Very fun tour with Mateo / Matt. It was exactly what I wanted — an overview and physical experience (up/down) of the original 7 hills and major sites, with a native Roman, in a golf cart. Mateo was professional, friendly, funny, knowledgeable, and clearly loves the sites and history. And he is an excellent golf cart driver!

Peter was exceptional maneuvering the cart, explaining and answering questions and making the experience very fun.
This was a fantastic tour. Our Guide Alex was extremely knowledgeable and took us to all the spots we wanted to see. I would highly recommend this tour.
We had a wonderful 3 hour tour around Rome full of highlights. The biggest highlight of all was our fantastic tour guide Julia. Her Roman heritage shone through on every level, her kindness and knowledge was exemplary. There are not enough words to describe what a beautiful person she is. Thank you very much Julia
Fun , easy and quick views of all the top sites Fort cart was clean and safe Guides were kind ! Enjoyed this trip
Great guides, comfortable ride and beautiful photo opportunities
We had a great time seeing highlights of the city right after arrival. Luigi gave an excellent overview, stopping a few times for photos. Great activity to get an overall view of Rome on your first day.
Excellent tour for our 1st day in Rome! Our guide was fantastic and showed us all the highlights of Rome and gave us a great overview of the city. Our stops all had wonderful photo opportunities.
Andy gave a great tour and is his knowledge of Rome is immense. He also gave us links to many restaurants by our hotel. Would highly recommend him again for a tour.
The tour didn’t stop at all of the listed stops or in the order that was described. I booked this tour specifically for the Aventine Hill stop, and the tour guide seemed annoyed that I asked him about the stop at the beginning of the tour. He did end up driving by, but the line was too long for the tour. The drive was not narrated at all, we got minimal facts and history about any of the stops, and the “pass by” stops were not pointed out or explained. It was a nice introduction to Rome after just arriving, but I was hoping it would be better.
Great way to get a first glimpse of Rome. Our guide, Fabio was excellent.
Trip was not what I expected. Disappointed to have a rear seat facing backwards. Saw things as they flew by. Our guide (VITO) was awesome. Great guy. Catered to our needs and wants.
Paulo was an excellent guide! So patient and fun to chat with. Great way to explore Rome with excellent suggestions .
It was worth the money spent, saw many places from outside but we did not have enough time to go see from inside.
Dino was great! Very good tour
Great way you see the city and get oriented while tired and jetlagged. Simone was a good guide and even made us a dinner reservation! Loved the Orange Garden view. Thanks
BOOK IT!!! We had the best day with Fabio as our driver! So worth the cost, we saw things we never would have even known were there had we not done this tour, amazing viewpoints and monuments that are not typically on most “must see in Rome” lists. Fabio was extremely knowledgeable and tailored our tour around what we had already seen. Highly recommend!!!!
Jack was great! Great way to see the city in one night
Jack was great! Wonderful to beat the heat with the evening tour and we got to see all of the highlights in Rome. Perfect amount of time at each spot
Great experience in Rome with golf car. Sam made it even better! Totally reccomended 😊
Sam showed us around the city and told us a lot about its sights and history. We really enjoyed the experience. Thank you, Sam, for your time and for sharing your knowledge with us. You are truly a professional in your field!
We had the best experience in Rome and Sam was very nice
We had an amazing time on our golf cart tour around Rome! Our guide, Andy, was awesome, friendly, knowledgeable, and very informative throughout the entire tour. We really enjoyed learning about the history and attractions around the city, and especially loved that we had the opportunity to get out and actually explore the sights rather than just driving by them. Andy made the experience fun, interesting, and easygoing. We would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Rome, and if you get Andy as your guide, you’re in great hands!
Fabio was our tour guide and he was absolutely amazing. Being only 2 of us on this tour, we were able to have a personal tour of the city. He was very knowledgeable and polite. He gave us some extra time to wander around places like Piazza Navona to take some great pictures. Checking out Rome on a golf cart is the way to go. Fabio was able to take us as close to the monuments and attractions as possible without doing the hike to get to these place. I would highly recommend this tour as it's worth every penny!
Awesome and well worth it ! Our guide Andy was a great guide
We had a very memorable experience of the sites of Rome with Julia. She had excellent knowledge of the history of Rome. She drove the golf cart in heavy traffic with ease. She was able to get us close up to busy sites where buses couldn't reach. She allowed us plenty of time to take photos. She topped off the experience by dropping us back to our hotel.
