Itinerary
Experience the art of authentic Italian cooking in a historic Roman restaurant! Join our hands-on class, where a local chef will guide you in English through the steps of making fresh pasta and a classic tiramisu from scratch. Start by creating your own tiramisu, whipping eggs and mascarpone into a creamy dessert, then layer it with cocoa and biscuits. Next, dive into pasta-making with just flour and eggs—kneading, rolling, and shaping your dough by hand. You’ll then cut your pasta into fettuccine, while our chef introduces you to other traditional shapes. Choose from a selection of classic sauces, such as Amatriciana, Pomodoro e Basilico, or Cacio e Pepe, which our chefs will use to cook your fettuccine to perfection. Once you’re seated, enjoy a delicious meal featuring: Fettuccine with your choice of sauce (Amatriciana, Cacio e Pepe, or Pomodoro e Basilico) Freshly made tiramisu 1 glass of white or red wine (or another non-alcoholic beverage) Limoncello or hot coffee This immersive experience combines fun, food, and authentic flavors in the heart of Rome.

Lori was amazing! Fun class. Yummy results! Had a blast as a first timer.
We had a lot of fun with the chef Lulu and my colleagues. This cooking lesson with Lulu was a perfect entertaining team building experience!
Lori was great, she was very engaging and enthusiastic. Lori personally attended to each person. Lori and the restaurant were very accommodating as one our family had an allergy. Location was also very convenient.
I had lori and she was fantastic.
We had an excellent time at this cooking class. We’ve done other cooking classes, but this one stands out as a favorite. Lori was a great instructor. She was firm, funny, and friendly all at the same time. Plus, we really enjoyed the food we made. Great value for the food and entertainment.
It was really funny and educational. We had a very sweet and patient guide, Lori, which made it a good experience. By the way really nice facilities and a pretty restaurant
It was really fun and our chef Lori was really patient, calm, funny and ready to help us❤️❤️
I think it was very good because of our guide who helped us very much
Mara was an incredible chef/host. Big smile, good eye contact, and clear communication in English and Italian. Celebrated mom’s 60th birthday here for an afternoon to remember. 5 of us had a blast
Great experience! So fun and I can’t wait to try & make pasta and tiramisu once I’m home. Thank you Chef Lori for the wonderful experience!
Great experience! Skills that I’ll cherish forever! Especially the tiramisu!
What a great experience. We had trouble finding the location and got there late. Due to going to the location on Viator. Yet it was at another location. Thanks to a kind waiter that was getting off work at the first location. He looked into it and added the new location to my phone. So happy we did not miss it. Because Lori the chef was a fabulous instructor. Delicious dinner to follow.
Muito giro, fizemos com a Lori ❤️
We had a cooking lesson with Martina, she was wonderful. All her instructions were clear, she was very friendly and pasta came out so delicious. We highly recommend this experience when you visit Rome.
We had a great pasta class with Chef Marco. I now have more confidence making fresh pasta at home. Marco demonstrated techniques and helped each of us improve our pasta. He answered questions and made suggestions on how to adapt the recipe at home. We enjoyed eating our pasta and talking with the other participants in our class. Wonderful experience!
Lionèllo was so kind, friendly, and funny! He made our experience so perfect! Would 100% do another class with Eat and Walk Italy again!
Lulu was a great host chef! My group of five included two kids and she went out of her way to help my 6 year old stay engaged and moving along so I didn’t have to try and do mine and his the whole time 😅. Super fun class and nice way to spend a few hours! Sitting down together and eating our creations at the end was pretty cool too. Thanks Lulu!!
MIMI is my goat of all time she is amazing
Chef Marco introduced himself and welcomed us to the cooking class. Our class was instructed to wash our hands well then return to ‘don’ our aprons. We were a party of eight; Six adults and two children aged 3 and 5 years old. The ingredients for the tiramisu and pasta dough was already set-up at two different tables. We made the tiramisu first. We then tackled the fettuccine pasta. Chef Marco is a great Teacher with a good sense of humor. Chef Marco inspired us to do our best. We laughed and learned a lot about cooking. We enjoyed our cooking journey . Chef Marco, and other Chefs cooked the pasta. The meal was excellent. I think we would love to take another cooking class with Chef Marco.
A highlight to any trip to Italy includes the food. So why not learn to make a few dishes yourself. It’s more fun to do it with others than to follow recipe at home on your own. And it’s much more enjoyable when you are taught by someone like Chef Lionello made the class fun and enjoyable. His engaging personality and abundance of patience were perfecto! And afterwards, I must say, the food was pretty darn good
One of the important experiences that you have to make when you visit Rome. My husband and I went and we don’t have cooking experience but the instructor Martina made it super easy and fun. I highly recommended it

We did our class with Carlotta and had an absolutely amazing time! She was helpful, funny, and kept the entire group engaged throughout. I had a party of 5 with all different ages and everyone had a fun time. The cooking portion ended with a great meal with everyone from the class. If you’re in the area, I would definitely recommend this class!
It was a great experience and we loved learning so much about the basics of making pasta and tiramisu. We'll definitely take these recipes and do a little of our own experimentation! Plus, our lead chef Carlotta was extremely helpful, funny, and motivating! Would definitely do something like this again :)
My partner and I joined a cooking class with Chef Martina. The chef was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. She taught us how to make fresh fettuccine pasta from scratch and a delicious tiramisu. Her explanations were clear and easy to follow, and whenever we didn’t understand something, she kindly took the time to explain it again. We learned so much and had a fantastic time. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an authentic and fun Italian cooking experience!
