This was a complete scam…never received the tour as promised! The guide was dirty and did not do his job.

Itinerary
Travelers will have the opportunity to explore one of the most impressive and extensive collections of art and artifacts in the world. The Vatican museum is home to works by some of the greatest artists in history, including Michelangelo, Raphael, and Leonardo da Vinci. Travelers will have the chance to marvel at stunning frescoes, sculptures, and paintings, as well as ancient Roman and Egyptian artifacts. During the experience, They will learn about the Vatican's rich cultural and artistic heritage, and gain a deeper understanding of the masterpieces they encounter. travelers will also have the opportunity to visit the Sistine Chapel, home to Michelangelo's iconic frescoes, including the famous ceiling painting of the Creation of Adam.
The frescoes that we are contemplating here introduce us into the world of the contents of the Revelation. The truths of our faith speak to us here from all sides. From them human genius took its inspiration undertaking to clothe them in forms of incomparable beauty. With these words pronounced in the Homily during the Holy Mass celebrated on 8 April 1994, on the occasion of the completion of the restoration of the Last Judgement, the Holy Father John Paul II wished to place emphasis on the sacredness of the place in which the paintings, like the images of a book, serve to render the truths expressed in the Holy Scriptures more understandable.

The Vatican tour was organized and met our expectations . Our guide was very informative and passionate about his work !
Get specific directions to the office. We didn’t know exactly where to meet the group. We had a family member almost have a heat stroke. We thought the office was close to the Vatican and we had to walk way too far and then back up to the museum we decided to not attend

We had a lovely day in Vatican museum we did Tour. The Guide name was Alex. Our visit to the Vatican Museum was an unforgettable experience, filled with awe-inspiring art, rich history, and breathtaking architecture. From the moment we stepped inside, we were immersed in the grandeur of one of the world’s most impressive collections of art and historical treasures.
The guide was not very detailed in what she presented and she seemed to rush everyone through each area that was visited.
This was a bait and switch. We signed up for this tour of "no more than 6 people." We arrived at 0945 as directed for our 1000 tour and were told to come back to the meeting point at 1010 as our tour time was now 1030. We were met at 1010 by a man with no identification who "was going to take us to our tour guide." We hesitantly followed and ended up being taken to another tour company. When we asked after our guide (who had so attentively reached out to us by WhatsApp the day before and that morning), we were told he was doing another tour. We were put into a group of 20 people and herded to the Vatican. We were with the new guide for the next 90 minutes, but much of that time was spent going through security (with 20 people struggling with their tickets), waiting for others to go to the bathroom (18 women and 2 men), waiting for others to fill their water bottles and waiting for all to take photos. Oh my goodness!!! Not the educational, semi-private experience we signed up for. In fairness, the guide we had was fine, but with that many people she spent most of her time herding cats. What a let down for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. The local tour company offered a discount of 15 euro per ticket, which isn't even the difference between the regular tour and the semi-private one we booked! DO NOT RECOMMEND this tour.
We have started our tour slightly late about 10 minutes but we skipped The line and Tour guide was amazing explained us the history of vaticna and sistine chapel we enjoyed a lot overall we had a great experience.
We had very good experience with the guided tour the guide alex was very knowlageable he showed us masterpices in vatican overall we had a good services we skiped the line
The Vatican Museum and Sistine Chapel tour was excellent. Tusher was an excellent customer service who arranged to make everything happened. Tusher made me a recommendation to go to the Basilica in the morning, then hit the tour in the afternoon because that way you get to see most of the places and save time on the long line at the museum. I had a booking with them in the afternoon 12pm-1:30pm. I came in the morning and see Tusher. Bought the tour and follow Tusher’s recommendation who walked with me and explained the process. I entered St. Peter Square and the Basilica and tour it by myself. Then, meet at the meeting point for the museum at 1pm. You get in quickly with the tour guide showing you around all the must see spots. The guide explained the rules and etiquette very well. I spent a few hours after the tour end to explore on my own. Definitely let Tusher take care of you and ask him to help arrange with the tour guides.
Absolutely a must-do! The guide was phenomenal—entertaining, knowledgeable, and friendly. They kept everything captivating, and you really get to see and learn so much. Definitely a highlight of the trip!
Very good. Skipped all the lines. The coordinator was very helpful. Be aware not handicap assessable.
