Transfer Roma Centro - Aeroporto Di Fiumicino

We booked Terravision twice in our trip. Once from Milan Malpensa Airport to Milan Centrale and next Rome Termini to Fiumicino Airport. Both were fine. The ticket prices are cheaper than trains, you get lot of space to store your luggage, comfortable seats and a safe journey to the destination. I traveled with my elderly parents, they had no issues at all. Also, they allowed me board the bus at 5:29 am when my ticket was for 6:20 am. It was great as we gor to arrive at the airport early. Terravision staff at both Milan and Rome were helpful. If I come to Italy again I'll surely book them.

We had the most pleasant young man take us from our hotel to the airport, we had a wonderful conversation with him and highly recommend their transfer service.

This was the only way to get to our flight in time and the transfer went smoothly and promptly. The process was more than fair and since we left very early in the morning it was not crowed at all!

The concept is a good one, but the crowds when boarding are not controlled, and so they allow anyone to board with no specific order in place. When we were pushed out for the first transfer bus, they promised we would be on the next one. But at the last minute, the stop was changed to one further down the road. This resulted in the crowd at the back of the queue boarding, with no way for us to get through. We were then told that nothing could be done. Whilst crowds cannot be avoided, I feel that a more sensible queueing system could be implemented to prevent everyone from cramming onto the bus, which is not ideal for families or those with mobility issues. We were unable to board the second transfer bus, and the next bus would have meant that we had been waiting for one and a half hours. I instead paid for my family to take a taxi to the airport. I had already paid for my ticket, but they refused to refund it, stating that it was my choice not to continue waiting for the 3rd bus. Not a reliable or comfortable option.

We had to cancel our trip from FCO to Rome Termini because of an unexpected situation, and the team kindly allowed us to use our unused tickets for the return journey instead. Everything went smoothly, and the trip was excellent. Great customer service, thank you!!!

They keep time very well. I only waited for 20 mins for the next bus to arrive.

The overall experience was nice however it would have been excellent if the personal at the terminal were friendly and helpful. Their response to any question or issue was to call vendor.

The service provided by Terravision was a godsend, especially after the train between Roma Termini and the airport was inoperable on the day we were scheduled to leave. We booked online directly with the operator, and we received immediate confirmation of our booking. The bus arrived only a few minutes after the scheduled time. The bus was clean and well air-conditioned. The driver was competent and drove safely. We arrived after a 1:06 hour trip. This was a very good experience, especially under the stressful circumstances. Consider using this service.

Terrible experience. The driver confirmed the bus would stop at Fiumicino central station, but instead dropped us far away with no explanation. We had to walk in extreme heat with heavy luggage. The driving felt unsafe, and the driver didn’t care at all. Very disappointing service. 1 star

Make sure that you know the bus stop and departure times. Buses did not run on schedule and seats are on a first come first served basis. Allow plenty of time to get to the airport, as takes about 1.5 hours. Don't leave it until late.

Bus gear shifting was very jerky on our trip back to FCO. They packed the bus full at the Vatican stop. Fairly quick and easy otherwise.

Very poor. They sell you a return fare and when you get at the starting point to go back to the airport they tell you that the bus is full and you have to buy another ticket with another company. Out of 6 passagers, 2 could travel with Terravision. We had to get 4 tickets with another company. For those who travelled with Terravision, the driver was very unpleasant and forced us to put in the boot small handbags with fragile stuff that got destroyed. And the staff was as unpleasant as the driver.

When booking transfer from Termini coach station to Fiumicino, we were also offered a car transfer from the hotel to Termini for an additional (acceptable) price, so we booked both transfers. Unfortunately, on the day the car simply did not turn up and there was no way to contact anyone to see what was happening, so we ended up getting a taxi to get from the hotel to Termini and luckily we managed to get there on time to catch our bus to the airport. I must say, we did get an apology and the refund for the unused transfer as well as a voucher for the same amount, should we decide to book with them again, so no hard feelings and a big thank you for the level of customer service. Again, it would be helpful to have a phone number or any point of contact in case something goes wrong. The bus trip to the airport was good and comfortable, plenty of room for luggage, the bus was easy to identify and find at Termini.

Zero stars. Viator agent told me the buses to FCO ran until midnight. They stop at 9:20. Had to buy a ticket on site. Do better Viator.

