Easy enough to use the audio link provided, the benefit was skipping the line for sure. I would do it again just for that.

Itinerary
Step inside one of the most awe-inspiring monuments of Ancient Rome—the Pantheon, originally built as a temple to all the gods and now a functioning church. Marvel at the Dome • Gaze upward at the massive concrete dome, still the largest unreinforced dome in the world. • The central oculus (a circular opening in the ceiling) lets in natural light—and sometimes rain—creating a dramatic play of light inside the rotunda. Admire the Architecture • Walk through the grand portico with its towering Corinthian columns made of Egyptian granite. • Step onto the marble floor, largely original from the 2nd century AD, and notice the intricate geometric designs. Experience a Living Monument • Feel the sacred atmosphere in this church still used for Catholic Mass today, known officially as the Basilica of St. Mary and the Martyrs. • Take a moment to appreciate the blending of pagan and Christian history in one continuous space. *YOU NEED TO PUT ALL OF THE NAMES OF ALL OF THE TRAVELER’S!!!

It did make it easier to get into the Pantheon to have tickets in advance. Personally, I would have preferred an actual guided tour to just the audio, which my husband had difficulty finding on his phone.
Met the person with our tickets in the agreed location. Very friendly and informative, gave us our tickets, showed us how to use the app for the guided tour on our phones and sent us on our way!
It was a really good way to do it by yourself, but it was a little chaotic at first with getting the audio from the guide. Overall a very good experience.
It was very helpful to be met outside the Pantheon and have a Viator person help us get on the audio guide and then walk us to the front of a very long line.
We arrived earlier than our booked time but nonetheless, Riad, the tour person arranged a very quick entry that we wouldn’t have sorted out by ourselves. He took us to the front of the queue and we went straight in. The entire visit took about a hour and included the audio guide which is worth listening to. Using Viator costs a few euros more than buying the tickets directly but well worth it in our opinion.
The Pantheon: a historical bridge connecting the pagan classical world directly to the Christian Middle Ages.
The audio didn't work at all - and we weren't the only people who had issues! We spoke to the tour operators later that day and they denied all responsibility, of course, saying that the internet signal inside the Pantheon is unreliable. In addition, our ticket entry time of 9.45am only gave us 30 minutes (15 mins trying to re-download the audio link and re-log in, 15 mins of sightseeing) before there was an announcement advising that tourists must exit unless they are staying for the 10.30am Sunday mass. Luckily we had time to stay for the mass (1 hour) as our plans for the rest of the day were flexible. However, if we'd had other tours/tickets booked, there wouldn't have been enough time to view the Pantheon. Perhaps the tour operator should scrap the 9.45am tickets on a Sunday or they should advise tourists of the restricted time limit.
Easy meeting place, close to Pantheon. Directions were clear and simple. Would recommend to anyone looking to guide yourself
Our guide, Mihad, was amazing! The Pantheon: standing proudly in the Piazza della Rotonda, surrounded by vibrant local Roman street life.
Very easy software to open The Pantheon: the final resting place of Renaissance master Raphael and several former Italian kings.
They even called before because I had added my name twice on accident. It was super easy. Just bring your own headphones and they will get you through that line quickly.
Highlight of Rome – Smooth, Fast, and Unmissable!
It was a pleasure to engage with the company.
Everything was so smooth, and the team was very kind, helpful, and always available to answer any questions. Excellent service from start to finish!
Lovely tour of pantheon. Thanks pradip and the them. I suggest to all that can get the service. Good job
This was great - no lines at all and the audio guide was very informative! The person who set up the audio on our phones was also extremely helpful!
Tour company cancelled the tour because, as they claimed, the Pantheon was closed. We attempted to reschedule the tour but tour company was not responsive. We went to the Parthenon on the day/time of the tour. Not only was the Parthenon open, we received free access. Will now be requesting a refund.
