Sunrise In Rome: Small Group E-bike Tour With Italian Breakfast

This was such a great experience. Bruno, our tour guide, was fantastic. We got to see so much of the city in such a unique, fun and interactive way. We are so glad we signed up for this bike tour and would highly recommend it.

The best thing we did in Rome, the guides were exceptional not only in their presentation of Rome but the safe riding conditions provided. 1 guide and 2 chaperone riders to ensure cars were guided around the group and keep every rider safe.

Our first attempt got rained out, so we rebooked for our second morning, and it was worth the wait. Starting out in full dark on Rome's streets was a little nerve-wracking at first, but that feeling faded fast once we got rolling. Ilia was wonderful. He was incredibly knowledgeable and brought exactly the energy you need for a dawn ride. He took us to so many spots we never would have found on our own, and watching the city wake up from the bike was magical. The Italian breakfast stop was a great bonus. Highly recommend, especially early in your trip.

This tour was exceptional! The guide was incredibly knowledgeable as well as being a super nice person. The tour went off without a hitch, incredibly efficient, safe, and well planned out. The included breakfast was great which was a choice of coffee or cappuccino as well as a choice of croissant or brioche. GREAT TIME and a GREAT WAY TO SEE ROME BEFORE IT GETS CRAZY BUSY!!

This was the highlight of our trip in Rome and we had already done Vatican, Basilica, colosseum and Forum. It was such a unique, energizing and incredible experience. You see the city and all the main points early before others are out, the hosts were amazing and literally anyone of any age could handle the bikes and distance because you barely petal. 10/10 would recommend!!

I liked that tour even more than I’ve expected. My 25 year daughter and I were enjoying that e-bike experience. It was not our first time in Rome, but still our tour guide was informative, funny, and took good care of the small group. And we did so many spots without walking up and down the Roman hills. I recommend this tour.

Elias, our tour guide!!! He was very accommodating (our daughter didnt feel comfortableriding alng si he pulled out a two seater and she was able to still ride with her dad and enjoy), friendly, knowledgeable, safe, enthusiastic, spoke 7 languages, and was so very kind to people walking by that he did not even know and to drivers. He also knew so many people around the city. He made Rome fun for me. I was hesitant to bike but now I want an e-bike at home. He even sang along with me doing a Whitney Houston song. Please give this man a raise - well-deserved! And have him train others. Last thing the Cafe was fabulous that he took us to. Sant Eustachio (sp?) was delicious and we made our way back there on our return stopover thru Rome last night - 5 stars! He even told us the history of the Cafe - family owned over 50 years. Thank you Elias!!!

This e-bike tour was our favorite tour in Roma! Starting at 6:00 am was the best! It was amazing to see the city early without all the tourists and traffic! The sites were beautiful and our guide was very knowledgeable, entertaining, and safety-conscious! Our only criticism would be that the tour lasted about an hour too long because the traffic was getting a bit hectic. Otherwise, we highly recommend this tour! Great way to see the city and sites!

This is the way to see Rome! Ellias (I'm sorry if I have misspelled your name! 🫣) was very funny, so knowledgeable and had an answer to all out questions! The tour took us to most iconic places we wouldn't have seen otherwise. It was an early start, but the lack of crowds and traffic definitely made up for it. The pastries and coffee are a lovely touch and we have all enjoyed them. I would 100% recommend this tour to anyone - just make sure you can ride a bike when you book it!

Despite being the only one on my tour due to others pulling out late, Elias took me on the tour anyway. We visited a number of hidden spots, where his local knowledge shone through. Witnessing the Ancient Rome in those peaceful hours was well worth the 6am start, and it’s something I won’t forget. Thanks again Elias, you went above and beyond!

This was a great experience!! Getting to see Rome wake up was amazing. We did this on our first morning in Rome and it helped us know what we wanted to come back to later. Super efficient and peaceful way to get to know the city. Also our host, Bruno, was knowledgeable and patient in showing us all of the important Roman sites. If you spend your money on one thing when you travel to Rome, it has to be this tour! To be able to cycle round Rome while the city is sleeping and the sun is slowly rising is a memory I will never forget. You get to see all the best sights in the glorious sunrise, all while Elias is teaching you everything there is to know about ancient and current Rome. Although the sites and the experience were amazing, I think my group and I would just pay money to hang out with Elias again! His knowledge and enthusiasm is incredible, and he will make sure that you’re laughing and learning all the way across the city. I cannot recommend this tour enough, and I will probably be talking about it forever! :)

This tour was one of the best things I’ve ever experienced! Everyone visiting Rome MUST do this. Elias was brilliant, funny, engaging, a great storyteller and photographer . This is the best way to see the major landmarks and learn a bit of history. 10/10 . I would do this tour over and over.

