Terrible communication, late bus, only took tickets from people who had bought online or had a ticket already from return. BUY TICKET BEFORE GOING TO BUS STOP. Staff literally standing talking and giving zero communication. Bus was 26 mins late and staff didn’t say a word. Shockingly bad.

If you’re visiting Rome and flying into Ciampino Airport, I would highly recommend pre-booking your airport transfer with Terravision. The bus stop was easy to locate outside the airport, and if you do struggle to find it, the man standing beside the stop was really helpful. The coaches run approximately every 30 minutes, and we were actually able to get on an earlier coach than we had originally expected, which was a great bonus. The coach was clean, and the driver drove safely throughout the journey. Everything was straightforward and easy, with the coach dropping us off at Rome’s main train station, Roma Termini. This is also where you catch the coach for your return journey to the airport. It was also such good value for money, €7 euros each! Overall, the whole experience was completely stress-free, which is exactly what you want when travelling somewhere new. I would definitely recommend Terravision to anyone looking for a convenient and reliable transfer between Ciampino Airport and central Rome!

Very reliable service ... website easy to use if you want to book in advance. Good driving as well. These were very important for us as we had to book everything at the last minute due to our original flight being cancelled and re-routed to fly from Rome. Thank you Terravision team!

Cheap and comfortable way to get into the city centre, well signposted and buses were running frequently.

Look into other options first. If you are more than one person, a taxi or Uber may be better value (we paid €36 plus metro fees for 4 people but an Uber would only have been €40 door to door). Staff appear tired and miserable (not helpful or even vaguely interested). All bags, including hand luggage, have to go under the bus apart from very small handbags so separate out anything valuable to keep it safe. The sign always says “bus in ten minutes” but they wait until the bus is entirely full so we waited over half an hour. We wouldn’t use this company again - a lesson in reading reviews and doing research.

I waited an hour for the bus, only for the worker at the desk to lousily say the next one is too full and you cannot take it. I told her I bought the ticket for the 12:30 one (I arrived at noon) and had been waiting an hour. It was 1 pm, and she said the next bus is at 1:50 because the one at 1 pm is "sold out." They oversell their tickets, and it will take a while to get into the city. Overall, their service and hospitality is subpar and the lady honestly didn't even listen to me because I'm sure she spews this nonsense all the time to different tourists. I took matters into my own hands and got on the next bus anyway, and it worked. So don't listen to her if she says the next one is full, just go on anyway.

Excellent service-QR code on bus stop stand along with times for all coaches over all days. Pleasant staff, comfortable seats, coach left at exactly the departure tine advertised. Total cost for 2 adults €18. Excellent service

We did not have a good experience with Terravision. Upon arrival at the airport, the bus was already full, so we had to wait one hour for the next one. This was not due to a delay—the buses were running on time, but they simply filled up quickly. The return journey from Rome to the airport was even worse. We were traveling with two children and had to stand in a long queue to board the bus. It quickly became clear that far more people wanted to take the bus than it could accommodate. As boarding started, the situation became chaotic. Although there was a queue, it was not respected at all. As the bus filled up, people began pushing aggressively from all sides just to get on. Some passengers who had been waiting near the front of the line were unable to board despite waiting patiently. Families were separated, and children started crying due to the stressful situation. It is clear that too many tickets are being sold compared to the actual capacity of the buses. Some passengers were simply left behind. The fact that tickets are valid for 24 hours without a specific time slot contributes directly to this problem. In my opinion, tickets should be tied to a specific departure time to avoid overcrowding and unsafe situations like this. Overall, a very frustrating and poorly managed experience. I would not recommend this service, especially for families.

Very easy to use, quick and efficiency! staff are great .. very friendly and helpful. We were going to take a taxi back to campino on return but decided to get the bus again and so glad we did as we saved so much money and it was so easy as it’s the same stop as drops you off. The timetable is also printed on bus stop and website to book tickets are easy we just used Apple Pay ( we did see people buying tickets of staff before boarding too) I would get there at least 20 mins before boarding as a queue forms.. one thing I would suggest is that people who have not pre bought tickets should be made to go to back of queue as they rudely pushed in front of us.

5 star service! We used to campino and back from termini .. So easy to book you can book online on their easy to book website or go to helpful desk as you leave departures at airport as we did ( during busy season I would book online and make sure you arrive 20 mins at least before bus leaves as I imagine it’s very busy! ) the transfer is seamless and has ample space of luggage storage underneath bus. The staff are so helpful and friendly to answer questions .. getting back from termini it’s the same stop that drops you off so very easy to find your way in back and they have the timetable printed and shout out the bus for campino or flumicino . journey it only takes around 40 mins. The staff are super organised with people and try and manage line but only feedback I would give is the people who have already bought tickets should have priority over rude ppl pushing in front trying to board and buy with boarding staff on bus door .. they should be sent to back of queue. Overall a great service and soo much cheaper than taxis would defo use again!

