One of the worst experiences I have ever had while traveling in Italy. I booked a professional photoshoot, paid $50 for a taxi to get to the meeting location, and waited an entire hour for a photographer who NEVER SHOWED UP! I repeatedly called and sent messages, but nobody answered. I even contacted customer support, and they confirmed that they couldn’t reach the operator either. Their calls went straight to voicemail, and my messages remained unanswered. This was not just a waste of money. It was a complete waste of my valuable vacation time and a missed opportunity to capture special memories in Rome that I cannot get back. No photographer. No communication. No professionalism. No respect for customers or their time. I traveled all the way to the location, spent $50 on transportation, waited an hour, and was completely abandoned without any explanation. I strongly recommend that other travelers think twice before booking with this operator. My experience was extremely disappointing, and I would never trust this company with another reservation. ZERO STARS if I could. Completely unacceptable!

Your photowalk in Rome is designed to be a seamless and enjoyable experience, We will meet at a pre-agreed location, but the meeting point can be discussed and changed when customising . To provide the best experience, certain locations are scheduled at optimal times—Trevi Fountain sessions take place only until 8 AM to avoid heavy crowds, while sunset photowalks are carefully planned to capture the transition from golden hour to blue hour and the magical night lights. The session is relaxed and never rushed, and while we stick to the booked timeframe, we may extend slightly to ensure we capture the perfect shots. If weather conditions change, we will discuss alternatives to ensure you get the best possible outcome. Every session is thoughtfully designed to be not just a photoshoot, but a truly immersive way to experience Rome.

When planning our trip we decided we wanted to do a photo shoot. All too often we come home with a bunch of selfies and no great photos. What better souvenirs than someone to capture your memories. Lal was wonderful! He was great communicating with us and made us feel so at ease. He took us to all of the major sites we wanted to see and added in some hidden spots we never would have seen on our own. If you decide to do something different and special on your trip - do this!
Communication was excellent. He consulted us on the best time and location to avoid tourists and get the best light for our photos. We got to see amazing locations in Rome when it was still very quiet from all the tourists as a result. He was super patient and attentive during our session and even gave us some helpful tips for our stay in Rome as well. The photos came out beautiful - even better than expected.
