If you buy a ticket in advance don’t expect that there’re spots in the bus for you. Almost certainly you will wait another 30-40min for departure cause the company selling tickets at the entrance of the bus not counting on people who already bought it online for specific hour. Terrible experience and a time loss. Occurred every time throughout 5 years.

Terravision has very good prices and they ALWAYS go according to the timetable
This was the most cost effective way to transit from the Rome airport to the Rome central business district. The busses are very clean and comfortable, and the price is a fraction of the cab fare. I highly recommend this.
The traffic was slower than the train; however, we saw more countryside and city. The old Roman viaduct works was incredible to see!! The Metro Central was perfect for catching our connecting Red A Line to Central Park Marriott.
The bus was a little ways down - out in front of airport. Excellent price. Dropped us near the train station which was way out of our way - had to get a taxi to get to our hotel.
Terravision provide a reliable, regular air conditioned , quality coach service from FCO to Rome Termini, with the added value of booking a Terrafast car to meet you at termini and take you to your hotel; We also booked our departure collection from the hotel to meet the bus at Rome Termini. The Terrafast car was also clean , air conditioned and we could chat to our friendly drivers quite easily. Everything was on time.
It got me to Termini. The wait was longer than expected but honestly the line moved fairly quickly. If you’re in a hurry this probably isn’t going to be what you want. But if you don’t the wait it was a comfortable way to get from the airport.
Very good transfer from Roma Fiumicino to Roma Termini. Easy to find to stop outside Terminal 3.
It’s a great service, with good value for money. The staff are helpful too. It’s even cheaper than taking the local train which is a great plus. I’d highly recommend
Booked the wrong stop and couldn’t get support to change this before the bus departed. No credit offered
I found the airport transfer to the Vatican City fantastic. We had repurchased our tickets (you can also purchase them at the airport). We followed the bus signs and located Terravision Bus waiting in bus bay 18. We were greeted by a friendly staff member who scanned our tickets and the bus driver helped to load our bags into the under his storage. The buses were clean, comfortable and air conditioned.
The bus stop was easy to find. we reached the airport on time. a bit of delay due traffic.
though I had a ticket on my phone, and one of the attendants saw it, as I moved to the bus I lost the internet and the woman scanning the tickets made me stand and wait in 100 degree weather and would not let me on the bus until she finally figured I could use wifi from the bus. She was mean and fully intended to not let me on the bus if I couldn't show the code for her to scan.
Great deal for the money! Fairly easy to find in the airport. Money well spent.
There is no proper signage to indicate how to get from Baggage claim in terminal 1 to Terminal 3. You must completely exit the building the walk to your right. There is easy signage after that.
Bus was easy to get to and the best thing knowing your luggage is on the bus without having to lug it to a train and worry.
I travelled with a family of 6 (6x8=42€). The pickup location (airport) was great. The drop off location (Rome City Center) was very sketchy. We did not feel comfortable at all. Taxi prices are capped coming from the airport at $55-$85 to get to Rome depending on group size. If you can afford it, I would go that direction.
The app is very easy to use (you can change the pick up hour without any charge), the ticket prices are affordable, and the pick-up and drop-off points are conveniently located and easy to find, especially from and to airport. Everything was well organized, the buses departed on time. I would definitely use Terravision again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable airport transfer service.
my flight got canceled so I didn’t arrive until the next day. So they said my tickets is invalid and I had to repurchase for a higher prices. Though, I emailed them and told them I would not make it. I had no response. Very disappointing.
It was wonderful, stress free. We took the bus back to the airport as well. It was a little crazy not knowing where to catch the bus.
This service was reliable (on-time) and cost-friendly. However, as previous customers mentioned, the staff lacked customer service, any level of enthusiasm for their jobs, and seemed like they were going through the motions even just at mid-day. Would explore other companies that offer same service in the future. Also, the two drop-off location options weren't communicated super clearly - near Vatican vs Rome Termini. As such, I didnt have much time to research which was closer to my hotel. Thankfully got off at Vatican last-minute, and the driver was extremely annoyed that I needed to grab my luggage - honestly think he would have driven away without me gathering it if I hadn't apologized and begged. Likely won't use yhis company again unless absolutely needed.
I got to the terminal and they said my tickets were for yesterday, but it clearly says today on my app. I had to buy tickets again. This is BS. Now I paid twice for one bus ride. Will not use Viator for this again.
Worst experience i have ever had on a bus Rome was marking 37ºC and the A/C on the bus was not working properly It was a true nightmare to travel 50 minutes with full bus Please do not book
Very comfortable plus economic service, transfer from Fiumicino airport to Rome Termini and back.
Valerio was wonderful, answered all the questions I had. Great experience all around. Beautiful tour!
