Our driver was waiting for us when we exited the baggage claim area at the airport. He assisted us with our luggage, was very friendly and welcoming to us. Gave us some great pointers on the area such as good restaurants and “must sees”. We would definitely recommend this service. It took away our stress figuring out how we were going to get to our final destination after a long travel day.
I called the evening before to get a ride back to the airport because another company cancelled last minute. I got an instant response and driver came early and was waiting patiently for me and my husband. Smoothly easy ride to the airport from hotel.
Our driver took care of us from the very start by helping us avoid the downpour as much as possible and calling the flat owner to alert her of our arrival as our phones were not working when we landed.

We had a disappointing experience with this Flavio, our driver. They arrived on time but refused to wait for my group to collect our luggage, which caused unnecessary stress. A good driver should be patient and accommodating, especially when handling group pickups. I wouldn't recommend their service based on this experience.

Plane was 2 hours late and driver couldn’t accommodate the change so we were left at airport. Driver assured me in a text message a refund had already been processed. To date no refund has been received and they are denying refund. I do not recommend this company and still need our refund.

One is always concerned when you await an early pick up. Driver was there waiting - early! Handled the heavy bags on both ends. Sleepy wife left her black purse (easy to miss) in the dark car and the driver checked the car and found it before we left. Experience could not have been more positive!

The driver is good, arrived on time.. our journey to the hotel went smooth.. but this company’s customer service very bad.. we just received the instructions 2 hours before our flight departure.. follow up with them through chat box took a day to get their response.
I keep forgetting that the parking lot for private pick-up is far from the terminal. I have a mobility impairment, and the distance is too much for me after a long flight. I was fortunate this time because the wheelchair assistant broke the rules and pushed me all the way.

We travel to Italy multiple times every year and have always opted for private transportation to our Hotel or Airbnb. This was the first time using Transfer Service Rome but it will not be our last. They’ve earned our complete loyalty. At arrival we had a slight delay and the driver was very professional and reassuring . He met us at the baggage area and helped with bags. Vehicles are clean and well maintained. He also confirmed that our transfer back to the airport was scheduled and would be at our door early in the AM. Both drivers were very professional .

We had originally booked this for a transfer from the Rome airport to our AirBnB. On the day of our travel, our flight was delayed and we were rerouted so we were going to be 3 hours later than our original arrival time. We called several times (with no answer) and emailed the company to let them know. We did the same when we got to our next layover to no avail. When we arrived in Rome, there was no driver. Once again we called and emailed with no answer. Finally we go a message through email that we were a no-show. When we asked why we were considered a no show because our flight was delayed (no fault of our own), they said you agreed to the terms, you were a no show. They then got rude in their communication with us when we questioned why we were being charged. Their terms only speak of cancellations 24 hours prior. They address nothing about what happens if your flight gets delayed. Bottom line, do not book this service if you are not positive your flight will be on time.

All excellent. They stayed in touch via email and confirmed everything a couple days ahead. They were waiting at the ship when we got off in Civitavecchia and we had a fast, smooth drive to the Rome airport. The drivers did not speak much English but it was not a problem. Our driver even went to get 2 luggage trolleys for us at the airport instead of just leaving our luggage on the curb and driving off. Completely recommended.

The car and ride were fine but there was some confusions about the hotel we were staying in. We got it figured out and he took us there. He was waiting at the airport for us.

I booked transfers THREE times since May through Viator for clients and all three were cancelled in less than 24 hours before the transfer was to take place. When you’re arriving on an international flight, it’s a real inconvenience to have your arrival ride canceled in less than 24 hours. One time I assumed it was just a one off, but this has happened three times. I won’t use them (or attempt to use them) again.
