Tiziano, Sherry and Gunhunzan were awesome. Tiziano shared history of foods at each stop and other interesting information of Trastevere area. Food at each stop was delicious. I highly recommend this food tour especially with Tiziano.

The food tour was excellent. The tour guide was very passionate about the tour. One thing I am impressed is that the tour guide came from Iran and I did not know she was Italian. She was so passionate and took her time during the tour.

This was a wonderful introduction to the Monti neighborhood! We ate, drank, laughed and met people from all over the world. It was a beautiful evening and I would happily recommend this tour.

Darina was excellent. Very personable and made the whole experience come to together. Started with a drink, then a pizza, then pasta, and finished with the best gelato at Flor. She even showed us a beautiful church that was amazing and finished at a spot where you could see the Colosseum at night. Recommend highly.

My husband and I were looking for a local experience featuring delicious, authentic pasta and gelato, and Darina took us to an amazing local spot that did not disappoint. Afterward, we visited a beautiful historic church, which was such an incredible and touching experience. Darina made our time in Rome even more memorable, and we truly enjoyed every moment. Dela was wonderful. She knew so much about the local cuisine, took us to several really nice places, and the food was great. (Esp. the pizza!) She was also incredibly friendly and personable. There was a slight misunderstanding about the meeting point (because it was booked as an add on to another tour) but she stayed and met us and we had a fantastic time! Definitely recommend!

I ended up being the only person who showed up for the food tour, but my tour guide was so inclusive and helpful that I didn’t even notice. The entire visit was a great learning experience that helped me understand the real culture that the city has to offer.

Taste of Italy was a great way to taste all the popular foods around Italy. Dela was absolutely amazing! She was very knowledgeable and super friendly.

We had a wonderful time on our tour with Ruchika. We book local food tours on our first night in new cities and this one did not disappoint. My 22 year old twins (hard to please or hold their attention) and I appreciated Ruchika’s knowledge and warmth. We sampled great local food and felt like we were chatting with a longtime friend. At 2 hours the tour was just the right length. Don’t hesitate to book this one if you are interested in the local Monti food.

We booked the colosseum & food tour and it was amazing - the guide for the colosseum was ric and he was brilliant and then we had rochika for our food tour and she was great, gave us lots of good recommendations for places and she was lovely. There was LOADS of food so great value for money

We went on a street food tour in Monti with Emily and it was a fantastic experience. Amazing food and wine and Emily was super fun, friendly and really knowledgeable about the local food scene and she also had lots of interesting information on the history of Roman & Italian food and wine. Would recommend this tour with Emily, an enjoyable & fun evening.

Enjoyable food tour experience, starting with a delicious aperitivo. The guide was so friendly, and professional. All locations were close to each other and well organized. This was the first thing we did after landing in Rome and it was the perfect start to our visit. Lisa is a great host and does a wonderful job of not only showing you where to go but also the history behind it. I couldn't recommend this experience enough especially if you will be in the Monti area!

Our guide Lisa was very knowledgeable on Italian food. It was obvious she had a real love of Italian food. She also gave us great tips for travelling in Italy.

We did the Monti Street food tour whilst in Rome and I can’t recommend it highly enough. I was a great way to see the neighbourhood find some great places to eat. Lisa our tour guide was lovely, the food stops were fantastic and Lisa knowledge of the area was great. She really made the experience for us. We visited a restaurant for pasta, a deli type place where we were given a plate of nibbles (salamis, cheeses, olives, crackers etc) to try, a street food restaurant for some suppli (rice balls) and the kids were given some pizza to try aswell then we finished with some amazing gelato. I had worried that the kids (12 &14yrs) would eat anything but they along with us loved everything. We even went back to all the places throughout the rest of our stay in Rome.

Lisa was brilliant and had plenty of knowledge and kept us entertained throughout the food and drink was lovely and we left feeling full. Would definitely recommend as we would not have seen all the beautiful side streets and food places otherwise!!

This was such a great way to start our trip to Rome. Having Lisa show us and our three teenage boys around was like visiting with an old friend. Her knowledge of the area and the food itself made us more brave and interested in trying new things for the duration of our trip.

My husband and I take food tours everywhere we go and this had to have been the best so far. We had so much fun with our guide, Lisa. She gave us great suggestions on things to do and places to go, not to mention the actual food tour itself! We left full of great food and felt like we knew so much more about the Monti area in Rome.

Lisa was a fantastic host. I couldn’t recommend this tour more! She was excellent in showing us all the food stops, but also giving us some invaluable information about being in Rome along the way. The description promised “lunch and dinner”; in actuality, the experience lasted 2 and 1/2 hours, with 4 stops: a Calabrian grocery (while we are n Rome), a suppli/steet food shop, a trattoria, and a gelateria. At the trattoria we requested to sit outside (quintessenttial Roman activity) but we’re denied. The wines served during the tour were bad table wines. In total the food and drinks could not have cost more than 20 euros. While the tour guide, Lisa, was friendly and jovial, the tour is a rip off.

Lisa (an American transplant who has lived here for about 10 years) was an absolute delight and full of information! We learned not only about local foods but also customs, sayings, traditions. Would highly recommend!
