Rome In A Day Cannondale E-bike Tour With Typical Italian Lunch

The e-bikes were perfect. I could easily cycle for exercise or effortlessly transfer to assist. I love to tour this way! See so much without having to plan. There's talk but not a lecture. Lunch was better than I could pick myself and was authentic. The guide, Zaca, was a pleasure and obviously enjoys his job. Wish I had this experience in every city I visit!

Our tour was amazing! Rik took us through the city and was wonderful. We were fortunate to basically have a private tour for the four of us as no one else was signed up for the tour. I would highly recommend this actitvity to anyone considering booking it!

Awesome way to discover Rome! Our guide Ximena was excellent - super knowledgeable, friendly and easy to follow on bikes. We learned a lot from her about the city history and landmarks and she made it lots of fun. She was very good about stopping in quiet areas to explain the history/monument and would then watch over the bikes while we would see the sightings. Rome is a busy city and I was afraid this bike tour might be challenging, but it was super smooth! Highly recommend if you are looking for a fun active way to discover the city and its neighborhoods!

This tour was awesome. We saw everything there is to see in Rome, so didn't feel like we missed anything... if there was something we wanted to see in more detail, then now we knew about it and could schedule a more detailed tour later. The pace was easy and our guide was very knowledgeable. The lunch was fabulous, as well! Really glad we did this tour and have recommended it to many others.

Stop scrolling & just book this trip. It was worth every penny. The itinerary was perfect for our first day in Rome. We visited places we never would have had time to see on foot. The bikes were really nice. Brita was so kind, knowledgeable & full of fun facts about Rome. The facility had really clean restrooms, which are hard to come by in Rome. 10/10 would do this tour again.

Great way to get an introduction to the city and learn a lot of history! So much better than walking or the Hopon Hopoff bus style city tour. Meghan was friendly, down to earth, full of knowledge and passionate about the city and country. She was a great guide and host and managing to navigate through the crowds and traffic without incident was very impressive! Bikes were very high quality and everything very organized and professional. Great lunch stop. Would recommend this to anyone even if you are not someone who gets on a bike very often.

7 hour tour @ 20 km distance many stops to see the sites. Lunch was good, nice place shaded off the street behind a small park. Tour guide was Youp, studying history so we got the dirt on everything. Would recommend, will take another tour next time in city. Bike was good, comfortable and easy to use.

This was THE best tour of all the things we did in Rome. We saw parts of the city we never knew were there. Worried about E-bikes? They are super easy!! This was our first experience and our groups had people of all ages. You don’t have to be in shape or accustomed to bike riding to enjoy this tour. If you can balance on a bike, this tour is for you. Highly recommend!!

E-bike tour with Monica was a fantastic 4 hour tour visiting many famous sites and parks around Rome. Monica was very knowledgeable about Roman History. She was very considerate as well given the e-bikes were new to us and the surfaces around the tour were challenging at times. We highly recommend this tour with Monica but make sure you are comfortable on a bike.

Top Bike reached out ahead of time to reschedule us to a half day tour as they didn't have enough for the full day tour. They gave us plenty of notice and a choice of half day alternatives (with a refund of the difference or the option to cancel) We did the half day sights of Rome tour with Fabio. We had a great experience. Bikes were top-notch, and the guide was outstanding. The tour was very informative with lots of depth and detail at every stop. The tour was also really fun, zipping through alleys and parks. Fabio paid lots of attention to the group safety on the bikes, plus shares his passion and love for the history of Rome.

Rik was amazing! We had a great time on the E-bikes! It was the perfect way to see a lot of Rome in a short amount of time. Rik was very informative and knowledgeable on topics that helped us get a better understanding of the history. Could not recommend this tour more. I would warn you should be decently fit and comfortable riding around some of the busier streets on the e-bike but our guide did great at helping us navigate when necessary!

Truly one of the highlights of our trip to Rome! It was wonderful to see so many historical sites in one day via bike. We were able to explore and see so much of the city on our full day tour. Lunch was amazing and our guides (Zak and Megan) were absolutely fantastic! I would highly recommend choosing this tour at the beginning of our trip so you can get a great layout of the city and all the sites! You won’t regret this experience!!! Our 2 kids loved the entire day and the e-bikes were perfect!

One of the best tours I’ve ever done anywhere, period. Such an amazing experience cycling on the appian way, nothing short of incredible! Passing by the aqueducts was amazing. E-bikes are great/ easy. This is “one of those” tours not to miss! Stefano was so kind and knowledgeable. What a great day

This bike tour was simply the best! Our guide was Carmen, our guide, I would highly recommend. The tour was seven hours long covering about 20 km with Many stops for photo opportunities. Carmen was very educational! And we had a delicious lunch at the halfway point. the bikes were in perfect condition and they’re simply no better way to see all of Rome!

