We had a delightful 3-hour private golf cart tour with Alessandro on October 24, 2026, and what an adventure it was! We were a little nervous knowing that a demonstration expected to draw approximately 30,000 people was scheduled for that day. Fortunately, our tour was set to end an hour before the demonstration began. Alessandro handled the road closures like a pro, expertly navigating us back to our hotel without missing a beat! Alessandro was fun, entertaining, incredibly knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about sharing Rome’s fascinating history and stories. His enthusiasm made every stop that much more memorable. Now, exploring Rome by golf cart isn’t for the faint of heart! Between the bustling streets, narrow cobblestone lanes, and lively traffic, it’s a bit of an adventure in itself. But what a fantastic way to experience so much of the Eternal City, including charming little streets and shops you might otherwise miss! One of our favorite stops was the beautiful and slightly cheeky Fountain of the Naiads, which we affectionately nicknamed the “Sexy Lady Fountain.” Definitely worth a look! We saw an incredible amount of Rome in just three hours, had plenty of laughs along the way, and came away with wonderful memories. We highly recommend this tour, especially with Alessandro behind the wheel!

Rome 3 hour Golf Cart Tour of major attractions and sites is misleading. We Booked Sept 23/26 from 9-12. Driver arrived 1 hour early without prior notice due to GetYourGuide error. Actual tour was from 8:15 - 10:30 Were supposed to see 12 major sites plus a Restaurant Saw only 5. The Traffic in Rome's city center is extremely congested and busy. There is no possible way to accomplish all that was promised in the time frame allocated. DO NOT BOOK THIS TOUR AS YOU WILL NOT GET TO SEE ALL THAT YOU PAID FOR AS PROMISED.

Our guide, Kalipo, promptly picked the four of us up from our apartment near the Colosseum. He gave us background on many of the dozen stops that covered central Rome. His ability to quickly navigate through crowded areas justifies his nickname, “Backstreet Boy”!

Wow! Absolutely awesome tour with Francesco!! He arranged the drive to accommodate us and the fact that we had already been to the Spanish steps. He talked about all of the places we drove to so we knew what we were seeing. He was so very fun and personable. He told us about the drinking water at the Trevi fountain and helped me us get down to the lower level. We all tossed our coins! Highly recommend. The highlight of our time in Rome. Love the stops and photos. We finished at the Colosseum which was amazing seeing it all lit up! Take this tour! I work as a travel advisor and I will be recommending to clients!

What a wonderful overview of Rome. A great way to see as much as possible to either help you plan your visit or refresh your memory if you have been before. Our driver/guide was David. He was extremely knowledgeable, had an excellent sense of humor, and shared his love for the Eternal City with us. We were promptly picked up at our hotel on time. We had asked to be dropped off at a particular restaurant near the Spanish Steps and the company easily accommodated us. One person in the group uses a crutch because of mobility issues, and really appreciated the assistance and pacing of the tour. Highly recommend the company and especially David!

Incredible tour— great way to see the city. Achilles was our tour guide and he was extremely accommodating, including with my 11 month old daughter who needed some modifications. He helped us find the best snacks along the way and went out of his way to make us comfortable. Lots of knowledge learned along the way too! Thank you Achilles!

We had an absolutely amazing experience on our 3 -hour golf cart tour of Rome! Our guide, Alex, was fantastic extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and informative throughout the entire tour. We were able to see so many of Rome’s incredible landmarks, including the Colosseum, the Pantheon, the Spanish Steps, the Trevi Fountain, and so much more. Alex shared interesting history and details at every stop, which made the experience even more special. One of our favorite touches was stopping for gelato along the way such a fun and memorable part of the tour! This was honestly one of the highlights of our time in Rome.It was a wonderful way to see so much of the city without feeling rushed, and having such a great guide made all the difference. We would highly recommend this tour, and especially Alex, to anyone visiting Rome. Five stars all the way!

This is a fabulous way to see a lot of Rome in a very short time. We only had 1 1/2 days and spent a day at the Vatican. We saw many of the highlights with a couple of short stops, one at the Trevi Fountain and one for gelato. Our tour guide Ackeli (sp?) was phenomenal. My only suggestion would be to equip the carts with a microphone with a speaker. Those in the back of the golf cart had a hard time hearing because of people and traffic noise. They had this setup in Barcelona and it made a world of difference.

He made the history come alive while keeping us thoroughly entertained the entire time. He took us down hidden side streets and unique areas that we completely would have missed on our own. Beyond the standard sights, he gave us amazing recommendations for local foods, authentic restaurants, and other great areas to explore during the rest of our trip.What really stood out was how considerate he was. It was a very hot day, and Francesco always made an effort to find a parking spot in the shade whenever we got out to take photos or look around. Taking this golf cart tour was the best decision we made—it allowed us to see all the major highlights of Rome while completely saving us from the intense heat and miles of walking.We highly recommend Rome in Golf Cart, and if you can, definitely ask for Francesco!

Our elderly parents were part of the group and Francesco was so kind and understanding with their slower pace at the stops. He was very knowledgeable in the city's history.