The early start was worth it! It's so special to experience Rome in the peaceful morning hours before the rest of the city wakes. Elias was amazing - funny, personable and knowledgeable. The cafe we stopped at was a perfect way to end our ride. Dress warmly - it's surprisingly chilly. Highly recommend!

The tour was AMAZING. Felipe was such a great tour guide. He explained everything so vividly and was considerate and patient with all of us!!! He was always smiling and VERY approachable and interactive. He made the trip extremely memorable. This was the HIGHLIGHT of our entire Europe trip. We were telling everyone on our cruise to do the bike tour. 5 stars isn't even enough to say how good it was. DEFINITELY worth the money.

We went as a group and were very concerned about the traffic in rome while riding e bikes! Our tour guide Daurte was amazing! He made us all feel safe and capable! He was very patient, knowledgeable, funny and interactive in a friendly relaxed setting! The streets were mostly empty and he took us to some of the most beautiful outlooks and shared Romes history and beauty! This was the best thing we did in rome! Request Duarte for an amazing tour!

A great experience. Our group was larger than the advertised maximum which caused a few logistical issues but it didn’t detract from the tour. Great bikes, great sights. Fun to zip through Rome in the darkness and see the sights before the crowds. An energetic guide, playing music, and keeping the group together. Highly recommend.

Do not think twice, just book this! What an increidble way to see so much of the city in such a unique way. Our guide Elias was *phenomenal* and provided a wonderful tour of the city, highlighting MANY sites and their history - but things we expected (Trevi Fountain, Colosseum) and many sites we did not know about. Lots of hidden gems and jewels. Iconic sites, including breakfast. Trust me, you want to do this!

Excellent experience! Going early in the morning may seem awful but we saw all the main attractions with great light for photos and with zero crowds! Elias was our guide and very very knowledgeable of Rome and how to safely navigate the streets with a group of bikers. The E-bikes were great as well….the power assist made it easy pedalling in any situation We aren’t “bike” people and we did fine. You do need to know HOW to ride a bike though.

Me and my husband previously enjoyed the sunrise tour so much when we visited Rome a couple of years ago, that he took his daughter last year and I took my son a couple of weeks ago! The tour is brilliant - the bikes are of amazing quality, so comfy and make cycling up and down the hills of Rome a piece of cake! Elias is such a good tour guide, so knowledgeable and funny, always made sure we were all safe and happy ….& gave us some great restaurant recommendations too …thanks Elias, you were right, both Mimì & Cocò and trattoria Vecchia Roma were superb!! This is a must do in Rome ! Our guide Elias was so great, he’s funny, knowledgeable and wonderful. There are no crowds early morning, you beat the heat and the sites he brings you to are so incredible ! You get to see so much and riding the ebike is easy - make sure you know how to ride a bike though ! The is probably one of the best things if not the best thing I’ve done in Rome !

The tour starts with a safety lesson and then how to ride to be safe. Then we were off. The sites are the top places you’ll want to visit. Elias will tell you the history and the less known secrets about the sites. If you haven’t made a short stay in Rome, you’ll fit in so much on this tour and have the best photo opportunities. Don’t even hesitate booking this! Traveling with 5 teenagers who love sleeping late, so I knew it would be rough getting them up, but they all unanimously agreed it was the best part of our Rome visit! Bikes are the best way to truly see the city (esp if you don’t have the patience for walking tours or those super hot hop on hop off buses). Bruno was fantastic, he kept us interested, shared history, played music on his clip on speaker, and brought us to the best coffee in Rome. 10/10, book it.

You won't regret it. Waking up at 4 in the morning was the hardest part, but it was very much worth it. The bikes made all the difference. I'll never do another walking tour again. Elias truly loves his job and is very passionate about Rome. He even extended the tour by an additional 40 minutes and showed us some hidden pockets of the city. Ask him to take photos for you!
