Very poor service. Cancelled one booking, booked another. When we turned up there was no guide so it meant we missed out altogether on the Colosseum. Especially disappointed as I booked the first one 3 months or so ago. Don't know why they let me book again if there was no availability. Not happy.

Our tour guide was amazing. He was very knowledgable, interesting, and funny. My big complaint has to do with the “skip the line” advertisement when we booked this. Our tour was scheduled for 10AM. We didn’t get into the Colosseum until 10:30 and had to wait in line with the guide since Sundays are free and the line was extremely long. Since we didn’t start until 10:30 my family had to leave the tour early since we had to catch a train. The tour was advertised for 1 hour and it started 30 mins late and we had to stand in line. Do not book on a Sunday and expect to skip the line. We paid to skip the line and that did not happen. Disappointing. However once we were inside the tour guide was great and very enjoyable.

Our tour guide was amazing! Alfonso was so knowledgeable and engaging. He gave us the perfect amount of history and helped us find shady spots to stay as cool as possible on a very hot afternoon!

Best tour in Rome absolutely amazing experience and great people

We had the best experience today with our tour guide, we were shown around the Roman Forum, Pallentine hill plus areas surrounding and the Colosseum. We only had to Que for tickets once for all 3 sites which did not take long. Our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable about all of the Roman sites and the history, she made us feel comfortable and was lovely. We would definitely recommend this experience! Bad experience and really expensive. I bought a Spanish guide and they include me in the English one. They started 1 hour late. They showed no respect for the people that were there. We had to go and get the tickets by our selfs even when we paid three times the value. If you can, do not book a tour with them.
