Tour At Villa Borghese ,Hotel Pick-up, Custom Timetable

booked and got the response that hotel pickup was outside the area. (This fact is not mentioned when you book). Sent email asking what next. "Don't worry" was the answer (not helpful). Sent more email, 2 days before trip, one day before trip. No answer. On the day of the trip, he called. Agreed on a time, and hotel pickup after all. The trip round the park was fine (and it does not get you into the gallery).

Fun way to tour the Villa especially on a hot day. Pickup and drop-off at the hotel made it so easy.

Hands down a total scam! We purchased this tour understanding we did not have a start time or place. What we didn’t realize after 2 days trying to reach the tour company that they wouldn’t respond at all. When we tried to schedule via the Viator app they didn't respond. We only received a response when we requested to cancel. The tour guide then told us she didn’t know what time our tour was. Tried to blame us. We requested a time that she couldn’t make. Then we agreed to a later time only for her to call us as say she was running late and didn’t know when she’d arrive due to traffic. She blamed us for not having a start time which is a joke because this was the tour they advertised. We tried talking via Viator app, via WhatsApp, then the phone and couldn’t get a response. After we asked to cancel because of no show she tried to turn this all around on us. We were shocked. We wasted about 1 hour trying to reach them over 2 days and didn’t get to go on a tour we really wanted. The manager then emailed us saying we were a no show. Be very aware. This is not normal and we have had plenty of tours only to have this issue with this company. We had dispute this with our credit card. Not a good way to handle something that should have been so easy and fun

Both the guide and the gardens were one of our most memorable times in Rome. She was very knowledgeable and funny. This was a perfect excursion and respite from the high energy Rome can demand.

Enjoyable and personalized. Due to the cold weather, this was ideal to visit the Park and see the highlights.

This tour takes you through the gardens but does not allow entrance to any buildings. Beautiful gardens. Our guide Sam was excellent, knowledgeable and professional.

If you're looking for a great trip around the highlights of Rome this is for you. We had a great time work Max seeing all the major sights with his excellent knowledge he was able to provide not only information but context too. It was a pleasure to sirens a few hours with him or family had a great time.

The best most comfortable way to get around Rome BY FAR. Gide was fun, funny, and knowledgeable. Riding in a golf cart is so much better than walking with a big group - which we also did. Go private and always in a golf cart. You can see more and not kilo yourself in the heat.

Our hosts were very kind and thoughtful - great advance communication and informative company on the trip. We saw more than we had expected on the way there and back and had the chance to enjoy and photograph iconic views and places. The Villa Borghese grounds were green and restful after the city streets, with plenty of art and nature to enjoy. Excellent.

They are kind enough to make you discover beautiful buildings on the round trip. Visiting Borghese Park is of little interest. Only the discovery of the Borghese Gallery offers an immense and grandiose experience. I recommend that tourists taking part in this program make sure that the Borghese Gallery visit is included in the selected program.
