Tasty Trionfale Farmers Market Food Tour And Local Wines Tasting

Christian was a great guide and it was lovely to see more of the city from a locals perspective. The market was busy and bustling with life, and Christian had so much to tell us. We tried a lot of the local foods and learnt the stories behind them, all very tasty and fresh. you wouldn’t believe how many types of cheeses there are and how cheap the wine is. We would recommend, the tour ended at the vatican square too so a great place to get photos and carry on your adventures.

Great knowledge of history of Rome. Willingness to assist us in finding what we liked to eat. We would not have found the market without Christian and he was personable and gracious.

Bruno did a wonderful job showing us the local markets, tasting wine and sampling local food - it was so good - even with our 9 y/o who Bruno included in all facets of the tour - best your round and Bruno even picked up a few groceries himself as we moved through the market - just adding to the authenticity of this great tour!! We’ve eaten in alot of restaurants in Europe - the pizza offered on this your was the best!! Highly recommend it!!

The tour was amazing! I had big exceptions but it was even much better than what I imagined. Bruno, our guide, showed us the most local places. The tasting was the best and it was very generous. Would recommend to anyone who'd want to have a good time in Rome !!

The tour was the perfect spot to get local delicacies at an inexpensive cost! We took the subway to the Cipro station to meet up with our guide. We were given the inside scoop on the culture and foods that make Rome so unique while touring a small part of the city on foot. We loved our tour guide, he spoke English well, and answered all of our questions. Bring some cash to buy extras as you stroll through the market! They had fresh seafood, meats, cheeses, wine, pizza, baked goods, pasta, and fruits/veggies. After the market, we walked to a local bakery and coffee shop and tasted some baked goods and espresso. We actually ended up going back to the market the next day to purchase more goodies. Come hungry, because we were stuffed by the end! Would definitely recommend!!

Loved the tour! Bruno was an excellent guide - we drank lots of wine; tasted cheeses, best pizzas in Rome, truffles, pizzas, olives, pistachio paste (yum!) espresso, pasties and more. He was so knowledgeable and gave us great tips for shopping after. We are vegetarians and he made sure to tailor the tour to suit our needs. A highlight of our trip to Rome.

The guide Bruno was super nice and humorous. We had a nice trip to the large local food market, where we tasted delicious wine, cheese, meat, pizza, cake, etc. Almost more than we could eat. The tour ended at St. Peter's Square. Fantastic.
