Rome Skip The Line Vatican Museum And Sistine Chapel Ticket

This booking included skip the line entrance tickets and a host that will assist you on the day to get in but there was no skip the line and no host to be seen either! Our booking time was changed, and we were basically left to our 'own devices'! As for the skip the line bit, that did not happen. The queues were long but if you had no tickets pre booked, they were even longer! The Vatican Museum was OK but you had to follow a sort of 'one way system' through the building in order to finally see the Sistine Chapel which was of course beautiful. I think, we spent more time in queues than quality time inside. Not worth the money we spent on it though.

I had originally booked a non guided tour for myself, partner and two girls aged 15 and 21. The booking process was simple enough. On arrival at the office we were informed that we had been upgraded to a guided tour. I had booked the unguided tour as my plan was to just wander aimlessly about at our own speed. I am really grateful to the staff for upgrading us as my original plan was complete rubbish. The tour guide was excellent and kept the tour focused, she had a fantastic knowledge of all the exhibits. So all on all it turned out to be a fantastic day and one bored 15 year old got to see Neros 2 billion pound bath.

The tour company through in free guide so tour was Excellant value. Tour company very helpful gave us tickets and showed us where to meet guide inside Vatican museums ent. Amazing tour saw everything we wanted to see lovely guide. Highly recommend last minute booking and great price. 5 stars.

If you travel in the summer, plan on going first thing in the morning. It's very hot in the Vatican in the afternoon.

Very over priced and poor communication. Operator emailed tickets we did not know until we traveled to tge meeting point. Directions to the meeting point lacked clarity. At the meeting point operators not on the same page when giving us tickets. Speaking in their native language and did not share what the issue was. Also did not respond when asked. I would not book this way again.

We arrived at the meeting point but our guide had already left with the group. We could have caught up but the person at the desk told us our guide hadn’t arrived yet and asked us to wait. After a few minutes he corrected himself and told us to hurry and that we would have to go on our own. Not the experience we hoped and definitely not worth the money we paid.

Be careful. We knew we were overpaying but then received tickets for a Spanish tour. We did not order this nor do we speak Spanish.

Very easy process, picked up tickets and were directed right to the line for easy entry. Would recommend the early time slots to avoid big crowds.

Good communication. There was a hiccup with my reservation but he fixed it before I even noticed, and upgraded my ticket. Went out of his way and I would use them again.

Friendly tour guide and educational. You walk around with an audio guide. You get to see many paintings and sculptures.

We had booked an 11:30am timeslot for our tour at the Vatican Museums, but we ended up running late because of the unexpected huge crowds at St. Peter’s Basilica. I was really worried we would miss our slot, but the staff was extremely helpful! They kindly rescheduled us to the 12:00pm timeslot without any hassle. On top of that, they gave us very clear and detailed instructions on how to enter the museum smoothly. We highly appreciated their flexibility and genuine willingness to help. Thank you so much to the team – we would definitely recommend this tour/experience because of how well they handled the situation!

Helpful tour guide saved us time in line. Beautiful experience but if you have walking challenges, there are chairs to rest.

The vendor failed to deliver the advertised service. Less than 24 hours before the scheduled visit, I was notified that the Sistine Chapel would be closed on my visit date — even though the vendor had already sold me tickets that included access to it. The vendor refused to refund or reschedule, citing a “no refund within 24 hours” policy. However, this closure was clearly known to them in advance, meaning the tickets were sold under false pretenses. I was effectively charged for a service that could not be provided.

Super friendly service, easy to book, got the ticket, skipped the line like a charm, instead of waiting 2+ hours in the queue. Nice one.

I didn't like was that the reservation states that we need to be at the drop off point 30 min before departure. An hour and a half before departure the tickets were sent to me via WhatsApp and no one met us. You just skip the line. The price on the ticket also differs from the price I paid on Viator. Ripoff

Our ticket broker Tushar was fantastic!! He was in constant contact and even moved us up earlier in the day so we beat all the crowds and had a wonderful experience seeing the museum. Ample time in an uncrowned Sistine Chapel was incredible. Highly recommend!!

We had booked tickets for 3 PM we went there, Office to collect tickets The host was really helpful that accompanied us till entrance.

We were on time, but they helped us to bring in front of the museum as they promised , the man who helped us and show everything how to access and explain about all the procedure before we get in and it saves our time a lot.

The tour and all that came with it was great! However they (and all the other ppl selling skip the like tickets) are over selling that skipping the line is a huge deal. It’s really not. At least in February it isn’t. But the biggest thing I didn’t like was that the reservation states that we need to be at the drop off point 30min before departure. Just send the tickets upon purchase and then we can get there by the time we need to. There’s no reason for the reservation to say “wait and we will get you your tickets,” just send them upon purchase. The extra step is unnecessary, time consuming and makes you feel like you got duped by the “tour company” which all they are is a ticket broker with a better marketing plan than the next guy. Unless you are getting a guided tour skip the line is only purchasing a ticket in advance.

Terrible experience, I purchased the tour with a Spanish guide, but I was assigned one in French. I am waiting for the refund of my money.

Museum of beautiful room, we saw last month everything went well. I did not wait as I jumped the line but in the entrance waited 10 minutes for security.
