This is a great option if you did not buy tickets directly with the Trevi Fountain. This company kept in constant contact with me, sent reminders of my time slot, and sent the actual tickets the day before. You only get a voucher when you pay. Unfortunately, I left everything for last minute, so I had no choice but to go with a 3rd party found on Viator. Try to buy all your tickets directly from the Roman sites through their website. It is cheaper, but you have to buy early - I would say months in advance. If you want to get right in front of the fountain, then get this ticket. If you are okay taking pics from the stairs in front of the fountain, then you do not need this ticket. Save the money for something else as Rome is very expensive.
This Trevi Fountain tour was a total rip off. Don't use 1Tour. We paid 8 euro for a 2 euro ticket. It said it included audio guide. I tried to pull it up and it didn't work. HUGE waste of money. Trip Advisor, I'd like a refund for 75% of my ticket price. Please email me with details. This is NOT consistent with any Trip Advisor experience I've ever had. Thank you
Really easy to find the right location at the fountain to get your ticket checked and enter the right lane to get up close to the fountain because of the picture provided with the tickets.

They don’t know when fountain is open or being cleaned. Gave me tickets priority line for 11:30am on 8th June fountain was drained and not open till 2pm. I had Vatican Museum booked for 3pm and other commitments and could not go back later as they suggested wished 14 Euros on booking with these guys beware! They haven’t offered refund beware!
Tour operator was not possible to find. Booked an audio guide tour— couldn’t find the line. Trevor fountain incredibly crowded and no way to find audio guide your. Waste of money. Expected better from VIATOR tour.
Absolute chaos no matter where you stand or go. You don't actually get to skip the line or fast track , queue like everyone else it's as simple as that

Two of us paid £11 each for a fastrack visit to discover that on a Sunday everypne pays £2 for access to same areas, and in the same queue.
We were unable to access the booked tour. The tickets were refused. I paid €21 for the reservation on your site for 3 people when the admission was €2 per person.
Everything was perfect, I recommend going as soon as possible, but despite the heat, the visit was great, I recommend it.
There is really no need to buy tickets. You have a nice view from the place where you can stand without paying.
With Viator it is a guarantee, with other companies they charge you and cancel you a few hours before I return your money up to 20 days later, Viator is reliable, yes I recommend it.
