Afterward, you'll craft a classic tiramisu, expertly layering mascarpone and espresso-soaked ladyfingers. Our instructor was very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and funny. The whole experience from making the pasta and dessert to cooking it and sharing the meal together was a wonderful evening

Giuseppe was a wonderful coach, and the class was excellent. Two pasta dishes and a dessert, all done by hand. Total experience was a little more than 3 hours long - didn’t feel rushed and didn’t drag on. Would recommend.

My husband and I had lots of fun making tiramasu, fettuccine, and ravioli. We received the recipes from class and ate the dishes we made for dinner. Everything was delicious. The instructions were easy to follow. The instructors made it simple and fun.
Giuseppe was so welcoming and informative. I had cooked pasta before myself but he actually “taught” me how to do it properly. Not only that, it tasted fantastic, on par with what I’d had in some restaurants during my trip through Italy. Tiramisu is my favorite dessert, and learning from him how easy it is to make it was wonderful. It also gives me the freedom in the future to make some changes (more cream, less cocoa) than what I’d get in a premade one from a bakery. Absolutely worth it and I’d recommend to everyone to do this culinary adventure if in Rome and looking for an evening activity where you get to eat as well!

We found the class very informative, accommodating and hands on, the recipe booklet is also fantastic and goes beyond what you make in the class. He was so thorough and very kind with helping us and communicating to us as well. coming all the way from Atlanta, Georgia I rate this a 100 out of 10 the best place to ever come and make pasta and tiramisu!

This class was amazing! Giuseppe is a wonderful instructor! You can tell how much he enjoys teaching, cooking, and notice the beautiful blessing God has given him and made him to be! This was a Step by step class, from techniques, to consistency of pasta and tiramisu, to comparing products back home, to sitting down enjoying your meal with great wine! If you visit Rome this is a must! I’d say it must be added to your top things to do in Rome! 10/10, strongly recommend, will definitely cook this again!

The class was very intimate, which made it easy to follow along, ask questions, and actually learn instead of just watching from the back.Booking was simple online, and we were able to walk from our hotel straight to the location—no taxis or complicated directions needed. We were greeted by Giuseppe, who turned out to be the best chef. He was welcoming, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience fun and memorable.Highly recommend if you’re looking for a hands-on, personal cooking class in Rome. It was my birthday today! It ended with a nice touch of chef Giuseppe singing happy birthday.
Well worth the time. We have been to a few cooking classes around Italy and this one was excellent. The recipes and techniques are explained in simple ways.
