We had an excellent experience on this Vatican tour and would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Rome. Everything was well coordinated, and the skip-the-line entrance made a huge difference, allowing us to spend more time enjoying the museums instead of waiting outside. Our guide was exceptional—friendly, informative, and clearly passionate about the Vatican’s incredible history and masterpieces. The stories and insights really brought the artwork to life and helped us appreciate details we would have completely missed on our own. The small group was a big advantage because it made the visit much more enjoyable and interactive. Seeing the Sistine Chapel was truly breathtaking and a moment we’ll never forget. From beginning to end, the tour was smooth, professional, and stress-free. It was worth every penny and made our visit to the Vatican an unforgettable part of our Italian vacation. Highly recommended!

The Vatican Museums host the most important and largest collections in the world which include masterpieces of antiquity, from Egypt to Greece to Rome, from early Christian and medieval art to the Renaissance, from the 17th century to contemporary art. Frescoes, paintings, mosaics, sculptures and statues of inestimable beauty created by great artists and collected by popes over the centuries are preserved and exhibited in the various rooms of the Vatican Museums and represent the largest art collection in the world. This immense heritage was made possible through the progressive enrichment with masterpieces from the Renaissance to the 20th century. The Vatican museum complex, with 54 museums in total and 70,000 works, of which only 20,000 on display, is spread over 1400 rooms, chapels and galleries, and is the custodian of an extraordinary legacy of masterpieces, beauty and history as well as a symbolic place of dialogue between cultures and religions.
The breathtakingly beautiful Sistine Chapel, which is considered the pope’s home chapel. Walk through this sacred Vatican site to see Michelangelo’s astounding frescoes, The Creation of Adam and The Last Judgment.

Giulio was a very knowledgeable and helpful guide. I have mobility issues and his constant vigilance in my well-being gave me a sense of security. His vast knowledge of the Vatican and its art works gave an added dimension to the tour. I would highly recommend Giulio as a guide to anyone.
Julius was an excellent guide. Informative factual and very knowledgeable. Kept the family engaged. Would recommend.
Mohammad was an amazing tour guide! We were able to skip the line and go into places other people weren’t able to go. He explained everything in detail but it was not to complicated that we didn’t understand. Our family happened to be the only people on the tour so it was nice and small. Would recommend this tour to anyone!!
Our tour guide was excellent and focused on the things inside the Vatican that were the most important to those in the group. He was very personable with his explanations and descriptions without overwhelming you with too many facts.
Our guide Mohammed was extremely knowledgeable and personable. He guided us with ease through what could be an overwhelming experience.
Small group was wonderful giving a chance for anyone to ask a question. Tour was organised. I liked sending me one day ahead the meeting point for the group
This was a jaw dropping tour. The Sistine chapel visit alone or well worth the price. The St. Peter’s basilica was the cherry on top. Just incredible stuff. We had a great time.
We had a very capable and knowledgeable guide. He knew just about everything thee is to know about the Vatican Museum. He maneuvered through difficult passages, prepared us well for the Sistine Chapel (talking is not is not permitted) and gave us good overview of the Basilica.
Mohammed was a great tour guide. Very personable. The tour was very well organised. I had never been to the Vatican Museum and that was my personal highlight. So many beautiful pieces of art and interesting history to go with it.
Horrible tour, would not recommend. First of all, we were picked up from our hotel by a black minivan and taken to a restaurant underground. We actually joked that we had been abducted, because that’s what it felt like. No communication, felt very shady. The tour started, there was no skip the line at all, we just joined in with the rest of the tour groups (line was at least 150m long). We lined up for ages, then once we got to the entrance our guide didn’t have the right number of tickets for the group!! The group had 12 people, but he only had 11 tickets (this is of course, after saying it’s a group with a max of 10 people). We had to wait in the sun for a good hour, while our guide tried to buy tickets from other tour operators. He then asked if there were two people who would be happy to not do the tour, and do a later one because of the mess. This however would mean that you wouldn’t be able to do the full tour. We only ended up getting in because a family of the group snuck through and purchased their own ticket, so we had the right amount of tickets. Otherwise we would still be waiting in the hot Sun outside the Vatican. Not the guides fault, but we were rushed through due to the delay - but this tour operator would be my last recommendation!
Marisa was exceptional- so passionate about the art and she really tried to engage our teenage sons’ interest! Such a special experience. It was hot and stuffy inside at times but she moved us through efficiently.
I feel bad but this was not a great experience I would not recommend it. The quality of the headphones were poor and I had a hard time understanding our guide. I feel like I would’ve been better off just walking around on my own
This guide was excellent. His knowledge was extensive and we enjoyed our tour very much. He was very nice.
While the tour guide, Lucy, was undoubtedly knowledgeable, her presentation was disjointed and confusing. There was no thread weaving her narrative. Having a guide get us through the very crowded setting and complicated process was worthwhile.
The guide, Maria, was wonderful. She was extremely knowledgeable, along with being a good tour guide. She was extremely considerate of everyone in the group, patient, yet kept everyone moving along well. Best tour guide ever.
The tour was just long enough I thought. You saw a lot of the museum but were able to spend a significant amount of time in the Sistine chapel & St. Peter’s. The your guide, Mohammed, talked just enough. He gave good info & was friendly but wasn’t overly chatty. I would recommend it for anyone who wants to see a lot in a little time.
Guide didn’t show up. After I called, the problem could’t be solved and I had to buy tickets with another company and pay a second time !!

This tour was good, but a little long. You spend a lot of time in the Vatican museum, and our guide didn't share as much information as I've had shared on previous tours of the Vatican.

A very good tour. The guide was knowledgeable. It was very crowded and busy as always, so a small group is necessary to be able to stay near the guide. The drawback is you have to move along because of the crowds, but that's unavoidable. To see St. Peter's and the Sistine Chapel is a must when visiting Rome.

My husband was very impressed! Our tour guide was knowledgeable and highly academically accomplished on the subject matter PhD BUT we had been on other tours whereby the use of personal headsets whereby you can hear your Tour Guide when you are not exactly next to them or close to them. That was very much missing!

A wonderful experience and the guide Giulio Bianchini an excellent company.. besides guide and publicize every detail of the history of this magnificent place ... because even as a photographer served me hahaha... without any doubt one of the best places that can be visited and a wonderful experience...
Heel indrukwekkend. Zeker de moeite waard.
Prima organisatie. Goede en sociale gids die precies wist hoeveel een gemiddelde mens kan opnemen in zo’n overweldigende omgeving. Wat een indrukwekkende weelde