I bought a return ticket at the airport having been cajoled by the employee who said; "It is cheaper." She NEVER mentioned it was only valid for 72 hours. Now I'm supposed to pay another Eu7 (Eu21 total) for the return trip tomorrow. Now I hate being taken for a sucker but guess what..I'm getting on that bus tomorrow no matter what and they're NOT getting another Eu7 out of me. Call the police!

Used Terravision after being let down by pre booked transfer at Ciampino airport. On return I had mistakenly booked the wrong way online. staff were extremely helpful and took time to sort the issue with me

It’s so easy… Once you’ve exited baggage claim etc. and entered the arrivals area there is a kiosk next to the car rental places where you can buy a ticket. The girl was really helpful with clear instructions to where the bus would collect us. It was a 100m walk to the bus shelter once we’d exited the building. There is plenty of room for luggage under the bus, and then a comfortable trip into Termini Station. You can also buy the tickets online, which we did on our return trip. €14 for 2 people.. it was perfect.

Purchased two return tickets in advance through booking .com . On arrival at the bus with printed tickets the agenttold us to wait to one side . During the next ten minutes 7 people with luggage arrived and boarding as I stepped forward to ask why we were not boarded . She signalled to the driver who closed the doors and drove away . She then turned and advised the next bus was in 1 hour but pointed out the taxi rank . I had return tickets from Rome Termini to the airport but had no confidence in their appalling customer service or trusted them to get us to the airport in time for our flight . On returning home I complained about our unprofessional experience with the company and requested a refund . Their reply was to accuse me of not approaching the agent by the bus and possibly not having the correct ticket . I did present a printed ticket 10 minutes before the bus left . I do not take kindly to being accused of not presenting correctly or on time . This was there final position final position so now I will take this issue up with my card provider For breach of contract In addition for your information that will form the basis of my claim through my card provider Under the Act, a transport service must be provided with reasonable care and skill. You are entitled to a refund if 1. Staff gave you specific instructions TOLD TO WAIT TO ONE SIDE 2. Those instructions caused you detriment OTHERS BOARDED THE BUS TO CAPACITY 3. You were then excluded unfairly THERE WAS NO SEATS LEFT ON BOARD The return journey was my decision due to lack of confidence in terravision to provide the service I urge the many disgruntled customers found on Tripadvisor. of this totally unprofessional bus service to claim their refund through their card provider for the trip . THEY NEED TO BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR THEIR POOR ORGANISATION

Terrible service – avoid! I booked an airport transfer and only received an email with a QR ticket, no map, link, or clear instructions on where the stop was. I spent 45 minutes walking around Termini trying to find it, along with an American lady and another person who were just as lost, so it wasn’t just me. The bus even drove past without stopping. I eventually found the supposed location on their website, but by then I’d already missed the bus and had to pay €40 for a taxi. When I contacted customer service, they refused to refund me even after I showed proof that no map or directions were sent. Awful experience, save yourself the stress and book with someone else.

Everything was great. The service was nice, the bus was there on time, we could even get on an earlier bus if there was a free seat.

We printed tickets, and also down loaded paper tickets which we used..arrived at airport, followed instructions to Terravision bus stop which was almost opposite arrivals, so very easy to find..Our bus arrived on time, lady checked our tickets, printed the ones we needed for both ways journey, we sat and relaxed..nice coach, good WiFi.. took around 30 mins..we arrived on time at Rome Termini Station, which was central for everything we needed..it was easy and stress free both going and coming back 4 days later..ignore any moaners, for us it was perfect, quick, and stress free.

Excellent, timely & reliable service taking no longer than 30 mins each way. Thank you so much for letting us get on the earlier bus due to our flight arriving earlier then scheduled. Pick up/drop off locations are convenient - stand 1 outside CIA and stand 1 outside termini. All round efficiency at its best costing a very reasonably price return of just over £40 for a family of four.

The Terravsion shuttle Ciampino-Termini in Rome is a good choice to reach the city center without spending a fortune. The bus station is right oustide the Airport and it is easy to find. The driver in my case was nice with me and helpful. You can either get the ticket online (solution I suggest) or buy it at the desk inside the airport or directly at the bus station, through the help of the driver (he/she has a device for payments by card). My only suggestion would be the following: don't wait the scheduled time departure to reach the bus station. Go directly after your landing, as soon as you're ready.

