We had an amazing time at our wine and olive oil tasting with Giulia! She is extremely knowledgeable and personable, and made the entire experience both fun and informative. We loved learning about the local wines and olive oils, and getting to experience a little more of Italy’s food and wine culture. We love olives, olive oil and wines. So we were in great anticipation of this class. The place is absolutely lovely. It is a joy to discover the outside all iron and glass and then enter the interior space. Elegant and Glorious! We met our tutor Alessandro who was truly wonderful. We thought we knew a lot about olive oils but learned so much more and enjoyed the learning. The veggies and breads for the olive oils were great. If I say anymore it will be all superlatives. Four different wines and bread and charcuterie board! Alessandro made it so enjoyable and fun. We hated that it ended!
