Valentina was very accommodating and patient, especially since we arrived a little later than our scheduled time, she still made time to fit us in and not feel rushed. She provided very good and specific directions for each pose varying it up amongst the family members so we'd have a variety of options to select from. We had our luggage with us as we were on our way to the train station and she made sure to let us know her colleague was keeping a watch on them while we did some of the photos. She was very nice, patient, professional, and did an excellent job on providing us many great photos! Thank you!

Booked Smiler for my wedding proposal in Rome. The experience booking with Smiler was fast and seamless. After booking with smiler I was paired with Mohamed Sajjadh (Sajju) within minutes. Sajju came up with ideas for the proposal and was very attentive and listened to all my requirements. I travelled from the UK and met Sajju on my arrival into Rome. Sajju then captured my wedding proposal and took many photos. He captured memories for a lifetime. We could not be any happier with Sajju. For everything he did we wish we could do more for him. What a way to feel like a VIP! We had Jeff as a photographer and booked the VIP package. He was great and had a great assistant Sara and other photographers they knew also working who all helped us out to get the best shots ever! They knew where to go to get the shots without all the people and they were great about asking others to move to get the shot. Super professional but also fun! We loved the editing and we each got photos that will make the holiday card this year! LOVED IT!

Wonderful experience ! Our photographer, Sara, was great. She was friendly and absolutely awesome with my 5 year old. She knew exactly where to go to get the best shots. The pictures are stunning.

Definitely not worth the time and money spent. Instead of spending money for this, go and buy food for homeless people around Termini.
