowded with long lines. This tour gave us skip the line access which was invaluable! Our guide was very sweet and knowledgeable, however, her accent was a bit strong and difficult to understand and the mics were a bit fuzzy. Overall, I would recommend this tour because it made the Vatican more manageable and saved us a lot of time not waiting in massive lines and trying to find our way around.

Stefani (or Stephanie) the Spanish guide, was incredible. She’s a natural. I REALLY recommend her. By all means, even if you don’t speak spanish, which I did not, i fully enjoyed the tour, her energy is contagious. Thank you for the amazing experience. 12/10!!!