We had a wonderful day with Arina. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. She worked with our large group (10) that included some teens. The lunch was very good as well. We highly recommend seeing the city this way - I loved the little back roads/paths that we took to avoid some of the congestion.

The tour was excellent! The whole team were lovely, responding to WhatsApp messages beforehand,e bikes v well maintained and premises v well organised. The biggest positive was our guide Rik, he was just brilliant. Very knowledgable, humorous, and calm, he kept us safe through the busy areas. My husband and I booked this tour a couple days before we visited Rome. I'm so glad we did! It was our luck that we ended up being the only people who booked, so it essentially was a private tour. Our guide Caterina was excellent! She was very knowledgeable, pleasant, and great company for a full day tour. The e-bikes were easy to use and made it easy to go uphill with a simple push of a button. You do have to pedal, so there is still some physical activity involved, but it was not too challenging at all. It's much easier than riding a regular bike. It was amazing how much ground we covered, and it was a gorgeous day, too! We have a ton of great photos and memories of amazing sites all over Rome. This was by far the most fun we had on a tour during our 9 days in Italy!

Katerina was an exceptional guide who brought the ancient city of Rome to life. We had a delicious lunch in a quiet square, the 7 hours past very quickly as we covered about 30km. We enjoyed views from the highest point of Rome as well as seeing the Vatican, Trevi Fountain, Colloseum, Pantheon and many more sites. I would highly recommend- the bikes were in excellent condition with comfortable seats and very easy to use. A great way to see Rome. Although an expensive trip it was worth every penny. Would not hesitate to recommend.

This was one of the best tours we’ve ever done. It was an excellent way to view the city and stop at the major milestones as well as some hidden gems. My family and I (two college students, my husband and I and my 80 year old father in law) absolutely loved it! Our hide, Arina, was excellent. I would do this tour again if we came back to Rome. I took a 7 hour E-bike tour with a small group of 6 people yesterday. Our guide Rik was extremely helpful, cheerful, patient and attentive. He took us to many historical sites and gave us detailed information about them. We passed main roads and beautiful narrow streets that normal tourists would not have the chance to experience. We climbed three hills to view the city of Rome from different directions. The E-bike made the climb effortless. It is summer time and pretty hot during the noon hours. But Rik and the E-bike made this trip the best city trip I have ever joined. Highly recommend.

What a wonderful way to see Rome. Upe was a knowledgeable guide with a great passion for his work. And the lunch was excellent. They obviously stick with small groups, so everyone can see and hear. I’m currently having difficulties walking any great distance, but the E bike was the perfect solution. I highly recommend this experience!

We’ve been to Rome before and did the usual sites. This time I wanted something that gave us the chance to see more of all of Rome an this got the thumbs up from two teenagers of the most fun thing they did since we got to Italy. And I agree, the chance to explore the hills surrounding Rome, to see why it developed the way it did and the ruins from so many locations was phenomenal. Valerio was a great guide and we had a wonderful day easily climbing to spots to look across the city and having a delicious meal in the in the middle. I am so glad we had the chance to see Rome from this angle and now our kids know what they want to visit more in depth when they come back.

Amazing! Seen in one day what we could not imagine. Our guide Kraas( dutch guy, sorry we are bad with names) was very enthusiastic and had loooooads of informations.wish you to keep the good work!!! All was pleasent, the speed was also calm and relaxing. Lunch we expected to get pizza on hands, but actually lunch is starter plus main meal in amazing restaurant(very tasty). The Rome in a Day tour with Valerio is tied with the Prati food tour as our absolute best experience in Rome. I am so glad I thought to search for bike tours of Rome because I would have hated to have missed this experience. A bike tour really is the best way to see the city. Valerio took us to so many places we never would have seen on our own or on a walking tour. I have urged everyone I know either planning or dreaming about a trip to Rome to book this tour. If you're concerned about the length or duration of the ride, the company provides e-bikes. I ride quite often, but I had never ridden an e-bike prior to the tour. It is definitely a game changer. You can set the bike so it essentially propels itself, with little effort needed by the rider. So don't be intimidated by the idea of a full day ride. Instead embrace the opportunity to see the city in this truly unique fashion.

My family (including a 12 and 14 year old) loved this tour so much. The kids LOVED the e-bikes and I did as well…riding was so easy. All 17 miles. You cover so much ground and have a wonderful overview of the entire historic area (along with all the history). This is a great way to start your trip so you can decide where you want to explore later. I would highly recommend this all day tour! Valerio was such a great guide with so much knowledge and patience. Thank you!! We hope to do another tour in the future!

This was a fantastic experience. I recommend seeing Rome this way! The e bike made this possible for my fitness level and it was so fun! We met nice people as we spend the day seeing the sights and being guided by our excellent leader Joop. We learned a lot! I felt safe and looked after also going through the town with traffic and such, Joop was a good leader. The lunch they took us too was top notch and delicious. A little rain did not stop us and we thoroughly enjoyed this experience. So very glad we tried this for the first time.
