The driver was very rude, we would ask questions and he didn’t even look at us. He was having a bad day and took it on us

We enjoyed our trip, the staff was very helpful with all the inquires we had, we appreciated the cleanliness and the comfort inside the bus, and we arrived safely and on time at the airport. In addition, we could enjoy the city tour as an added bonus.

I cannot recommend this service more highly. I hadn't realised that for a minimal cost, I could be collected at my location and transferred privately to the bus station . My luggage was taken care of and I was first to get on the bus to the airport and first to get my case when I got off.

Good value for money. The bus turned up on time and although it was a full bus,the journey was good,air conditioned,good music as well!. The roads were heavy with traffic but the driver managed very well and me and my wife arrived at the airport on time ,with no stress. Will definitely use your company again.😁

When I travel to Rome, I always take Terravision buses to get me from/to the airport: they are reliable, punctual and fast! (and nice; I like their colors:) I recommended the company also to my family and friends, and everyone was happy with them so far. Great service, keep it up!

Was very busy however guaranteed a seat and stress free once we got on the bus. A pleasant transfer back to the airport.

Easy to book, easy to find departure location (right beside Termini), departed and arrived right on time! Reasonable cost.

Bought a return ticket when we flew into Rome Ciampino inside the airport who told us the buses ran every 15 mins. The journey from the airport into Rome was great but not the return journey. We turned up to Termini station and a bus was due in 20 mins to Ciampino but there was one huge queue of people going to both airports. The attendant went down the line asking who had booked online, scanned there tickets and ushered them onto the bus, even people who arrived much later than us. The bus was soon full and left. We then found out the next bus wasnt for another hour, plus the attendent couldnt give us any reassurance if there would be room for us on that bus. This was at 5pm so i get it was probably the busiest time to travel but it was absolute chaos and we had to resort to getting a taxi to ensure we didnt miss our flight. If it was peak times, surely they should have had more buses running 😡 Therefore be very careful if using this service as ive read other reviews since of them giving priority to people with actual tickets instead of online ones so they seem to change the policies when they feel like and the buses arent as regular as they tell you!

I was earlier and I was given a possibility to take an earlier bus so I didn’t have to wait in the rain. The driver spoke English well. It was a good service altogether.

Absolutely shambles! We showed up 15 minutes before the bus time and it was a scramble to get on the bus. We were told the bus was full and we would have to wait an hour for the next one - meaning we would miss our flight! We bought return tickets so were essentially conned into paying for a ticket on a bus that didn’t have seats for everyone! We had to buy tickets for another bus which was much better. Avoid at all costs - they oversell tickets meaning some people are left without a seat and creates unnecessary stress. The staff were also rude and dismissive - absolute joke of a company. They should really consider selling tickets with actual time slots rather than a 6 hour window - never heard of anything so ridiculous in all my life! Please buy your tickets at one of the other bus companies located beside the Terravision stop.

We were satisfied with the service. We bought the tickets at Ciampino airport after our plane landed and the return tickets at Termini Station the day before leaving. Everything went well.

Cheap and easy transfer. A bit slow to begin with due to crazy Rome traffic but great overall. I particularly liked that there were staff at the bus stop so you could check details/ get information

Caught coach rather than taxi or train to airport. Super easy, staff were very helpful, coach was very clean with good air con. I would definitely use again.

I would highly recommend this company. I booked online from Termini station to Ciampino Airport and the bus arrived and left on time. The staff were helpful and also the customer services dept. answered my queries by email promptly. I would definitely use this bus service again when in Rome. Thank you

The bus arrived late, it was supposed to be at 1 o’clock arriving finally at 1:17 o’clock, my dad and uncle were waiting in front of the bus station to be the first ones ( we were a group of 8 people, with 4 children) and then the guy with a red dirty vest told us to go back at the queue or else wouldn’t let us to take the bus. We talked to him before and told him we had online tickets, and we were waiting for an hour ( he actually was there the whole time) but still told us to go back, which we did , but that wasn’t really nice

I was happy with both ways from/to airport. The staff was nice, prices of the tickets were OK, the bus is comfortable and went on time both ways and also the ride was an adventure :-) Crouwded at the station but the staff gave us instruction and it was ok. No priority boarding if you have tickets booked in advance on certain time so you should be there in time to get on board of the bus you want to go with. It takes about 35-50 minutes to/from the airport - it depends on the traffic. We had only good experience with Terravision.

I had very bad experience with this company, honestly the worst experience I ever had with buses. We bought our ticket at the train station, where they said we can get on any buses. When we wanted to get on a really rude lady said we cannot get on since we dont have online tickets,which is in my opinion a complete nonsense. So we spent around 40 euros basically for nothing. I do not recommend this to anybody I hope they ran out of business very soon, because this is not the way how a company like this should operate.

Easy to book online. Reasonable price. It is a bit more than the train, however the train doesn’t take you all the way and you have to get another bus which is annoying and can delay you a lot more. Bus arrived early and left on time. Dropped us right outside departures. Staff at the bus stop in Termini were very helpful too.

