It was very difficult to find the meeting location. There were no visible signs directing us and did not find anyone willing to guide us.

It was a scam had one with Viator last year as well but they let us through today went to 5 buses their was no bus company on the ticket nor the one in the wallet we had to pay again so very very poor there were 4 of us s and I had to pay as they had already paid me Eileen Pitcher
Make sure you get a QR code and not a bar code. And make sure the ticket has the bus line on it. My day was totally ruined by not being able to see the city as I wanted to being it was my first time in Rome.
Stops are hard to find when trying to get back in the bus. I wish there were more stops . Bus was comfortable
Our tickets were not acknowledged by the tour staff but fortunately they were accommodating since we had our luggage in tow. The buses were hot and did not have a place to store any items so we couldn't ride on top.
Do not purchase this tour- this voucher is a scam. I bought two tickets and the bus operator told me they were not valid and could not be used. I tried to get a refund from Viator and my request was denied it. Viator said I needed to prove that the bus operator wouldn't use my ticket.
Great way to visit Rome and see all the sites. The buses were plenty full and the audio narration great.
A bus station was not where all other sightseeing busses are. We had to walk around the entire Train station Termini to find it and then bus guide took us another kilometer to get a bus on another place. The whole experience with only 8 stops was not worth the price
Great way to see the city of milano. Buses are punctual and comfortable. The personal are helpful . Definitely would do it again.
Enjoyed seeing the sites that I saw. Would have enjoyed knowing where the sites were in relation to the bus stops. I was under the impression that the bus would take us to the sites and not the bus route that all buses use. Just because someone says they speak English does not mean that their English is understood.
Used this bus tour to familiarise ourselves with Rome on our first day there.The commentary was very useful and gave us lots of information.It was the green bus we used as I think it was more frequent.
The information on the Audio was interesting but related to what we saw on the trip The limited time we had available meant we had an overview of the important Rome locations
Nice way to see the city. Be sure to bring your own ear plugs with a long cable. Also, be sure to bring your own portable phone charger
This was good trip. Time between buses was a little long. The narration en route was quite helpful. Could do similar with public transit for less $$ and shorter waits.
Rome is a beautiful old city of important historical value and the Hop-on-Hop-off buses are doing their best to give their travelers a good and informative ride around the city, but this is impossible due to the heavy traffic. Hop-on-Hop-off is not a good value for the money. We had two stops in 1.5 hours and by the time we were able to walk to the Fontana di Trevi and back to the bus station and wait for the bus, it was time to go back home. If you stay on the bus constantly, you'll be able to make a whole tour of the city, even changing from green to red buses, but you will not be able to get off too many times. Using the Metro and public transportation is cheaper and faster for visiting certain points.
This was the worst tour of my entire life. First they would not let us in the bud saying our via tour tickets were not valid. Then finally after an hour and showing them the green bus instructions again they agreed to hand print a receipt and allow us to board. The girls and driver sat in front of a small a/c unit and we had no a/c. The temp in the bus registered 98 F on my phone. Until it shut off from over heating. The recorded tour sounded like a man with a very strong Italian accent whispering while other voices in the background overwhelmed his speech. That is if you could hear it at all! Many of the speaker ports were broken! I understood three things he said and we stayed on for a full ride around. They should have payed me to endure this torture!

This was terrible! Do not do this, save your money. You stand in line with pan handlers that won’t leave you alone. The people there try to sell you tickets and say yours are no good. You get on the “air conditioned” bus has no air conditioning. The tour is headphones that crackle and only work for two minutes at a time and then you have to reset them. Go up above and you bake in the sun rather than steam underneath.
Other than some confusion on which bus to take and the bus being initially full I still give it 5 stars because it was a great and informative way to see the highlights of Rome.
We booked big bus online. Firstly we never received the discount for online booking. Secondly, we were told by the guys in the information where to stand. It never stopped there - we had to walk to another location. They told us another 10 minutes -it took 30 minutes. 35 people were waiting in line in front of us. The buses were advertised at 8 to 10 minutes . Each Big Bus took 20 minutes to arrive . In the end, we just gave up and took taxis. Don't waste your money unless you have terrific patience to wait around! All the bus companies are playing the game. I cannot recommend any of them. I am not one to write bad reviews, but hop in and off today in Rome was a total waste of time.
Tree branch took my hat off. Good views from the bus. Ticket seller saw man pinch my phone and stopped him, made him give it back.

