Alessandro is an amazing chef. Under his supervision, we prepared hand-made pasta (spaghetti and ravioli) and tiramisù. Aperitivo with local products and wine tasting is also one of the best part of this marvelous experience.

Sensational class with exceptional chef

This is my second time attending. The last was in 2025. Our experience exceed those first time by the amount of personal attention to detail that Chef Jacob and his team to preparing for each class. It is very thoughtful, planned and appeasing in the end sharing a meal after the lesson. I would recommend this to anyone who loves to cook, enjoy amazing homemade recipes and wants to learn Italian cooking. Bon appetite!

Such a fun time cooking under the guidance of Jacopo! It was a great learning experience that resulted in delicious food and an unforgettable memory. The kitchen assistant and photographer enhanced the class even more. I'm glad we took the time to do this in Rome!

Such a wonderful experience. Ian was our chef and teacher, and he made the class fun, informative, hands on, and exciting. I attended solo and loved the communal nature of the experience. You also leave with a recipe book, professional photos of your experience, and potentially a new friend! Highly recommend. The space is also very beautiful. It’s a fun way to experience Roman food not at a restaurant.

While waiting for our Colosseum tour, we were asked if we would be interested in a cooking class. There are 4 for us traveling together. We did have free time on Sunday and decided to do this. Such a great experience to cook fresh pasta and then be able to eat it. We had so much fun with Marco. He is very informative and really made this great. This is definitely a must do when in Rome.

I can’t make this up, it was the best pasta I had the entire time in Italy. Chef Alessandro is a master, he makes the class very fun and easy to follow along. This is a must do authentic experience.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. The cooking school is very tastefully done and clean and beautiful and the Chefs were first rate. We've done many cooking schools in many different countries and this is by far our favorite. We enjoyed wine and beer during the cooking class and the food we prepared was delicious. We all were gifted with a cookbook detailing the recipes we made along with many others.

Everything about this class was top notch. Jacopo was a fantastic chef and instructor. The kitchen was beautiful, modern, and very pleasant to be in, even with 10 people in the class. End result was some of the best food I’ve had in Italy.

I loved it, so much fun, unlimited wine, and the best tiramisu ever - so worth it!!! Also fun for a couple, I went with my husband for our anniversary !

The team was great. Easy and fun to follow. A sense of accomplishment with a dash of humbling humor, always fun. Even if you have no experience cooking, you’ll have a blast and learn some new things. The rest of the crowd was nice and welcoming. People from all over the world. The price is worth the experience. And the engagement was top tier. We lost track of time. Will definitely be doing this again for a different recipe!

An outstanding class and atmosphere. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. This whole experience was beyond our expectations and the food was delicious PLUS the best pasta we had while in Rome! They even took our polaroid, recipe book, and we earned a signed certificate. Incredibly grateful leaving this cooking school. GRAZIE!!!