Asked to arrive at 9.20 for 9.30 entry. Arrived at 9.05. Still waiting for representative to give us tickets an hour after arriving. Even if we had entered then we would have needed to leave because of mass. Terrible organisation - had to return at 12.30 so entire morning wasted. They were awful
I paid for audio tour and guide but I wasn’t told you had to listen o. Your phone several of us didn’t have phones with us and it was useless. For the extra money I paid for audio tour you could have given us the box and ear piece. All our tours we had a guide and audio box. So I think paying the extra money was a ridiculous and misleading.
Our guide Damiano was delightful. He led us at a good pace through Colosseum and Palatine Hill, answered all our questions took our pictures and at the end gave the best restaurant recommendations. Thank you Damiano!
It wasn't a bad experience. The meeting point instructions weren't explicit and a little confusing. But other than that it was good
Your employee dumped us at the correct line but we only got 1 audio for the 2 of us with no earpiece so we had to walk around with our ears sharing 1 phone ‘s speaker , which was annoying and bothered others. I thought 2 tickets with audio would mean 2 audio’s. Your representative dumped us and we had issues getting in. A stranger helped us
Yesterday we were notified that our morning tour of the Pantheon was canceled. We were given the option to get a refund or reschedule. We chose to reschedule. We met our guide at the appropriate location today and checked in. We were scheduled for 3:00. We arrived early and told the guide that our tour was for 3:00 and that we were early. The guide told us to follow him anyway and that it was ok and just took off and disappeared into the crowd. He did not have a flag for us to see over the crowds of people. We walk all the way back to the check in location and someone else says to follow them. This person gets us to the line and basically leaves us so we now have to figure out how to get through the ticket area on our own. We got up to the ticket person and the lady tells us we are not allowed to enter because we were scheduled for 3:00. It’s 2:50 and she had literally just made an announcement that only people scheduled from 2:00-3:00 were being allowed in. She told us we had to go to the end of the even longer line. No one from this company was around to help or to help translate a language barrier so once again we had to walk all the way back to the check in location. By this point, we were not happy. The guides tell us that we should of been let in and we were like well they wouldn’t and you left us. The guide walks us back to the Pantheon and then has us cut in line in front of everyone and says try now. Meanwhile the guide DID NOT stay with us in line and instead stood several feet away watching. That time we were finally admitted. We’ve had other Viator tours that were well organized and run but this one has us seriously rethinking your company in the future.
The Pantheon is my favorite stop in Roma. But I couldn’t get in on my last visit with new ticketing requirements, so I wanted to make sure I could this time. A little tricky to find the place to confirm my E-ticket (no thanks to Siri!) but once I did, the rest was smooth sailing. As always, a stunning place to visit. Would definitely rebook for future visits.
Never received tickets. No one with a white flag was there to meet us as described in the email. Never got in as venue closed. Paid $30.00 for tickets that you could buy on the spot for 10. Euros. The third party, Rome Holiday Tour & Luggage storage was a no show. This was a complete SCAM and we should be reimbursed the $30.00.
mihad was execllent and was at the location and very helpf we would recommmend this highly to others
It’s a Rick Steves self-guided tour you are paying to skip the line which on the day we were there we felt as well worth it
Directions to meeting point were confusing. It said in one are the meeting and ending point were the same and in another that it was somewhere else. The greeter was late and the flag was not too visible. we didn’t understand that the audio would be given at the meeting not before.
A great opportunity to visit an ancient building (one of the highlights of Rome) and one of the most unusual churches you're ever likely to visit. I did experience problems with the audio guide (because I didn't have WhatsApp) so was unable to receive it but that's probably not an issue for most people. Luckily I was able to rent an audio guide inside the Pantheon (at extra cost) so this resolved the problem and made my visit much more interesting.
Great value for the price. Easy to use app and you can take your time going through. And walk sound as many times as you want
Mihad, the guy responsible for organizing the entrance and the access to the audioguide, was really efficient and kind with everyone in the group, having given other tips of great historical churches near Pantheon.