Caught this bus Ciampino-Rome Termini and it was great. Super easy to spot the place to get on the bus, friendly enough staff and, above all, practical. Got us from a place to another quickly.

Prompt, reliable and reasonably priced - the things that don't always go together but am glad to say they do here. Used Terravision as a transfer from the airport to the Rome Termini. Online booking and instructions were easy. Didn't interact much with the person checking the tickets out the driver but seemed friendly enough. The bus itself was fine - an older but decent coach. Can't really complain - good value, and wouldn't but think twice about using them again.

Excellent service and really budget friendly! Comfy and clean coaches with lovely staff. Collected coach right outside terminal and dropped outside the Termini - perfect! 100% recommended.

The airport transfer of Terravision is an excellent service, the journey between the airport was safe and fast, and the price is also economic.

Good buses, polite and helpful stuff. The only objection is that the bus departed more than 20 mins sooner than scheduled. If it was because everybody with the ticket was on board, then no objections. But if I came about on time, I would complain :)

Perfect way to transfer AND see some sights of Rome in the process. The timing of our tickets did not matter. We just got in line and boarded the bus within minutes. Everything is clearly marked for pickups both at FCO and at Rome Termini!

Our trip from tha airport to Rome city center and back went well with Terravision. The bus was on time and the staff was kind and helpful.

First I wanna tell Roma is an amazing city that everyone must visit! And choose terravision for your trip you won’t regret it.

We booked a later bus but got there early and there was no bother getting the 5.30 into Rome . Remember to print the voucher which is exchanged for a ticket. The bus is very close as you leave arrivals so not far to walk.

It was very easy to book online, and we were able to change our times to an earlier bus as we were out of the airport quicker than expected. There was plenty of space for additional luggage and it got us into the centre of Rome in good time. We also used the service getting back to the airport at the end of our trip. I would definitely use the service again, and recommend to others,

Great service, easy to find, fast transfer to city centre. I bought tickets for the 9pm, but against all odds my flight allowed me to catch the 8pm transfer. I was worried we would have to wait over an hour for the 9pm transfer but the staff had no issues letting me and my family get on the 8pm bus. So, if you're like me and you stress out about these things, don't worry, it'll be ok.

First ever transfer, we had already booked online from home, after landing we double checked with their help desk to guide us to the pick up point, nice and easy lane 1 boarded coach. Nice relax trip into Rome to the railway station, very comfortable safe ride.

This bus company is the worst a person could ever choose! We arrived 10 minutes before our 11 o'clock bus that we had booked tickets for days before that. Not only was the bus 30 minutes late, but there wasn't enough space for everyone. They had overbooked. Somehow people could buy tickets at the place and got on the bus, but those with booked tickets in advance couldn't. Buying tickets online does not help you in any way. You have to wait in line otherwise you loose your spot. The next bus was scheduled for 12 o'clock and we asked specifically if it was going to be late. They said it was going to be on time. Suprise. It wasn't. We left at 12:20 so we basically waited 1,5 hours. I guess they don't care that people have plans and arrangements. The whole experience was extremely frustrating and we didn't get even an apology. DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF USING THIS COMPANY! IT'S UNRELIABLE AND YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED!

Never seen something like this - you're not allow to bring anything on board - so if you have a laptop, camera or whatever expensive , you have to leave it down in the bus storage, where everybody throws theirs stuff on your bag and nobody guard that ??? Terrible service, terrible attitude of personal. Don't recommend at all.

The best service I have every used. I had no problems with getting to the city centre. The departure was on time. They do a great job😀. I am going to use their service in the future.

We arrived and booked tickets online, to then be told by a member of staff that they had oversold the bus in person and despite us having a reservation, we wouldn’t get on the next bus so then would be waiting another 90 minutes in the queue to guarantee a spot on the next one. After a flight we decided a taxi was a better option, and despite stating tickets can be refunded, their website took you in an endless loop. Decided to give it another chance on return - having two different airports queuing at the same stop caused lots of confusion and stress that despite being early, others would jump ahead and we would risk missing the last bus of the day. Having better signage with two queues would help this. Bus was then over half an hour late arriving at Termini, and over 45 minutes late to the airport - traffic can’t be helped but more frequent services to prevent long delays would help.

Good driver, fast transfer, nice and helpful staff. You can buy tickets very easily on the website and on the bus. The timetable is clear and connections are frequent enough
