Driver was prompt, in fact -early! Mateo was very courteous and the car was immaculate. He knew the traffic and city very well which was a comfort to us. We will definitely book again when we return.
EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE! He was there early, ready to go, helped with bags, and got us there in plenty of time. We especially appreciated the help in what time to be picked up and arrive for our flights. We were a group of 6 and finding a taxi the morning of would have been near impossible, even if we hadn't had luggage to check for our flight. I will always use Viator for future need like this and request this company and driver again!
It was a wonderful experience and Mateo was a great driver and very professional and showed me many landmarks on the way to the airport. I'd definitely use them again while in Rome!
Stellar service, the driver arrived on time in a luxury vehicle and the ride to the airport from Rome was smooth. We arrived on time to catch our flight. Highly recommended!
Excellent service on time and very pleasant. Will definitely use this service again for all of my travel needs.
The pickup was on time, the driver was very pleasant and helped us with our luggage and the vehicle was a very nice luxury car. We had a top notch experience and we would highly recommend this car service.
The vehicle was a luxury Mercedes sedan and the driver arrived five minutes early. However, he drove over 140 kilometers per hour on the way to the airport. We passed every other vehicle on the road and I did not feel entirely safe.
Out driver was punctual, friendly and professional. He got us to the airport without any issues and was a great driver.
On time Professional and polite
Prompt service and help with bags. Took us to place we needed to be! Polite young man. Definitely would book again
Viator is dependable driver was at location before time of pickup very curious. I would highly recommend Viator my plan is to use them on all of my travel plans in the near future.
Marcelo, Was early and very helpful. Highly recommend this transfer company. Left at 7:00 am, which is a great time to go to FCO, as the traffic is very light.
On time, friendly and efficient. I have used my tour for numerous transfers and tours, and they do an excellent job.
Once again - great service! Have used them for all of our overseas vacation transfers. They are the definition of Professionals !
Scheduled SUV car service to take us from Rome City Center to FCO airport. Driver was on time, friendly and took responsibility to load all our luggages carefully. We had a safe drive to the airport and he delivered us safe, on time. We would Schedule future car services with this company again. Their price beat all others and they did not charge extra for all our luggage pieces.
On time, friendly, and professional. I would recommend making your travel easier by using this service.
Driver on time and very helpful. Car was clean and comfortable. Would definitely use again and recommend to others.
Our drive to the airport was excellent. The driver was very considerate and thoughtful. He helped us with our luggage. He drove safely to the airport. The car was very clean.
Our driver arrived early, greeted us warmly, and got us to the airport on time… a great stress reducer.
Two great experiences with Mia Limo while in Rome. Both drivers were on time, polite, and professional. Matteo was excellent to work with when booking and when we had to make an adjustment due to construction in front of our hotel. I will definitely use Mia Limo next time I am in Rome.
On time, professional, reliable, and accommodating. They help decrease the stress of scheduling transportation in a busy city. Would book again.
We had a perfect experience with Mia Limo’s car service when we arrived in Rome, and our experience with our trip back to the airport at the end of our visit was just as good. There was clear, helpful communication prior to pick-up; our driver was courteous and friendly; and the car was pristine and comfortable. We particularly appreciated that our driver parked as close as he could to the narrow, no-parking street where our apartment was and then walked to our building to tell us to text him when we were ready to leave so that he could drive to the door and pick us up.
Our driver, Roberto arrived early—a very nice, polite man. Our drive to the airport went very well. He is a very good driver. A very comfortable experience.
Great communication from confirmation of the booking to drivers arrival. Comfortable clean car. Great service.
Top notch service all around! I had a very early departure from airport. Driver was at the hotel right on time even though it was such an early hour. Car was clean and driver was very nice and professional. Completely satisfied with my experience and highly recommend this company!!
Driver was extremely nice and on time! Even showed us highlights of the city on the way to the airport!