Mihad was amazing! He showed up early, got in touch with us right away, told us where he was standing, and brought our tickets and an audio guide to put onto our phones. We skipped the line, got into the pantheon without issue, walked around with our video guide for a 25 minute, and learned a ton! Would recommend this to anyone looking for a quick trip to the pantheon.
It’s an excellent (but expensive) experience and worth it if you want to avoid long lines and cannot get tickets ahead on your own. The audio is from Rick Steves.
The meeting place should be relocated to the square in front of the pantheon, not off the beaten path. Once I found our guide he was very pleasant and accommodating. We got guided right to the entrance and were then on our own with recorded audio tour. The recorded tour was great because my elderly parents were free to sit instead of follow a live tour guide.
The staff went above the requirements to accommodate us after we experienced delays. They were patient. And helpful.
Easy to get in, avoided the lines. Everything was smooth. The directions were clear. Worth the time we saved. Recommend.
Make sure you confirm all details and keep checking for any communication, as there were multiple points of communication (sometimes email, sometimes WhatsApp, text, call) and make sure to leave plenty of time to find the meeting place and person. We had trouble finding it, couldn't locate our guide (they said look for white flag, which we never saw), then were late so couldn't get in and didn't get even get to see the Pantheon or used the tickets we paid for.
Everything went smoothly! The staff were so helpful and we skipped the line just in few minutes! Had to wait only for the security check. The audio guide was so easy to use too the only thing is my husband did not bring his earphones so had to share with him!
Maria Luisa was our guide and was awesomely knowledgeable, wish we had signed up with a longer tour with her. The time with her went by too quickly.
Easy to purchase. Met the guide, got our audio which we scanned from a QR code and listened on our phone so it was good I had a headset in my bag and my partner and I shared an ear each. Saved cueing up as we skipped the line.
Having an Audio Guide was appealing to us as well as skip the line tickets. However, we were very disappointed. 1. We had difficulty finding the representative. We were looking for a shop. I finally spotted a young man sitting in the plaza with smsll Viator/Get Your Guide sign propped on his shoulder. Whew! 2. Please kniow your audio guide is simply a program added to your smart phone. Be sure to bring your own headphones otherwise you’ll be holding your phone to the ear the entire Pantheon visit. 3. Check the audio on your phone before arriving at the Pantheon. Aming ghe teo if us, the program worked properly on one phone but not the other. Very disappointing; wasted money. We happened to pass the representative after our visit to the Pantheon and demonstrated that the program on one of our phones did not work. Like us, ge and his assistant could not make it work, and had no explanation. They only courteously apologized.
Does what it says on the tin and well worth it as the ticket queue at the pantheon is huge. Easy process to meet the tour guide near the Pantheon. They escort you (with your tickets) to the much shorter queue to show tickets and ID at the entrance and you are in. Also comes with an audio guide which is a link you can access on your mobile so worth bringing your own earphones if you want to use this.
Everything was smooth. The staff were so friendly! We skipped the line so fast and had the best time at Pantheon ! We recommend this to everyone who wants to save time!
Easy to meet and great communication with tour company. However they take you to the Patheon and leave you. We did not get any audio guide and the ticket taker inside said we were probably scammed into paying more the the 5€ it costs to enter. Outside of that, amazing place to see. Glad we went even with the disappointment of the tour company.
The team leader was difficult to find outside the Pantheon. A leader from another vendor found him for us. The audio connection did not work properly, kept skipping and rewinding to the beginning. We finally shut it off and read the signs on our own.
The audio experience was perfect for us. The best part was being able to skip the line and go at our own pace.
This was a nice easy way to see the Pantheon. We sat down and listened to the audio while looking around. Glad we didn’t do the guided tour.
Fast and easy no line, booked at 5:45pm they guide was there at 6pm ready to start . Gave us the phine RQ code and we went on our was. Saved us about 2hr of wait time
The audio guide was the Rick Steves audio guide we already had on our phones for free. Not worth the price. Disappointing since We had other tours through Viator that were super. I’d love my money back.