It was the first Sunday of the month and all Museums/ history sites were free. Significant tourist and local attending. Vatican entry wait was 3 hours , 2 hrs if with group. We had no idea!

No indication on the ticket on which hop on bus I was supposed to take, the driver/ broker there was trying to swindle money out of me. First they said this was no good ticket for their bus and then asked me to go else where to find the right bus. After two hours of roaming in 100 degrees temperatures, I can back to the same driver / broker, then he was giving me some lame excuse. I wasted two hours of my super valuable time just running between busses to find out which is the right one. I request you to refund my money back. Thank you Kishorebabu Madoori
Too busy, buses not very frequent, Not accessible to nain attractions, sat in traffic majority of the time, better off walking if you're able to.
We have bought 24 hours trip but I’m very sorry to say it’s not worth. It’s starting late at 9 am then finish early already 18:30 afternoon. We just use one run then we could find the stoop. It’s enough buy the ticket for 5 hours.
It sounds ideal to hop on and off but in reality because so many people around your reliant on them getting off to get in! So actually much time wasted queuing and probably not worth it unless you get in and stay in for the whole trip in a seat you like with headphones that work!
First we walked half of Rome looking for the pick up points. Far and few between. At one point on the journey we were running after green line buses. When we finally got on the bus the driver drove so fast past the points of interest that I got awful pictures. Not a good review today.

It was a quick and convenient online ordering. Hop on and Hop off Bus was great. They had nice staff on the bus. After purchase they contact you via whatsapp and offers you other options such as Vatican Visits or Colosseum tour I unfortunately didn’t buy with them, because I already had tickets. But if I go back to Rome (which I definitely will do near future) I will get in touch with them again. Therefore, I highly recommend them.
Since Rome is very crowded with tourists, it is impossible to get a seat at some bus stops of the Hopp on Off buses once you have gotten off. We were on the Greenline bus (incl. orange and blue) and therefore stayed for a lap when we once had a seat. The audio guide is often difficult to understand when sitting upstairs, as the traffic noise is high and there are always announcements about the next stops.
Bread Company is everything more! The place opened as a bakery for local bread and pizza and then specialized in sales as a small grocery store. Here's what you can find: at breakfast time you can enjoy really high-quality baked goods, from wholemeal croissants filled with (real!) honey to French croissants, it's possible that their marbled donut will already be finished before 9 and you'll have to going crazy to choose between Danishes, raisin rolls and chocolate, jam or cream croissants. You can sip what you like best: they have soy milk, a vast choice of teas and herbal teas and for those who love the American atmosphere they can access the room where the American breakfast is set up with eggs cooked to your liking, bacon and sweet and savory molds... And we're only at breakfast!! While you are gorging on the bread and pizza, the bread and pizza are already ready and you will already see the line of women, mothers and grandmothers buying the necessary snacks. At the bread counter you will find a wide choice of types of bread and pizza, the Genoese focaccia with olives is addictive!! And for tea time you will have to take home or enjoy the simple cat's tongues there, with raisins or chocolate chips! Next door you will find the deli counter with cold cuts, cheeses and ready-made cooked dishes. Here at lunch time there is panic because you can sit down to have lunch both inside and outside! At aperitif time you can choose from many wines and cocktails and you will be served pizza and bread, giant olives or you can ask for a platter of cold cuts and cheeses! I also tried the pastry shop! I personally have a weakness for their fruit cake, a pastry with custard covered in berries or just strawberries! And I think that in Rome no one makes it as delicious as them!!! In short, while I was writing I had a glycemic spike! I'll be back and I'll be back!!! Five super deserved stars There is no competition with the new RICCI restaurant hanging open 60 meters away from the Compagnia del Pane.

Un pullman non confortevole soprattutto nella stagione calda perché sotto senza condizionatore e non si vede bene la parte esterna e sopra ho trovato un pullman con tettuccio senza copertura contro il sole, quindi sedili infuocati e caldo troppo caldo. Sconsigliato
