Our guide was Frederica, and the driver was Masimo. Massimo was a very good driver and was very professional. We felt very safe with him. Frederica was very knowledgeable and patient with our family She took her time explaining the sites and answering our many questions. We would definitely book this tour again and ask for Frederica and Massimo.
This tour operator waited till 3 days to cancel this tour that had been booked and paid for for months in advance, then asked me to cancel to get my refund! Their "excuse" ..... the guide was extremely ill - 3 days before the tour? Seriously? Cannot recommend Mamma Mia Italia.

This was a perfect Day trip to Florence and Pisa. My family with 2 kids traveled in a comfortable van to Florence and Pisa. It was stress free as they picked us up and dropped us off at our hotel and it was very punctual. Our driver Nikola was fantastic and our guide Giuseppe was very knowledgeable and friendly. They accommodated all of our requests and was able to guide us through the cities quickly and efficiently. Highly recommended!!!
We booked the private day tour from Rome to Pisa and Florence with Mama Mia Tour Operators and it turned out to be one of the highlights of our Italy trip. Our guide Ara and our driver Max picked us up from our hotel at 6:30 in the morning, and from that moment the day ran smoothly. We started in Pisa, where Ara showed us around and shared plenty of insight into the Leaning Tower and the Piazza dei Miracoli. We then moved on to Florence for a lovely lunch, followed by a city tour that brought the Renaissance heart of the city to life. What really stood out was how accommodating Ara and Max were. They happily made every stop we asked for, answered all our questions, and looked after our group with warmth and patience throughout a long day. Max’s driving was safe and comfortable, and Ara’s knowledge and friendly manner made everything enjoyable. A pleasant, memorable day from start to finish. The tour by mama Mia Italia - was well organised. The guide Ara was well informed and patiently took us around Pisa, the cathedral, the tower and thereafter to Florence - to the Museum of sculptures by Michael Angelo and the town of Florence. She explained the history of Pisa tower, buildings around it and the sculptures in the Florence museum - esp. the importance of David. It was a nice experience. The driver Max was good, picked us up in time, drove safely and dropped us back at the hotel.
Max provided an excellent driving experience throughout our tours. Very courteous and pleasant getting us from point A to B. Ara is so personable, sweet, and gave us a great deal of knowledge throughout our tours. They were both very professional yet friendly and I would ask for them for future tours.

The driver and guide were right on time. Max and Ali began our day with a wonderful greeting. The sites we visited were amazing. All admissions were taken care of. The team, including an additional guide for Florence, were all very knowledgeable. The guide stayed on schedule, yet we never felt rushed. The guide & driver were very personable; they were attentive to our needs; whether it was for food, breaks,., etc., etc., They were great ambassadors for anyone visiting Italy.

A long day worth every minute. A beautiful way to capture a taste of Florence and Pisa, making you want more next time. Dina, our guide, and Max, our driver, were exceptional.
The day started with our guide, Federica, coming to find us as the vehicle could not come up the street. This was exceptional service! She could easily have called and made us come to them. Next, we found the small tour was a private tour! While just the luck of the day, it was super nice to have the extra attention. Federica was good from the start about checking in on our comfort including temperature in the vehicle and bathroom breaks. Our driver, Roberto, was excellent! The roads in the cities can be tight, and very full of traffic. He remained calm and patient at all times. He also made sure we safely entered and exited the vehicle - opening and closing doors behind us. Federica provided lots of information during the drive and onsite in Pisa. She also provided information on the way to Florence, gave several options for lunch, and ensured we understood where to meet back in time for our tour of Florence. In Florence, while Federica remained with us, we also had local guide Christian. He was so knowledgeable and passionate about the sites we were seeing and Florence in general. I will certainly recommend Federica and Roberto to friends and family! Thank you for a wonderful time.

My wife and I went on the tour to Florence and Pisa. We later met with a tour guide that took us to Accademia and Santa Croce. It was totally awesome. The bus driver and both our tour guides were very knowledgeable, kind and a pleasure to be with. I would definitely recommend Mamma Mia Italia tours and would use their services for future tours on our next visit to Rome .

A courteous, knowledgeable and experienced guide (Simone), a safe, careful and efficient driver (Roberto) and a local guide in Florence (Carla) expert in the city’s artistic treasures with an enjoyable, ingenious and very stimulating narrative.