Yesterday I did a wonderful tour, in a golfcart, visiting lots of Roman beautiful sites with Julia, who was an exceptional guide because she was born in Rome and really knew the ins and outs of this interesting City
Fabio was our guide and was amazing! We loved every second of it would highly recommend to friends and family
Andy was fantastic. A real highlight of our visit to Rome
Andy was an amazing guide! Very informative
What a great tour, our tour guide personalized the tour for us and the other couple on the tour as we had both previously seen some of the sights the day before. I thought the golf cart was such an easy and enjoyable way to see the sights of Rome in a short period of time! Would recommend to friends.
Guide was excellent. Passionate about sharing the history of the sights. Highly recommend as great way to see the sights.
Our driver/guide was excellent. He spoke near perfect English and gave us a detailed and interesting explanation of everything we saw as we drove past. Being in an open vehicle adds to the experience
Fun excursion with Dino. He accommodated our requests!
Andy was our tour director, he was great. He took the time to explain everything we saw and gave us the time at each site we stopped at. If you want a comprehensive tour of the major sites in Rome, this is your tour.
Excellent quick way to get a look at many of Rome’s highlights and the general layout. Using the hills provided great vistas. Your driver was very knowledgeable and humorous as well. He adjusted the tour depending on traffic and the riders ‘ interests
Tour was very informative but driver didn’t know till last minute that an event had most of the city closed down.
Ended up with a nice Italian couple that did not speak English. (This was not noted as a possibility when booking at $100 plus per person). Most of the tour was in Italian with side conversations. My family was facing the rear and the guide did not indicate what he was describing or where to look; I asked him to indicate.more than once. Monuments seemed to be mostly on the left side so picture ops were difficult on pass bys. The gold cart part was enjoyable; lots of small roadways/allys. The guide seemed well versed on his history,
What a joke! Paid, showed up early. They told my friend to get on one cart and said there was no room for me as they were extra busy. - drivers argued loudly … said they had to go and another cart would come by guaranteed to pick us up and just wait. waited with another person and her grandmother… wasted 2 hours waiting in the hot sun for nothing’ . No other cart arrived. I specifically booked this cart tour over others. I’m so angry, dissatisfied and disappointed. One afternoon in Rome wasted!
Very informative. Tour guide was very knowledgeable and professional. We had a lovely time seeing the various sites and learning the history of Rome.
Andy was a lot of fun. Very accommodating. And he moved us through the city safely and was extremely knowledgeable..
Nice experience to show most of major attractions and hear the history of the city and places. Augusto was wonderful very knowledgeable and he even called a restaurant for us to make a dinner reservation to end the tour.
Pietro was a fantastic guide. Very knowledgeable and took us to places we hadn’t seen before and asked us what was important to us to see. Great tour. Highly recommend as a great way to see the highlights of Rome.
Paolo was a great guide, he was very knowledgeable and interactive, we have been to Rome before and we booked this tour to see some things we had not seen before. He took us to some hidden gems. My mother has mobility difficulty due to Parkinson's and the golf cart took us very close to the attractions, animal walking. Highly recommend this tour.
Our driver Andy was amazing! He showed us so much stuff we otherwise wouldn’t have been able to see otherwise!! I would highly recommend the tour and hope you get Andy!!
Dino was absolutely fabulous and the best photographer. Highly recommend for a quick tour!
We booked a 3 hr Seven Hills Tour in Rome for 4/10/26 at 9:30 am pickup and drop off at a specific point. We were picked up at 9:50 by a tour guide that had our names (did not give us his or confirm the tour) he then went 40 min to pick up another couple (because another tour guide did not pick them up), the tour started at 10:30. It concluded at 12:15 at the Colloseum where we were told we had to leave, he was not bringing us back to our meeting point as stated on our tour ticket. We then walked 30 min back. We never saw the itinerary that was on our $191.70 tour that we signed up for. We got 1 hr 45 min tour of highlights of Rome (something we did not sign up for, the guide was very agitated when during the tour we told him it was wrong) It was a very disappointing waste of a day in Rome. Yet we must say that we have taken Viator tours in the past and took two additional Viator tours in Malta and Portugale on this trip and enjoyed them very much. The company they used in Rome denied our claim since they said we had completed a tour (even though it was not the one we had signed up for and paid-they were very rude)
The tour did not match the itinerary provided. Do not sit at the back as you cannot hear the guide. There is no audio provided.
We had an amazing experience on this tour that included a lot of sights. We were especially impressed by Matt's knowledge about the history of Rome. His stories were an absolute Highlight and we can definetly reccommend it. Cheers to Matt you made it very unique! Much appreciated, the "Wedding Cake" folks
An easy way to see the special sights of Roma! Our guide, Matt, was knowledgeable, personable, and brought Ancient Rome to life. Unfortunately, we did not have time to stop at his Nona’s house for spaghetti and meatballs. 😟😋
