Rome Panoramic Tour By Classic Cabriolet

We had the pleasure of having Barbara as our guide. She was very friendly, informative, and had the best energy. We saw everything there is to see in Rome, and beautiful pictures to commemorate the experience. Highly recommend this tour for whoever is around for a day or two and is interested in seeing it all without being boots in the ground.

We were looking for a unique experience enabling us to explore parts of Rome that could not be reached by walking. We were attracted to travelling in a convertible to enjoy the beautiful summer evening weather. We were also attracted to the stylishness of the car, and its historic value as an Italian Fiat about 60 years old. We were hosted by Barabara who was extremely fun, gracious and a wonderful driver. We had beautiful views from a hill top, experienced some time in a more quiet and scenic part of Rome, and visited a variety of historical points of interest we didn't even know about before. The car itself was in perfect condition. Wherever we went people showed great curiousity and pleasure about it which enhanced our experirence. Everything was perfect except that the trip had to finally end!

The trip was truly amazing. I arranged this as part of our honeymoon and it was a very real and authentic way to see parts of Rome. Our driver Pietro was not only a phenomenal driver, he had great stories and made Rome feel very accessible. The tour was tailored to what we wanted to see and they were very flexible and accommodating. Pietro also provided lots of local recommendations to restaurants and bars to visit making the rest of our stay in Rome magical. I would highly recommend booking!

This tour was the highlight of our mother/daughter week in Italy. Our driver (Christian) was AMAZING!! And took us all around Rome, highlighting places that we had not visited yet. His knowledge of the area and history were impressive and very helpful for our understanding of what we were seeing on our tour. The car was so special! I would encourage others to take advantage of this special way to see Rome!

What a day!!! There is NO better way to see Rome than this. Our guide Gabriele was awesome. He showed us all around town and we were getting thumbs up from people all day because of the beautiful car. I felt like we were back in 1960s Rome. What a great, relaxing, fulfilling day. Would do again tomorrow if we were still in town.

The most wonderful tour for my partners birthday. Gabriel even gave him a lovely card and flowers as a gift and we stopped off at a bar for a drink which we were able to take in the car whilst exploring.

My teenage daughter and I very highly recommend Christian's Rome on the Road vintage convertible tour for any trip to Rome. Our evening tour was fun, very informative, felt personalized and unique, and an easy experience that had so much value. We absolutely loved all the sights he took us to see. Christian is professional, witty and interesting. It was actually the highlight of our trip to Italy.

Fabulous relaxed way to sightsee like a movie star in this head turning car! Christian our guide and chauffeur was an excellent driver and looked after us impeccably.

Fabulous trip from start to finish. Christian was very good at keeping in touch prior to the tour with updates and arranging convenient pick up points. The car is a show stopper and we felt like movie stars as we were chauffeured around some some extremely photogenic areas of Rome with our very informative covering history, architecture and current affairs. He also takes fab photos! We would recommend this trip to first timers or, like ourselves, for returners wanting to see Rome in a very relaxed way.

Chris was fantastic at creating a custom itenary for our tour and he was very professional The driver Paolo was great, he ensured he custom made our day to be very memorable and kept an eye on the traffic in Rome, to ensure we got the most out of out trip. The car was fabulous and it definitely turned heads! Overall a really spectacular day and I would highly recommend!

This was a great tour! We were able to drive to each of the 7 ancient Roman hills and see marvelous views. We would not have been able to cover so much ground without the car tour. Our tour guides, Christian and Elisabet, were so genuine and friendly. They provided us with a lot of information about Rome. The vintage cars were very cool. Convertibles. Many people stopped to talk to us because of the cars.

I had the BEST time with Chris. He is so knowledgeable of Rome and it's history. I had studied abroad in Rome, so was looking to see places that we're not your typical Roman gems. This tour did not disappoint! Saw tons of places I had never been before, some true hidden gems. He had such wonderful energy and had no shortage of recommendations of things to do and where to go. I could have spent the whole evening just driving around and chatting with him around Rome! Will recommend this to anyone I know traveling to Rome and hope to do again when my travels take me back there. Thank you, Chris!

Great way to get a glimpse of some of Rome’s most iconic buildings and areas and some secret areas that are filled with amazing views that you probably won’t discover on your own. Our guide Gabriel was great as he explained the history behind each building giving us information that made our tour better than an audio headset.

The day we arrived in Rome, we took the panoramic tour with Chris and his colleague in their fabulous vintage cars. It was a great way to see all the sights and the kids loved driving around in the 'green' car, taking selfies and watching passers by give them a double take. Chris was very knowledgeable, speaks incredibly good English, and gave us lots of tips on restaurants/ice cream places. Altogether a great experience. Thoroughly worth the money.

We had the best morning! Christian knew so much about his city and we loved hearing about it- he is also an excellent driver in the crazy Rome traffic! We went to some spots we'd never have thought to go and finished up our morning with gorgeous sandwiches and a little beer from a great market. I especially want to highlight that Christian was amazing with our additional requirements - my mum had hurt her leg so wasn't able to walk very far or be very flexible in the car and Christian really went out of his way to make sure the morning was suitable for us and that the places we stopped were not going to be too far for her to walk - we are very grateful!! (As a side note - the front seat is very roomy on leg room and accessible for someone with mobility issues, the back seat is a little more of a squeeze but very comfortable!) Lastly I would highly reccomend a morning driving around in this beautiful car if you've ever wanted to feel a little bit famous - EVERYONE (little kids, grumpy old men, sassy cool women) does a little double take at the car and you'll get a lot of waves ! Essentially I would highly reccomend - its very worth the money and you won't regret it :))))

We enjoyed a marvelous roadtrip in Roma in a fantastic convertible vintage car. The driver and the guide were smart and very nice with our 6 y/o boy and took his wishes into account. Great memories.

This was the best thing we did in Rome! We went in September 2022, had a great driver and always felt safe. She drove us through many parts of Rome we had never seen to as well as past many of the top monuments, down little streets and larger ones so we got a real taste of Roman driving. We ended up watching the sunset over Rome from a view point which was absolutely amazing. The car is tiny and there were two of us - so I sat sideways in the back seat which gave me an entirely different view of the road and thoroughly enjoyed it. I would highly recommend this tour!

We had the best trip in the stunning vintage green open top car around Rome, driven by Chris, it was the only way to see the sights! We were picked up near our hotel, and we were driven in style through the beautiful sights! The car hit a lot of attention and rightfully so, it was totally class. We saw everything we wanted to and finished off having a glass of wine overlooking the Colosseum. Rome is beautiful and deserves to be seen in a classy way, this is the best tour you can go on. Highly recommend and thanks again to Chris for making our trip to Rome so memorable.
