Tour guide Roberta was excellent! Glad we got to skip the line. The art work, tapestries and art in general was all amazing! Disappointed in the Sistine Chapel as I was expecting a more somber experience and more time to sit and reflect. We could only stand and felt the 15 minutes was to long spent in here. Crowds were really big as it was a Saturday. Staff moved everyone along nicely.

Meeting point was great as it meant I could get a coffee and something to eat before going in. It was well worth the price and we didn’t have to queue for long; I would definitely recommend buying a ticket beforehand, otherwise you can be waiting outside for hours in the queue. I personally found it a bit underwhelming; it’s pretty to look at, but I don’t get why it takes some people hours to get through unless you’re on a guided tour.

Excellent guide, explains the meaning of everything on display, the history and the restorations. Definitely go with small group with less than 10 people.

Our tour of the Vatican Museums with Serena (group 28) was spectacular! She was great about getting the group into areas where we could hear her well to explain the history of each space and piece. And of course the museums themselves are beautiful.

Enjoyable tour. “Skip the line” avoids the main line and queues into the tour group line. It is still a bit crowded but much faster. Vatican Museum visit is more of a walk through than a detailed visit in the time allowed. Tour guide was knowledgeable. Overall, a good tour for the value.

Excellent experience. We'll spoken guide who moved us through huge crowds smoothly and gave a very good summary of the history of the art we were viewing.

The guide was excellent, engaging and professional. Provided excellent commentary on the various exhibits/installations.With a different guide other than Roberta, the experience might be quite different. The visit while not that long was adequate enough to see a great deal of the site. It was disappointing to be unable to enter St. Peter’s. The price of the ticket was not clear as it was buried in the price of a longer trip

Our guide was helpful and friendly. However, the lady at the meet point could not have been any ruder. She refused to speak, communicating in grunts and dirty looks. We would have spoken to her about her poor attitude if she had been willing to acknowledge us. I initially approached her with a friendly smile to ask if we were in the right place. She scowled, muttered something under her breath and walked away. She reflected very poorly on Gray Line

Rita was amazing! Her English AND Spanish were very good. She was clear and elaborate when it came to talking about the exhibits and despite the crowds and loud areas, we were able to hear and understand her clearly. I feel like she added extra fun details about the exhibits that we would've missed entirely. She weaved through the crowd like a pro and made sure that every member in our group felt included in the experience. 10/10 Ms. Rita, you're the best!

The guided tour with Rita, our guide, of the Sistine Chapel and the Vatican was very interesting and informative. Rita was a wonderful guide and made the visit even more enjoyable. The most incredible part was visiting the Sistine Chapel and discovering the Vatican. It was a truly unforgettable experience!

We had a fantastic tour with Rita. She was funny, warm, and pointed out interesting facts we would not have known without her. Having the pre-booked guided tour also skipped the insane queues. Booking the 8am tour was worth it, even though we had an early start to get there 7:45. We had the coolest part of the day to enjoy the tour.

Too much walking with no transportation either way. I was promised pick up from my hotel didn't happen. Had to pay for it taxi both ways. In your brochure no where does it say walking over 3 miles and so many steps without hand rails. I am 85 and it was very hard on me.