Very happy with the trip! The bus left exactly on schedule at 03:40. The ticket purchase itself was done in a flash, and there was good music on board which made the morning a little easier. A quick and efficient transport to the airport – recommended!

Complete con. Bought a ticket online and paid for it. The voucher/ticket would not download and I got charged again to board the bus. Said they needed a QR code but I had my booking reference. I do not recommend using this company. Not sure who gets all the extra money as I saw them do the same thing to others. Beware.

From an easy booking process to a simple transfer operation, everything was seamless and smooth, even the ride was very comfortable and quick! Clean bus, courteous driver and efficient transportation to the airport.

Terrible experience, bad operators, overpriced service. It states on the website the trip should take 45 minutes. The bus should have departed at 9:40 and it left at 9:50, even though at 9:30 the operator scolded us because we told him someone in our group would arrive at 9:35. After 40 minutes of driving, the bus made another stop where we waited until they filled the whole bus to the brim, even selling more tickets. We asked how much more time the trip would take and they said 40 more minutes from that moment. How can the drive from the city to the airport take one and a half hours?!

Very poor driving skills from the bus driver. Tailgating, honking repeatedly, accelerating and braking rapidly. It makes you sick. And on his phone the whole time, talking loud, not professional. There are plenty of other bus companies.

I bought the tickets online less than eight hours in advance and still found availability. The shuttle left exactly at the scheduled time, and we arrived at the airport well ahead of our flight. An excellent alternative to public transportation, since the first train would only depart later, which could have delayed our trip. I totally recommend it!

We used this option to transfer from Rome airport which ends at Termini metro station. It was a convenient way to reach our hotel and also to save us from struggling with luggage as it was carried on the coach.

Booked the 9:20am bus and arrived at 9:21, the bus was still there and we had been running through the station trying to find the bus as many looked the exact same (white bus labeled Termini to FCO). We were out of breath, visibly running to catch the bus. The ticket person told us we had to wait for the 9:40 bus, despite the bus being right beside us and not full. When we questioned them why we couldn’t board the bus we booked and were literally looking at, they were dismissive and told us we needed to be there earlier. Not understanding or compassionate at all. They had attitude and spoke disrespectfully. Wouldn’t recommend.

Very distressing experience this evening after transferring from roma termini to FCO. My sons luggage was stolen. I reported it to the driver who said he could do nothing. I sent some emails but no one has contacted me. Tried the phone line which was an AI assistant. Would expect better supervision of belongings. Have travelled extensively around the world using local transport , never had bags stolen before

SCAMMERS!!! Bought two tickets for the 03:50 AM Termini–Fiumicino bus. Due to overbooking, we were denied boarding. The 04:00 AM bus was also full, despite Terravision later claiming it had seats available. A staff member on site told us the journey would take one hour (false) and strongly pushed us to take a taxi for €75, insisting we would miss our 06:10 AM flight. This felt extremely inappropriate and misleading. We took another company’s 04:15 AM bus, arrived on time, and the journey took about 35 minutes. “Guaranteed seat” is misleading. Refund refused. Avoid if you have an early flight.

Booked online, excellent value and the buses were every 20mins. Staff were helpful, noted more staff than previous years - well done Terravision. Comfortable buses, simple and easy transfers.

I have used Terravision many times in different places around Italy. They are always perfect. Staff very kind and helpful too.

Very easily located at the Termini Station in Rome. Bought tickets online, did not have to print them. Bus was on time and dropped us off right in front of the airport entrance

The bus was supposed to depart at 3:50 AM, but at 3:44 it still hadn’t arrived, even though the rules state that passengers must be at the stop 15 minutes before departure. It was impossible to contact customer support, as the website only provides a link to Facebook, where the listed email is answered only from 9:30 AM. I had to travel with another carrier because I couldn’t take the risk of waiting any longer. There are many other carriers that are far more reliable and professional, even if they don’t have such aggressive advertising. I do not recommend this company.

Stay away from this company. The employees responsible for selling tickets and organizing passenger boarding are extremely rude, impolite, and unfriendly. The luggage transported on the bus has no identification tags at all. There are other companies available nearby that offer better service.

We had booked a bus for 8:20. We arrived at the departure point 15 minutes early, and there was a race. They didn't inform us of anything. There was no other departure point, no information whatsoever. We waited, searched the surrounding streets, and found nothing. We had to buy another ticket from another company, Bus Shuttle, which was located on a nearby street.
