Transfer From Rome To The Port Of Civitavecchia

The driver was very professional on time and excellent communication!! He even made accommodations for our group .

Perfect transportation at the previous time and confirming by email

We used Transfer Shuttle Tour for all of our transfers on our last trip to Rome (4 total). They picked us up from the airport to our hotel, then next morning to the Cruise Port, from Cruise Port to Rome hotel and then to airport. Each transfer the driver was on time, professional and friendly. They picked us up each time in a nice Mercedes Van even though it was only two of us. They have a special permit to drop off and pick up directly at the ship, which was key. I would totally recommend them and use them again without hesitation.

Driver on time, vehicle very nice and clean. Pick up was easy and so was the drop off. Would definitely recommend

Ricardo arrives early. He is pleasant and professional. Seamless experience. We we used this company twice and would use them again

Our ride never came for us! They never reimbursed me! Overall they tried to say my round trip was not booked correctly! How does this happen?

Our driver was great! He was on time, helped with our bags, drove safely, and was very kind. We would use this service again!

DRIVER was on time, early in fact, clean car, extremely professional service!!! Ride was smooth and safe. He knew exactly our location and drop off was easy.

It was very good communicated with us about where meet and we find them however it was a very, very long walk to the automobile.

We had a group of six with suitcases and had to book the day before departure because pour other transportation was cancelled. Viator contacted the company to to see if we can get an earlier departure. The tour company contacted me directly via Whatsapp and was very accommodating. I highly recommend this transportation. The vehicle was very spacious comfortable.

Ricardo was timely and got us to the port safely & on time. He was even kind to return to the port when I left my phone in his van.

Driver was fantastic! Our pick-up location was incorrect and he pivoted promptly so we were not left stranded.

Driver was on time, very polite and well mannered and would use again without hesitation. Provided bottles of water, vehicle was immaculate, and got to destination without any issues.

The driver was extremely accommodating and helpful. Our flight landed earlier than anticipated and he was able to come pick us up early so we didn’t have to wait as long. We really appreciate the communication with the driver so we understood everything. I highly recommend him and his service!

Great experience with the transfer . The driver was on time, very helpful, and got us to the port right on time.

Flawless pick up at the airport to Citvitavecchia port area/hotel. Ricardo was early and waiting on us we’ll in advance of our arrival. He was safe and courteous and handled our luggage with care. We were so impressed that we have booked him directly for two additional travel plans in and around the Rome and port area. Highly recommended!!!

Ricardo arrived early, was polite, personable and attentive to our needs. Driving through Rome is not easy yet our driver was patient and experienced and He took us directly to our dock.

Great ride. Our driver was very accommodating to being picked up a little earlier to make sure we made it back to our ship with plenty of time to spare. He kept in constant contact with WhatsApp. Would highly recommend their service.

Riccardo Vivan was exactly at the previous time and confirm by email. Perfect transportation at the door of my Hotel in Rome.

Excellent service! Ricardo and his partner drove my husband and I from Rome to the cruise port and back upon our return. Ricardo and his colleague were extremely reliable ( which is rare in Rome), punctual, nicely dressed -Italian style, spoke perfect English, maintained great communication before the pick up and they drove very nicely in the crazy traffic in Rome. The car was a Mercedes, large enough for our luggage, elegant , very clean and the A/ C was used all the time (thank God). Outstanding service! Mille grazie Ricardo!
