We traveled as a family from Fiumicino Airport to Roma Termini, and we had a really great experience. A special thanks to ARAFAT, who was incredibly helpful from the very beginning. The SIT bus is an easy and convenient way to travel to and from the airport to Rome. What stood out the most is the customer service. In a rush, I exited the bus without grabbing my backpack from above the seat. Arafat went above and beyond calling drivers, reassuring me along the way, before I was reunited with my bag. I am beyond grateful and will forever remember this kindness.

Unsafe, driver deliberately tried to hit a small car with the bus because the person wouldn't go above the speed limit, he did this several times, maliciously throwing someone off the lane after cutting through the left, I rode the bus at 1645 from the Vatican pickup point on June 17, this guy don't deserve a driver's license

Very cheap. Comfortable and quick. On time. Also great view on the road. You can book online, it is only 7 euros. The pick up point is on Google maps.

Shuttle bus to the airport, one way ticket…the listed options for pick-up may be misleading. An attendant will help to verify ticket.

The usual typical Italian situation! You wait in line, especially in the morning, for more than half an hour, only to find that the friend of the relative of the uncle of the nephew of the lover jumps the queue because he knows the service attendant (probably an employee of Aeroporti di Roma, and presumably regular bus user: which - let's state it in plain language - does not in any way justify allowing him to jump the queue!). When I asked about it (since I found myself in the pleasant situation of being the first passenger excluded (because the bus was full)), I was given the explanation—both simply ridiculous and unbelievable—that he was a member of the police force on duty (obviously in plain clothes). What can I say, welcome to ITALY!

We told the driver that we wanted to stop in Barberini and the bus stoped only in Vaticano. He didn't tell us that other companies did the stop

I don't recommend it. The bald man at the bus stop is rude, doesn't explain how the buses work, and even pushed me when I tried to validate my QR code. It was terrible treatment.

Super easy transfer to the airport for a great price! the person who met us at the pick up spot was very accommodating and let me on the shuttle despite me picking a different time. Highly recommend :)

Clear Bus Stand and On Time. I would recommend S.I.T. Bus if you’re accommodations are near the Vatican. Avoid Termini if not needed.

We decided to use this bus transfer as its Vatican stop was very close to our hotel. It was easy to find the bus stop outside T3 where you check in with a member of staff. Although we had booked the 1.30pm bus, we were able to join the 1pm bus. Bus was comfortable and journey into the Vatican was under an hour without a hitch and all for a fraction of the cost of a cab!

The bus was easy to find, tickets were straightforward to use, the bus was clean and comfortable. Nearly on time when I used it and got me where I needed to be for a reasonable price.

The email they have listed is downright ignored, in-person staff were rude on the return trip. Very poor performance overall.

Absolutely fantastic way to get into the centre. The bus stops are literally just outside the airport and it was way cheaper than a taxi. The buses arrived on time, and were clean and comfortable and the drivers were pretty helpful with loading and unloading luggage. I would absolutely use the service again.

We took the SIT bus to the airport. it was a good service, we were able to board near the Vatican area which saved a metro ride and we didn't have to deal with luggage. Also it was half the price of the Leonardo express train. We booked online but there was a representative at the stop also.

Worked perfectly for us both ways. We didn't book in advance but bought our tickets at the bus stops. Easy to find the stop at airport and near Vatican. Someone was waiting to take payment at the Vatican bus stop. No lines either way. Roughly 45 minutes both ways. Great value!

What I liked most about SIT Bus Shuttle was, without a doubt, the respect and kindness.😊 We were traveling as a family to the Vatican, in Rome, with my parents, who are already elderly. There was quite a line and we were almost at the end, but a very attentive guy offered them a seat while we waited. It really caught my attention how he treated everyone, always with a smile and very approachable. Before we left, I asked him what his name was: Arafat. I want to thank him from the bottom of my heart for such a nice gesture. It is a pleasure to meet people like that! We booked the tickets online without any complications. The bus was already waiting at the airport and everything was very well organized. The bus was clean and pleasantly air-conditioned. The departure was on time and we arrived at our destination reliably. Overall a very pleasant and smooth transfer – would do it again!

Bus departure at 6:00. Flight at 8:00 with boarding at 7:30. Arrival at 6:00 sharp, right on the dot, not a second later. I see the driver closing the doors in front of me and pointing to the operator validating the tickets. While I do it, it leaves right in front of me. Next bus at 6:30. It speaks for itself.

Service is excellent and at a very good price. You avoid expensive trains or taxis to get to the airport and it leaves on time but I did not give 5 stars is because the boy who validated my coupon made me suffer because he said that my coupon was not coupon q was not valid that I searched in the mail, I showed him mails and by the tripadvisor page that had bought it and like half a hr had me suffering and in the end rather he did not know how to use his own device since effectively the purchase by tripadvisor if not by "viator" then he had to have chosen in his aarato viator then buying it by tripadvisor is not option because there they do not locate it but speaking of the Transportation Service 10 of 10

The times are sound and smoke and boarding takes a good 20 min. But we came with us immediately and were reliably at the destination. Um... and cheaper than taxi.

Departure from the airport rarely happens on time as they try to fill the bus entirely. About half an hour later for the 9:50 one. Don't hesitate to go to the controller and tell him that we have a reservation instead of queuing because they also sell tickets on site and you risk getting your seat booked by someone who buys a ticket on site. I took SIT because I wanted to go down to the Vatican closer to my accommodation. On the way out the journey lasted almost an hour because there was traffic (10h) on the return we took the bus back to the Vatican stop and were even able to take the one before without worry. The journey took just 30 minutes. Perfect service, very attentive counselors. I recommend!

A very good first impression of Rome. Unfortunately, I dropped my phone on the bus and thought I left it at the airport. To look for the phone, we left the bus. When we came back, a ticket inspector approached us and said that the mobile phone was found on the bus and he also arranged everything for us so that we could pick up my mobile phone at the destination of the bus ride. I went both there and back with this bus. Specifically the route was Fiumicino airport to Rome, Vatican and vice versa. Very good organization , very punctual bus, has air conditioning , wifi and to be able to charge the mobile during the trip. The journey is short , it is highly recommended to buy it online, also if Shopping there and back together the price is cheaper than if Shopping separately. There are some people who are at the stop who take care of scanning the tickets.Bus clean and perfect everything. Fully recommended for everyone

For the French: you must arrive at Terminal 1: be careful, you must leave the Terminal and walk 6-10 minutes to Terminal 3 following the route to the Buses. The company bus is at parking lot 12 (it's basically written and just follow the crowd). Boarding very easy. Different times of the site, be careful, but a bus every 30 minutes or so. Ideal Vatican, the stop is 10 minutes walk from St. Peter. Air-conditioned bus, comfortable and very clean.

Our flight left at 6 in the morning and we booked on the first bus at 4:30 am. A company worker came 15 minutes early to see the tickets and when the bus arrived, super punctual, he got on without wasting any time, like this at all the stops. We took the bus from Termini to the airport, it was on time, the price is 8€ and not 7 as indicated on the website. The staff is very unpleasant, if you ask for information from the person who sells the tickets she is on her phone so you disturb her and make you understand. the driver shouts at travelers even though there are no instructions and as a foreigner you don't always have ticket information.
