Skip The Line Ticket To The Vatican Museum And Sistine Chapel

It’s was terrible. We had to harass the company to send us tickets. They finally did and we could get any audio as the clerks in the Vatican keep moving us from place to place. I wouldn’t do it again.

I DID NOT GET MY TICKETS IN TIME FOR THE EVENT!!!! I need a refund please. Your support system and your ticket system failed. I called 3 times and left messages. No response. I had to buy more tickets on the spot. Terrible experience with TripAdvisor.

Official Vatican tickets were sold out, so using a third-party provider was our only option if we wanted to visit. This provider was prompt with replies via WhatsApp. We booked the 8:00am entry and received our e-tickets the evening before after following up with them on WhatsApp. We arrived at around 7:15am and found it easy to line up, show our e-tickets and get straight through when the doors opened at 8:00am. Going early was definitely the right choice. The museum was still relatively quiet at this time, and we were able to see a lot of it before the crowds arrived. Overall, a smooth experience and a great option when official tickets are sold out.

This was an awesome guided tour of Versailles palace!! Our guide did such an awesome job of explaining the history in behind each room and art in such a fun way. I don’t think it would have been as interesting if I did it just by myself and glad I went with the tour guide. The meet up and the ride form Paris to Versailles was super smooth and they did a really good job with instruction so everything was clear and organized. 10/10 would recommend! Beside the guided tour our guide also recommended other cool spots to check out in the city of Versailles as well as Paris.

Tickets were worth the money but was a nightmare getting them. On instructions it says go to entrance corridor and get the ticket validated by staff. This isn't the case. We should have had our tickets sent via email or WhatsApp. We didn't. I couldn't get hold of anyone from 'Vatican Visons tours' I tried to call numerous times. I finally got a WhatsApp from them about an hour before entry and they sent the tickets via WhatsApp. Really stressful experience. When your in a place looking for someone to validate your ticket and there is no one to help. I would recommend booking with a company that provides tickets before travel that you can print yourself. I wouldn't recommend booking with trip advisor.

Absolutely amazing adventure. The Museo was spectacular from an art standpoint, the ceilings were stellar, buuttttt nothing compared to the indescribable beauty of the Sistine Chapel. This tour made my whole trip to Roma worth every penny!!!

We booked Skip-the-Line tickets to the Vatican Museums & Sistine Chapel for today (28May2026) through Viator with tour operator "Vatican Visions Tour". It was definitely expensive, but we had a fabulous experience overall. We arrived about 30 minutes early to line up and got into the museum very smoothly. There were lots of people, as expected, but we were able to see most of the museum within about 2 hours. The booking and payment process through Viator was easy and straightforward. We received tickets (in pdf) via email and WhatApps including location the night before and can easily used to enter the museum. My only recommendation for the tour operator would be to send the tickets after payment or at least a few days earlier instead of the night before, as we were worried about not receiving them in time. Other than that, everything went really well and we truly enjoyed the experience!

Can leave a 0? The worst tour experience in my life. Vatican Vision Tours provided tickets with wrong names. We were denied access to the museum. Even though I explained the issue to Vatican Vision Tours, the contact person maintained their position, the tickets should work. At first, for approximately 20 minutes, Vatican Vision Tours was responsive through the app messaging function but then all communications ceased. We waited for two hours in hope of receiving tickets with our names but our wait was fruitless. The phone number listed is not operable, all communication must be done through the app, no telephone number. WORST of the WORST.

Shameful experience. We booked the skip the line Vatican tour. This company ( Mizanur Rahman ) contact me at 11pm the night before the experience telling me not to worry, our tickets will be with us an hour before the start. We travelled all this way and he sent me a message 10 minutes before our entrance and cancelled the tour!!!!! IDin not blame the Vatican for not sending something you never had to sell in the first place, after speaking to other operators, you do this a lot !!! You should be ashamed!!!! And banned from Viatour, who I will be contacting also !!

To see the amazing antiquities and art was amazing, however I believe the tours could be managed a lot better. Being crushed and almost bullied through by security almost spoiled the experience. If it were not for the collection of the museum I would hasten to recommend it.

Getting the ticket after I bought it took a long time so I worried I would never get it but it finally came 2 days before my actual date. The customer service in Rome at the Viator ticket office was friendly and helpful

This is a scam. Avoid these people. We booked online and paid, they sent us an email saying they would send the tickets 30 minutes before our time. Instead we received an email 90 minutes before cancelling the whole ticket. It was our last day in Rome so we didn’t get to see the Sistine Chapel or the Vatican,

It was an absolute outrage. I booked an entry for 10:00 AM. The evening before, we still didn't have tickets for it, then at 7:30 PM a call/WhatsApp that we could only enter the Vatican Museums at 2:00 PM. Either this time or cancel. Unfortunately, our flight was at 7:00 PM and we were unnecessarily put under great stress - very annoying and outrageous. I cannot recommend it!

I was a little worried after reading the reviews, but I had a great time on the day tour without any issues... If you show the ticket sent the night before the tour to the Vatican guide, they will clearly tell you where and how to proceed, and you can enter by scanning the QR code~ Thanks to you, I had a good viewing experience. I received the tickets in PDF format 2 days before our visit. We only had to get in the right line in front of the Vatican Museum and we saved a lot of time!

Since the ticket hadn't arrived by the day of the event, I contacted them on WhatsApp, and they told me that the morning ticket I had originally reserved was no longer available, and I had to choose between 3:30 PM or cancellation. It seemed to be an individual reselling tickets, not a legitimate tour company. If they didn't hoard the tickets, they could be bought at the official price on the official website, but the current situation is that scalpers are profiting because the Vatican has not taken effective measures. I recommend securing tickets as soon as possible on official websites.

The ticket arrived only the evening before, but it is probably the standard procedure for the Vatican Museums ticket office. Otherwise, everything was perfect.
