Transfer From Rome Airports To Rome

The airport transfer was smooth and hassle free. Our flight got delayed and I was worried we’ll get left behind but when I messaged Riccardo, he acknowledged and understand the situation. He was waiting patiently near the exit and even helped my parents out with their luggages. Thank you again for the great service. Highly recommending it!

Driver was early which was perfect as our plane was too. Comfortable and safe ride into our hotel in Rome.

We had an excellent experience with this transfer company! We booked their services multiple times throughout our trip, using several vehicles to accommodate our large group. Every transfer was handled professionally and efficiently. The company was very responsive, easy to communicate with, and extremely accommodating of our group’s needs. All the vehicles were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the drivers were punctual, courteous, and professional. Coordinating transportation for a large group can be challenging, but they made the entire process smooth and stress-free. We really appreciated their reliability, flexibility, and excellent service. We would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for dependable private transportation, especially for larger groups. Thank you for taking such good care of us!

Great service, highly recommend. Our driver Riccardo was very professional and accomodating.

Driver was very nice. Took good care of us. We had a van with 6 travelers and all of our luggage fit perfectly.

They had 2 golf carts for 8 people. We had a great time. We saw a lot of Rome in 4 hours. Guides were very knowledgeable and enthusiastic.

Perfecto! Driver met us exactly as instructions stated, holding a sign with my name. Dropped us off at Rome hotel. I would recommend.

English speaking driver would have been a nice option. Driver was on time and helpful carting bags. Communication on what’s app wasn’t real prompt on early conversations

He was not very helpful or talkative in any way. I would not recommend this driver to anyone. The company may be good - just get a friendlier driver

Driver was where he was supposed to be. He quickly took our bags and headed to the car. He got us to hotel safely. Nice easy experience.

This was a smooth experience. He text me to let me know where he would be. Our plane was a bit late but he was still there to greet us with a sign with our name.

Our driver was great. Told us all about the city as we drove. He was a very safe driver. I’d use this service again

The driver was polite , helpful, and efficient. His driving was a little scary , however, Im sure it was normal for Italy . He was prompt and made sure we were in the right hotel before he left .

The ride went off with no problems at all. Got off the plane got luggage, and went to pick up area. There are drivers and two vehicle ready to go. Greta service from both drivers. Very cautious driver for the 45 minute ride to downtown central tfrom airport.

It took a while to get past EES but our driver waited for us. Communication was excellent. Very happy with Pierre

First time using Viator for hotel transfer from airport. Everything went smoothly. Driver was helpful and very kind.

Airport transfer was flawless. Driver was very kind and patiently waited for all of my family to reach the meeting point. Communication from Viator was excellent.

Our plane got in early and we got through customs reactively fast so we were worried we would have to wait but the driver was already there to greet us. It was a fast and smooth ride to where we were staying. Highly recommend this transfer company. Great communication. The driver spoke English and was very pleasant and accommodating. Great experience! Thank you!

The driver was there waiting for us at the meeting point. Everything went smoothly and we are in our hotel safely.

Worth to book as the lines for taxis and uber were ridiculous. Our driver was prompt and the process was made so simple for me and my wife to communicate, get picked up, and taken care of. He took our bags and promptly got us on the road. Great driving and very accommodating. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for transport from the airport to their hotel

The driver was there and very punctual for our arriving flight. Handled the traffic like a professional. The car was clean and odorless.

The transfer from Rome International Airport to our Rome hotel was perfect from beginning to end. Our driver was exactly where the meeting point was and very well presented. The car was immaculate and comfortable and had no issue fitting our two suitcases and two carryon bags in the boot. The trip in was seamless. I highly recommend this company.

Purchased a transfer from Rome airport traveling with 2 family members. Driver showed up with a small sedan. Said I needed to make a special request??? Why did I take the time to register my guests. One word Uber! Complete joke

Met us at the airport as promised. Great drive. Our driver did a great job pointing out highlights along the way.

Totally worth it if you’re arriving with family. Vans have plenty of room for luggage and it was 6 of us. Super easy and avoids all the hassle of finding an uber or taxi.

Thank you Ricardo for the professional service, you made our transfers to and from FCO pleasant and stress free. Communication and instructions were clear, responses were immediate and the vehicle was neat, clean and comfortable.

Our driver was efficient and helpful. The directions to find him were very clear. He was waiting for us when we arrived.

The driver waited for an hour and half because the plane was late leaving our home city. Very friendly and drove expertly.

Driver was courteous and waiting for us in the place he said he would be. Would be an extra nice touch if he’d had bottled water for clients.

Flawless! On time pick up, drove us with care, comfortable mid sized, air conditioned vehicle, would highly recommend.

Thank you for picking us up earlier as booked…Very friendly ..Good communication from the start of booking this company.Happy with the service

Riccardo is a top-rate professional and has great communication. I had to cancel with him after he spent time in scheduling our group. He was very understanding.

I’ve used this group the last few years, over multiple holidays to Rome. I’ve hired them for transfers to and from the airport, as well as from Rome to other cities in Italy. Transfer Shuttle is always on time, professional and has the most competitive pricing. Plus their cars are all clean and luxurious. I would highly recommend for any of your transportation needs in Rome. Glad I discovered Riccardo and his company. I will continue to use them for all my trips to Rome.

Riccardo provided Excellent service. On time and van was immaculate. We were able to fit 6 people and 12 suitcases. I would highly recommend.

Riccardo our driver was very friendly and professional. He explained many of the sights along our journey from the airport to our hotel in downtown Rome.

Our driver was waiting for us with a sign with our last name on it after we picked up our baggage. Nice ride into Rome, helped with loading/unloading our luggage, and dropped us right at the door of our hotel.
