We met our tour guide Giulia at Piazza della Minerva along with another lovely couple, and after brief introductions and a quick run down of the tour, we began our adventure. Giulia was kind, knowledgeable, and very passionate about the espresso, gelato and various other treats were able to partake in. She was able to answer any all questions we might have had and due to her close relationships with the businesses we visited, we were able to skip the long lines and were served immediately. The tour took about an hour and a half, and it was an easy walk. I highly recommend this tour and Giulia as a guide, She truly made this tour and visit to Rome special!

Lily was a fantastic guide. She was super knowledgeable and willing to answer all of our questions, including items not related to the tour. We were lucky enough to have the tour just be me and my 16 year old daughter. We tried delicious coffee and treats and will definitely be going back to the places Lily introduced us to. She even had restaurant recommendations based on activities we have planned for the rest of our trip. Lily was great and we’d highly recommend this tour. We did it late afternoon. I might recommend earlier in the day. It was a lot of espresso!
This was a very fun, easy and informative tour of some Italian faves! My three kids of various ages loved it. Our tour guide Cleria was fantastic and very good with the kids, with a perfect temperament and a lot of good information to share. Even on a rainy day it was one of the highlights of our trip.

My wife and I wanted to try different styles of Roman coffee, and this tour left us absolutely satisfied. First, we visited Günther gelato, a cozy gelateria - try the pine flavour! Next, we enjoyed an espresso (just called caffé in Italian), a caffè granita and, last but not least, another espresso made with a typical Italian percolator (called a moka). The tour finished with a choice between classical, pistacchio, strawberry, peanut or caramel tiramisu. Luca, our guide, was friendly, very knowledgeable and dedicated to answer all our questions. And as a local food guide, he was allowed to skip the line, so no unnecessary waiting! We wholeheartedly recommend the tour for all coffee enjoyers.

Overall we really enjoyed the tour. It was a nice break from more intense sightseeing in the hot sun. Walking was easy and the desserts were tasty. Never had granita before and really liked it. Tour guide was very friendly, knowledgeable, and a lot of fun to chat with. Company was very nice to deal with when making our reservations and they accommodated a few special food restrictions with no problems. Would have liked some “behind the scenes” access to be included as part of the tour.
I am not a coffee drinker but had the greatest frozen coffee with whipped cream. The gelato was the best. Tiramisu was SOoo good. The tour guide was entertaining and well informed.
What better way to push through jetlag than with an espresso tour?! The espresso and food were delicious and the tour guide was extremely knowledgeable about not only the tasting experience, but in offering us helpful tidbits about the city. She taught us how to order espresso (a process I didn't realize would be so different from the U.S.!); that there were 2500 fountains all around Rome that offered free, clean drinking water; and relayed interesting cultural backstory about the statues and piazzas we passed. This guidance helped make our experience throughout the week so much smoother and more pleasant than it would have been. We ended up getting to try espresso prepared three different ways, two kinds of gelato, and a tiramisu. Our guide was so accommodating: The tiramisu place had sold out of it by the time we got there and she quickly ordered us tiramisu-espresso (bonus!) and booked us at another shop that made excellent tiramisu as well. Friendly, exciting, tasty way to start the week!

We loved this fooding with Valeria. We were very lucky because the tour only involved the two of 3 (+ our tour guide obviously). We had very good and complete explanations (in perfect englishl)on how to spot high-quality caffés, gelati and tiramisù. Oh, and it was very delicious! Our piece of advice: don’t eat too much before the tour. Thanks again, we definitely recommend it.

my family and I absolutely loved this tour. Our tour guide was amazing, she was very knowledgeable about the areas we walked through as well as the desserts and coffee. She was personable as could be! My three daughters were loving every second of this tour! Everything we ate and drank was delicious! We even went back to the cafes the next day! This is a must do!