Convenient location, great price to get into the city, waiting time is not long, drive is smooth, highly recommended to anyone with luggage who wants the convenience but doesn’t want to pay taxi.
Great service ! Very comfortable from/to airport to/from Rome city. All the people are very friendly and helpful.
Very easy to use and drop off points were perfect for us. We were at the city center and to our apartment in no time
Super easy and glad I chose to ride the bus instead of train to go central Rome. No need to worry about pick pockets and my luggage is in the safe storage bottom of the bus. My plain arrived Terminal 1 then rolled my suitcase to terminal 3 was easy walk. There are transportation information at the baggage pick up at the terminal where to ride a bus. I highly recommend to get a tickets in advance online for smooth transportation. Viator will send you all the information in advance.
Great transfer! Super easy! Air conditioned. Comfortable. Quick. Leaves you at City central to catch the Metro.
The meeting point the Viator app map shows is not correct. The actual ticket with the QR code shows the right pick up spot from FCO, near the other buses. WiFi on board was good. Nice start to Rome, kind of like a mini tour.
Buses are comfortable and prompt the signage at the airport to the bus stand is poor but all the staff are very nice friendly and welcoming.
We booked transfers to and from the airport. Easy to book on line. Even though you pick a time slot you are able to jump on any bus(subject to availbility) On both trips we jumped on an earlier bus These were the only bus company we found that advertised this. Tickets on line.Friendly staff. Comfortable seats.Felt safe with the driver.Good price
Convenient way to get from Airport to Termini. Chairs in bus mostly no longer in upright position and makes ride a bit uncomfortable. It was however good to get your first look at your surroundings.
Easy and simple to find. Kind of a far walk though but once you find it you’re good. There will be signs
No very friendly staff. Was one stop before Termini, but they didn't announced, so I assumed they think all the tourist knows where they are. A/C was not cold.
Once we had found the bus stop, after a short walk, we had no problems getting to Rome city centre, a comfortable ride.
A very good way to get from the airport to the city for the price. There should be a display on the bus to show which stop you are at so you don’t get off at the wrong stop
Easy to book on the app. Bus location at FCO easy to find. Smooth bus ride from FCO to Rome Termini station.
Great experience! bus runs frequently (15-20 minutes). Nice, clean and comfortable bus with plenty of room. Ticket booth and line assistants were very helpful. The trip only took about 45 minutes.
The bus boarding on April 22nd at 16:30 was a terrible experience. First, the bus was 6 minutes late. Second, without any warning, I was forced to put my personal backpack in the luggage hold. This is unacceptable for a personal item containing a camera, documents, and other valuables. Furthermore, the luggage compartment was almost full, and suitcases were being shoved and crammed in with such force that I was genuinely scared for my fragile belongings. It was alarming to watch how roughly the luggage was handled. When I tried to explain the situation, the driver was extremely rude, telling me it was "entirely my problem" and that I could buy a ticket for another bus if I didn't like it. I urge you to take measures; this level of service and behavior is unacceptable.
It is not the operator's fault but the airport doe not number the columns until about 30 meters outside the exit. If you just take a right and keep walking you will find the numbered columns. They are now located at # 18. Nice service. Less crowded and less hassle dealing with luggage than the train. Solid value
It's easy to find transportation at the airport, and the staff are friendly. The terminal in the city center is a bit of a letdown.
Easy to find the bus stop, didn’t wait too long, but disappointed about the WiFi , NO WiFi on the bus, pricing is good
It was difficult to locate the bus bay. The instructions on the message were not clear enough. We arrived at the airport past midnight. There were no one to guide us to de bus bay. A friendly italian who was picking up his wife on its own car was kind to help us reach the bus bay. We almost lost the transport. The crew was not friendly, we asked the bus driver if he new how cot et a transport downtown to our hotel and he was rude in his answer telling us he didn't know.
The bus was on time, the onboarding was quick and easy, the bus was clean the location was easy to find the trip was nice and smooth
Really easy to find the bus when leaving airport and speedy transfer to Rome. Excellent value for money. Bus was clean and comfortable.
Followed signs from airport arrivals for Bus. Went towards stop 14. Deserted, no signage. Checked my phone to make sure I had correct info. Msg said stop had changed to 18. Walked back towards airport and spotted Terravision kiosk near stop 16. Checked departure point and was able to board next bus without further delay. For info lower number stops are quite separate from higher number stops and the path divides well before you get to Kiosk. General moan - coach companies seem to not be very good at keeping passengers informed. Journey into Rome took around 40 minutes and was very comfortable.
Very easy to use would recommend to everyone to use this bus service rather than taxis. Esp public transport in the city.
Find the bus easily and it got us to termini station exactly as we wanted. Easy and cheaper than taxi.