Excellent service, had booked tickets online although you could buy on boarding. Made transfer from and to the airport easy.

Everything was wonderful. I really liked the weather, the center of Rome and the city's attractions. It's a shame we only had a short time in Rome.

Good experience. There were 3 staff members organising the queues, done well and professional. I arrived 30 minutes early, so they well handling the Fiumicino airport queue. It was a very long queue, but they have handled it within 20 minutes, filling up 3 busses. Then our bus came and departed on time, was quite empty, as I guess Ciampino is a much smaller airport. I would recommend, was very easy and stress free airport transfer.

The trip from Termini to Ciampino airport was really smooth and quick. I was really impressed how well Terravision staff managed the crowded line of people waiting for Terravision buses. The were polite and knew how to persuade tourists to stay in the line. Really nice 🤓 It was very easy to get in and in a comfortable way.

I caught an earlier bus and there was no problem. Traffic was not light and the drive was just as quick, safe and problem free.

Low cost no stop airport transfer to/from Rome Centre available for both airports. Bus stop is easy to find conveniently located down the side of Termini. Tickets are easy to book online and I would recommend to ensure there is space on the bus. Tickets can also be booked by scanning QR code on the bus stop. There were 2 staff members at the stop to help and prevent you getting on the bus to the wrong airport. The staff were well organised and friendly. I travelled on Epiphany so the traffic was very heavy in Roma causing the bus arriving late to Termini by 15mins which was to be expected but time was made up on route so we arrived at the airport only 8 mins behind schedule. Seats were clean and comfortable. My only disappointment was that neither the staff nor the driver helped in loading or unloading cases into the luggage hold under the bus. The driver actually didn't even speak or acknowledge any of the passengers

Booked a ticket a day before departure, bus was supposed to leave at 4:05, but because of two previously overbooked buses to Fiumicino airport, my bus was late, but that’s the least of the problems. I couldn’t even get on the bus as it was overbooked. So imagine, it’s approximately 5am at termini station and you can’t even get anywhere and the workers were just screaming at people and told us that the next bus is only in two hours. Contacted their customer service but apparently selling more tickets than places on a bus is not their problem. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND.

i bought 2 tickets from booking to ciampino airport when i arrived at the departure point and showed the booking to a female clerk she kept asking me for the qr code. but my ticket didn't have it but it had confirmation number and pin number. Luckily for us the other employee LEX luckily he was also there helped us and told us where to print our ticket. Thank you very much LEX.. If we delayed a little longer there was a risk of missing our flight. Please let the company better inform its employees and not inconvenience us

Couldn't fault it. Great transfer. Booked ahead on line and got to the bus stop about 20 mins in advance. Terravision staff on hand to advise. Transfer was 30 mins.

We arrived earlier than scheduled, which, obviously, was awesome. The online ticket was really easy to buy, which was great.

Absolutely fantastic - ran early so make sure you get to the station early! I booked the 6:00am Ryanair flight out of Ciampino as it's the cheapest, only to realise that there's no way to get to the airport easily. The earliest bus from Rome was at 4:15am ish, this one, and got me there at 5:00am ostensibly. However the bus arrived early to Termini and got me to the airport at about 4:30, with plenty of time to get to my flight. Excellent!

All went very smooth, although I was running late the team on the bus helped to accomadte me in the last minutes before departure- mega kudos to the team! Also really reliable when compared to railway (which was on strike)

The bus times online are different from the actual timetable posted at the bus stop at Termini station. Missed the bus for this reason

We used Terravision for the transfer to Rome Termini Station and back to the airport. We booked our tickets online and we’re able to get on an earlier bus without any problems. Bus was clean and comfortable, the staff and driver were friendly.

Bus very good but we brought online tickets, didn’t know if we was first in queue before people buying at the bus station eg online tickets

- the bus left at the designated time - the bus station is beside the train station, which is easy to find - the website shows the duration of the trip as 40 minutes, but I have arrived at the airport in 30 minutes, which is so good - the bus is clean and comfortable, not that crowded - the driver has driven smoothly - I could see the beautiful sunrise while traveling

Useless staff... they spent the time talking with each other instead of organizing the waiting line for the bus... just useless...

I booked this transfer to Ciampino Airport, super convenient in terms of price and in 40min I was at the airport. Defo I ll take it again

Very affordable priced transfer . We took the terravision bus from rome ciampino airport to roma termini and vice versa. The bus was well air conditioned but could do with fixing some of the broken seats as they don't sit upright . Other than that you just scan the QR code with the terravision staff , sit and relax and you reach your destination.

Very good service on a clean coach, on time and a fair price. We went from the airport to Termini as well as from Termni to Ciampino at a cost of only €11 per person return

Easy to book and find, coach in time and comfortable to ride. The driver was calm and sensible. Wish we had used them when we arrived!
