The communication with this tour was very poor. After receiving confirmation that our tour was happening, we received 2 different messages on where we could pick up our tickets but neither address proved to be accurate. At no time could we print our tickets off ourselves so we never really knew if we actually had tickets or not. We found the ticket booth only by chance as it was a third-party co. across the street from one of the addresses. Needless to say, it was very stressful wondering if I had been scammed. Through this entire process the Ticket Master app said I had nothing booked, yet you sent me confirmation that I had a booking!

It was beautiful to skip the line, but there were so many people. It was difficult to really enjoy the history.

Honestly, it's impudent that the vatican museum allows for the resale of their tickets at such prices. When we got there at the appointed time (entrance to the museums in the morning), they said they did not get our tickets from the vatican museum because some VIP guest was there and no one could enter. When we walked around the entrance we saw people entering the vatican museums. We thougth our money was lost and were much surprised when we got a call some time later from My Way Rome saying they now got our tickets and we could enter the museums in the early afternoon.

This experience is truly one of a kind, from the museums to the Sistine chapel it is all amazing. Sharfin made getting my tickets and skipping the line super easy and was very helpful in helping me with my last minute booking.

This tour company was very informative and knowledgeable. They were easy to contact every step of the way and I was in line maybe two minutes. The skipped the Lawn pass as well worth it and I would use this company over and over again.

Shuvo provided very accommodating services with providing us a different time slot when we couldn’t make it on time, free of charge!

We had to got to 3 different places to get our tickets. First we when to where we need to be and they guided us to a different place. Then we were moved again to get our admission. All the time moving away from the Vatican. Walking the Vatican is a lot of walking. My wife doesn’t walk well and that unnecessary walking.

Even though there was an initial issue with getting tickets due to the Vatican selling too many, this vendor helped us and gave us a free upgrade so we could still go on our tour. Would 100% percent recommend. Customer service is 10000/10.

Think you’re buying a tour? I think again. This operators description makes it sound like you’re buying a guided tour. Do not make the same mistake I did. This ticket is only to skip the line. Worth it to avoid the crowds with a tour operator. Makes it seem when you arrive like there is a human tour guide coming with you to give you history and information about what you’re saying. They also tell you that the ticket will give you priority access to multiple other locations for example, the basilica, but this is false. There are no tickets to get in anywhere else. The “tour” they give you is far from helpful. It’s a printed sheet with some images of highlights to see but no other information.

Sistine Chapel is underwhelming. Crowded, hot, exhausting. The walking in such a crowd was a bit hard along with the heat in the building. It was only 82 outside. Just overcrowded and hot.

Easy to meet and access the Vatican. Sherfin was an excellent guide and made the day very easy for us.

My only criticism would be to confirm the address to pick up tickets, as it was different from the address confirmed at time of booking. Ibrahim called prior to confirm, and was easy to communicate with via What’s App to answer any questions I had. The owner greeted us at the ticket office and offered to walk us over to the entry point. Overall, a great experience and I was very happy we chose this company!

I arrived later than I should have but they found us another ticket. Shuvo was the one to help us and because we had to wait for the next ticket slot. He walked us to a restaurant he recommended. And later on when we were done we ran into him in the street and he helped us find the metro. He also gave us pointers. He went above and beyond and was such a nice guy. We booked our tickets last minute (we didn’t realize the Vatican sold out so far in advance!) It took a bit to get everything sorted, there wasn’t a pickup time posted, so we ran behind and were denied entry into the Vatican. I still don’t quite understand the timing and when they let you in or not, but our host was very helpful and pleasant, and got everything sorted for us. We were able to get in and enjoy the museum, and were thankful to not have to wait in the long line! Would recommend, but would recommend reaching out ahead of time to figure out timing. :) Thank you for helping us!

My dream come true,, I'm waiting a long time only for this. Im enjoy a lot. And honestly I'm really want to appreciate those people who helped me to get in the vatican. They are well organised and very professional. Love it.

The tour operator was excellent. We were a few minutes late because of traffic and he went out of his way to make it work out. A true professional and I would recommend him and this tour to everyone.
