Rome Termini Station Luggage Storage

Very easy to get there from the station. Quick process. No worries. There are many options regarding luggage storage. This one is acceptable and secure.

Very easy directions and stress free. Located right next to the train station was very good. Would use again.

Staff was helpful and numerous. Everything was like we left it and the did a great job taking care of our days while we enjoyed our day in Rome.

Great place just outside door of Termini. Cheaper than the ones inside the station. We booked in advance and the guy who took our bags spoke good english. No hassle or time wasting, called up our booking gave a ticket for each bag all in 5 minutes. We were at least an hour later that stated when we returned but there was no looking for more money we just received our cases back straight away.

Not sure how much these normally cost as they were all over the city. I felt like I got a good and fair price. Leaving a bag was extremely quick and easy, as was picking it up later. This is just across from the station.

I can't tell you if their reliable because I booked this the night before but there was no warning or indication that they would not be open when I got there. My friend and I arrived at 0700, and the shutters were down. So we had to use the self check in luggage storage next door. I recommend just go there. When we returned 8 hours later, this shop was open, and I saw a sign that said they open at 0900. People were using the service. So it just depends what you feel more comfortable with. I lost 20$ because I took a risked and booked this. Thats how it goes sometimes.

Easy to find. Just know that when it asks for number of adults it is really asking for number of bags. Be prepared to pay extra for a small backpack, laptop case, etc. or consolidate it into your larger luggage.

The directions given were accurate, making the storage place easy to find. The staff were friendly & helpful & gave me directions to where I needed to get to.

This company is the worst I have dealt with in my 55 years of travel! I attempted to ship a suitcase from Florida to Maryland. IT WOUND UP IN INDIANAPOLIS. I called this company dozens of times and got put on hold forever until I gave up. I e-mailed them 23 times with the same useless responses. I asked them to apply the double your money back if you do not get your package on time and was good there was a "process" and I had to wait until the luggage was found blah blah blah blah. They did not lift a finder EVER to either pay my guaranty or address the insurance I had on my goods. THEY DID NOTHING. When Found the person in charge and called I was told she was busy but would call me back. I do not know how to get the insurance claim paid. Use this company if you are a glutton for punishment.

We only did this last minute as we had a few hours to kill in Rome before flight home. Literally outside the door of the station and can’t miss it. Right next to where we caught the bus back to airport so was so so easy. Straight in and no issues. Even left a jacket with them strapped to case and they were fine

This business is located right across from the Termini station, with a prominent sign. The employees were ready for us and were able to quickly access our reservation with just my name. The whole exchange took less than a minute to drop off luggage and then the same to pick it up again.

I never got any information on where the luggage storage was and wasted nearly $20 on this! I didn’t know where to ask and felt like there was no recourse. Big mistake. Avoid doing this on Trip Advisor

Very easy to find this storage facility across from the Rome Central station, we left our luggage there between arriving in Rome and check in to our hotel. This allowed us to explore Rome without our suitcases and allowed peace of mind that our luggage was secure. Very convenient

This worked out well for us. The only problem was finding the location. The directions say "across from Termini station" but Termini station is massive and it was not "across the street" for us based on where we exited the station. However, finding Capital Luggage with Google Maps solved the problem for us. Once we got to the baggage dropoff everything was great. Easy and quick check-in and easy and quick pick up. It was great doing a one day whirlwind trip around Rome without lugging a bunch of bags with us.

This service worked very well for us. Check in for our bags was prompt. Bags were ready for us upon our return and all bags were present with belongings intact just as we had left them. It was a bit of a walk from the train station so be aware of that. If you have difficulty walking or have multiple bags per person or are traveling with young children this may not be the best option as it did require crossing a busy road and navigating on crowded sidewalks. It worked fine for us though! Much better than traveling on the subway and in the crowded tourist areas of Rome with bags in tow. Carefully plan your return time as they do close promptly at seven (or did on the Monday in late April when we used the service).

They are very efficient , courteous and reliable They give me directions what to do where ti get a ride and specifically told me the time to be back to retrieved my luggage .

Drop off and pick up were very easy. Right across the street from the train station so it was convenient. They were open until 7 for pickup.

The man at the counter was very rude. I needed to put my laptop in the suitcase that I had just left in storage so as not to carry it in my backpack, but he didn't allow me to have the suitcase for a moment. So I had to carry it all day in my backpack. But the worst thing is that at the airport I saw that the padlock that closed the suitcase was hooked to the opposite side that I use (?)

Easy, convenient and fair price! They are directly across the street from Rome Termini. Check in was easy and fast, and we were on our way in minutes. When we returned, it took less than 3 minutes to bring out 5 large bags. Everything was perfect!

Easy to find, convenient to pay in advance. I dropped my bag here on my way from the airport, through Termini, to the Vatican Museums on my first morning in Rome. I was happy to have the bag storage planned out before I even started my trip. The attendants spoke English and were friendly. Thank you!

The storage is easy to find; follow the signs. It is inside the train station building. I stopped by the facility twice, on Wednesday and Sunday. On Wednesday, Rome Termini was not crowded and had no line anywhere. On Sunday, I found the train station packed with long taxi lines. I decided to leave our luggage at the train station while we were taking a tour of Coliseum nearby. There was a line to the storage, but it moved fast, like 15 min long. The cost was 6 euro for 4 hours and 1 euro for each extra hour afterward. We had standard flight-compliant luggage. Check-in was fast. We paid by credit card upon pick up. As promised, the charge was 6 euros a piece plus 1 euro for an extra hour. My experience with that failure was quite positive.

Convenient location, safe storage, and helpful staff. We had made reservations for 4 bags for 1 day and ended up having to do 6 bags for 3 days (travel plans got radically changed last minute). They were so flexible and helpful.

So it was a great place to drop your bags off. If you have a suitcase and a backpack make sure to count them individually. Not hard to find - if you are in the main waking area of Roma Termini go towards the McDonald’s, cross the street at the crosswalk and turn left. The only thing I didn’t like was there were a bunch of folks lingering a little too long for my taste just in front of the drop off. They were there when we picked up too. The overall service was great and easy to use.

Great location right across from Termini station and very accommodating. Recommend you make reservations as we were fortunate they were able to store our luggage at last minute. Cheaper than doing the storage in the station itself and worth the walk across the street.

The instructions asked how many adults not how many bags. Apparently the number of bags is in the fine details. Not cool since we had more bags than adults and we had to convince the manager to allow our 4th bag.

We booked on line in advance and all went very smoothly. Reasonable price, very close to the train station, friendly service.

The directions were not clear that they are outside of the train station, across the street. The did take care of us promptly once I said I had a reservation. I had reserved for two people. I tried to give them 2 small bags (one carry on wheelie and a small backpack) for one person and a medium size bag for the other, but was told I needed to pay for another space as I had 3 bags and the two small ones couldn’t be counted as one spot

They have sign outside, which say around 6 euro for storage, which is cheaper then here. Better buy at the store.

The queues inside Roma Termini for the baggage drop were very long and staff were very unhelpful. These people were helpful and queues were very short. Thoroughly recommend. On the same street as McDonald's opposite Roma Termini.

Right across from the train station. Easy drop off and pick up. Our luggage was taken care of while we went out to see the sites before we were able to check in to our accommodations.
