Tipsy Cooking Class - the coolest school in town! That's right, learn to cook with a cocktail in hand, in the heart of Rome. What could be better? In this cooking class, you’ll experience two of the best things about Rome - the food, and the drinks. You’re going to make three spritzes: Aperol to start, Hugo while you’re cooking, and Limoncello to round off the experience. Whilst our mixologist host teaches you how to make these staple Italian drinks, you will also get hands-on with cooking your own fresh, handmade spaghetti and pizza. Mix, roll and knead your dough using locally sourced ingredients, then shape and cook. Prepare a staple Italian sauce the real way, under the guidance of a professional local chef, and enjoy pizza and cocktails as part of your experience. Prepare to get covered in flour, a little bit tipsy, and very full of delicious food. That’s how the Romans do it.
Domenica was a great host helpful & informative and the pasta and spritz were delicious! I would have loved if everyone made their own sauce instead of watching two people do that portion but otherwise great experience

I had the best time making pasta with Chef Nava! She was full of energy, and helpful, explaining every step we took with the hands on pasta making experience. The food AND drinks were delicious, but best of all, I’m now ready to make pasta at home with my hands and simple tools I already have at home. I highly recommend this experience if you are in Rome!

This was one of our BEST experiences in Rome. Chef Gaia and Adib were AWESOME!!!! The group was not oversized, only 8 people. Gaia was able to help us all individually when we were struggling with our dough. Adib was behind the scenes making sure everything went smoothly. We met the most awesome people from Scotland, Japan, and Slovenia (don’t quote me). And the food turned out really good…. Although I’m not gonna lie, i thought my pasta would be mediocre at best lol. You will not regret this experience. And yes I am a real person from the US and can be very judgey at times. But this was one to remember.

My sister, besties, and I had such an amazing time taking this cooking class with Gia! From the moment we started, it was clear how passionate she is about her craft. Gia was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and such a phenomenal teacher. She did an amazing job teaching us how to make delicious drinks, fresh pasta, and the sauces from scratch. She made everything fun, easy to follow, and truly enjoyable. You could really feel her passion for Italian cooking, and that made the experience even more special. It was such a pleasure meeting Gia and her wonderful helper. They created such a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere, and we left with full stomachs, new skills, and wonderful memories. ❤️ I would absolutely love to take another cooking class with Gia the next time I’m in Italy.
