Vatican Museums, Sistine Chapel & St. Peter's Square Guided Tour

I'm disappointed not to remember the name of our tour guide as she was excellent. Very knowledgable and guided us at a nice pace to allow pictures and time to take in the wonderful sights.

The experience was very good, but we're very disappointed regarding the 'school of athens'. GetYourGuide indicate the 'Raffaello rooms' are available for the visit in the morning, and we choose this tour for this, but the guide says they are not included. GetYourGuide indicate them, and also this tour reports 'Hear the stories behind the renowned School of Athens' but it's not true! There are no Raffaello rooms and no School of Athens. The visit and the guide were almost perfect, but we choose to pay double other experiences because the Raffaello rooms, and we didn't see them.

My four star totally give to the attraction itself, the guider get zero. The museum and the churches are stunning. But as I booked a SKIP the LINE ticket with english guided tour, which supplied by Viator, tour operated by City Rome Tours, and the guider Jad has his own plan, just led the group passed by the museum through main corridors, even skipped the Stanze di Raffaello, which is a Must-See of the museum. And for the exhibition, Jad also has no words to say, to introduce. except “jars jars….many jars” or something like this. I hope next time someone guided by Jad can learn more information from him. I had to quit the guided tour with Jad and back to the museum by myself, to see the amazing arts Jad avoided.

We had visited once before without a guide, and the experience was much more enjoyable with a guide to help us make sense of everything. Our guide Maria Rosaria, was obviously very knowledgeable. She seemed to have a background in art history, so the tour felt slightly academic while finding the right balance of being light and fun.

This tour was great! Our guide was fantastic (unfortunately do not remember her name), but she guided us through the art and history without overwhelming us with too much information. The tour was informative and enjoyable. Well worth the money!

It was a great experience, guide was funny and explanations were interactive. We were a mixed group of 15. Meeting point well explained and really follow the advise to come early, some people were late and that's notnice for the ones waiting.

Guide was pleasant and knowledgeable, the only complaint was he talked fast and not quite good english.

While you were listen to her it felt like you where enveloped in all that art with her way of talking. I can only recommend this tour to everyone.

Very interesting visit especially thanks to the guide Paolo Soro who has a thorough knowledge of the Vatican museums and the Sistine Chapel and a captivating way of explaining. I cannot give the highest grade just because we paid for a tour that should also include the entrance to St. Peter’s Basilica with a guided tour while we were told only after payment that this part of the tour was not included due to an error on the site (which as far as I know has not yet been fixed thus misleading users). This, however, is not due to the guide that I want to reiterate is really competent

Just yesterday my husband, I and other friends took the guided tour of the Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel. terrible experience, the guide was Giuliana, there were 19 of us and no one could hear well with the audio guide, she spoke slowly, we saw the Vatican museums quickly, the explanations inside the basilica were not very detailed and rushed.

Bad experience! Unserious and unreliable agency! Would not recommend it! Incomplete tour of the Vatican Museums; we skipped the visit to Raphael's Rooms. When I asked the guide for an explanation, he replied that it was not included in the ticket purchased, which is not true! I made a complaint to know the reasons and to have at least a partial refund of the ticket price, but the Agency refused replying that that day the Raphael Rooms were closed, done this, denied by the secretariat of the Vatican Museums! In short, a full-blown scam!!!

The owner of Doooing managed our reservation directly with professionalism, despite having been entered by a generic portal. I had the opportunity to accompany my elderly parents with such serenity.