Matteo Peterlini is the best! He provided excellent private transfer service for me and my husband after our time in Rome. He responded to our emails timely even when I changed our pickup time. He helped us with our luggage and the car was very clean and comfortable. The ride to the airport was stress free and got us there on time. A perfect way to end our trip. I highly recommend his service!
I will use them anytime I’m somewhere they service! Matteo kept clear communication from the moment I booked. My rides were confirmed again by email in the coming days before my needed transfer, which gave me reassurance. The cars were clean and nice always on time and didn’t rush us when we arrived. It felt luxurious. Had great drivers!! Recommend them 200%!!!
A wonderful ride to the airport! The driver was very professional and early for our pickup. Vehicle was spotless, inside and out! Would definitely book again in the future!
Reliable, on time. We kept communicating and reasured us they would pick us up on time as scheduled when our ship docked and take us to our apt in Rome and still have time for our first scheduled tour. Will continue using their services.
Once again excellent service, pick up right on time and price reasonable for private transfer. Will use service again when in Rome
Vito was on time & very nice. Very helpful when we went to pick up the rental car. Told us where to go and then pick up our friends where they were waiting with all the luggage.
There was a problem with the pick up time but Matteo quickly contacted the driver and got him to pick us up. The driver, also Matteo, was great. We had a very pleasant conversation during the drive and he gave us a quick tour of the colosseum and the president palace.
Having your own personal driver in a city you've never been to before is the best thing ever! We had confirmation via email and text on our pickup time and our driver, Marcelo I believe was his name, arrived early to our hotel, loaded all of our very heavy luggage into a very nice and clean Mercedes and confirmed our airline and terminal drop-off and got us to the FCO airport in ample time and safely. The drive was approximately 45 minutes or so and it was just so effortless! I would absolutely use this private transfer again.
Matteo did an excellent job of getting us from our hotel in Rome to Fiumicino Airport. He was on time, very professional and provided excellent communication. I recommend him highly. Grazie mille Matteo!
Very easy and comfortable. Driver was on time, car was clean and he was prepared with a booster seat as we requested.
We hired Mia Limo to take us from our hotel to the airport in Rome. Mariano was wonderful, helpful, and knowledgeable about Rome and the best routes despite the traffic. I highly recommend their service should you need anything while in Rome.
Excellent driver and car. Professional, courteous, and helpful beyond what was expected. So appreciated Viator’s clear communication, excellent website, and flawless reliability for six bookings on this trip!
Roberto was excellent and contacted me 2 hours before my arrival to make sure I knew where to meet him.
Wonderful trip, many historical sites and of course a new Pope. Many tourists there and heavy traffic. Motor scooters everywhere.
Matteo was great. Was on time, provided great information about the area while enroute to the airport, and very helpful at the airport. He spoke very good English so it was easy to communicate with him.
Giacomo was on time and so helpful with our many bags, we were so weary at the end of our trip. He was cheerful and had so many recommendations for restaurants and activities, we are planning a return trip based on his expert guidance!
Our driver arrived early. The car was clean and comfortable. The ride was scenic and comfortable. Very smooth and efficient.
Driver is definitely on time and courteous. Vehicle is clean, water provided, and tissue packs! Highly recommend!
Our driver showed up on time and was very helpful with our luggage. He was very courteous and polite! We would definitely recommend them for airport transfers. Great experience!
Matteo arrived early for transport from the hotel to airport, standing in the lobby waiting for me. The car was in excellent condition. When dropped off at the airport, he directed me to the exact door/area where I needed to go. Very helpful as it was my first time at FCO airport.
Friendly driver, arrived on time, very nice car, easy ride to the airport for an early-morning flight.
On time and very nice comfortable ride. Travelled with family of 8 from the center of Rome to the airport.
We had Matteo pick us up and return us to FCO and he was wonderful! Professional, on time, and gave us some great tips for our trip. Highly recommend Mia Limo!
