We had a lovely wine tasting with great wines and fun interaction with the guide! The foods were also a great match with the wines. And we brought home a nice bottle of wine! :)

This was one of the highlights of our trip to Rome. The wine selection was impressive, with each bottle carefully chosen to represent different Italian traditions and styles. The pairings were beautifully balanced, and you could tell a lot of thought went into the menu.   The food was exceptional — rich flavors, excellent ingredients, and perfect portions. The service made the experience even better. Ginevra was attentive, knowledgeable, and incredibly professional while still being warm and approachable. She answered all our questions and made the evening flow effortlessly.   If you’re looking for a genuine Italian wine and food experience with top-level service, this is it.

Honestly booked this on a whim and it surprised us. The old Roman cistern is really cool, pairings made sense, and the mix of cheeses, meats, and wine felt very authentic overall.

We had a romantic evening! This experience exceeded our expectation! Our host was superb! Both her wine and cheese selections were fantastic!! She took the time to explain the pairing, the wine and cheese and give good information about the different regions they came from! She even suggested a digestif at the end to close the experience!! We didn’t even need to go for dinner after that! Would do it again!

This was a really excellent experience which was great value for money. The food was beautifully prepared from across all regions of Italy as was the wine. The host was knowledgeable and had a great sense of humour. I wouldn’t hesitate to return.

ended up being only me there, which i was not expecting, but was great! the lady there was wonderful! she did a great job explaining everything and was a pleasure to spend the hour with! the food and wine was very good! it was nice to try so many fresh things from across italy! great option for tasting, especially if you only have an hour!!

Booked this last minute and we were not disappointed. As it turned out we were the only 2 there and Ginevra really looked after us. She took time to explain all the wines that we tasted and the food pairing it was best to go with. As a host she was excellent as were the wines and food snacks we tasted. If you enjoy wine, then you really should visit this superb little wine cellar.

We had an amazing experience with this authentic wine tasting and food pairing. The architecture and design of the wine cellar was spectacular. We walked down the stairs to a table that was artistically set with cheese and olives and breads from different regions around Italy which our hostess educated us about. We enjoyed the wine and food pairing and were satisfied with the experience but… there was more! We were surprised when our hostess arrived with another charcuterie board of Italian meats and it didn’t end there . A sweet “surprise”and a traditional Italian digestif was still to come. The whole experience made us feel like we were special guests in her home. Thanks from the Minnesota Women!

This is a “must do” on your trip to Rome! The experience took us to a part of Rome where lots of restaurants and nightlife are-Trastevere. Our host was wonderful and so lovely. She had a great passion for wine and food and explained everything to us about the many foods we ate-and it was a lot! We recommend not eating before you go! There is so much to sample and something for everyone. Breads, cheese, olives, vegetables, meats and so much more! The wines were delicious and again our host explained them all to us and we had a fun time guessing the notes with her! The tasting ended with a delicious dessert and we couldn’t have enjoyed this afternoon more. Fabullus wine cellar was amazing and highly encourage all to go and do this tasting!

Highly refined and elegant place, unique for the cozy and intimate atmosphere typical of the 30s. I had a finely curated tasting with friends featuring fine and selected wines. A food and wine journey that crossed different Italian regions. The sommelier was knowledgeable and very thorough in his presentation and explanation. The owner was kind, friendly, and very attentive to details. A place truly recommended for those who love to pamper their taste buds and make a good impression. 10 out of 10 and... Highly recommended experience in the heart of Trastevere. Tasting of excellent wines paired with quality food in a Roman cistern made very suggestive by the details but above all by the welcome of the fantastic Geneva, which accompanied us on this sensory journey with much competence, passion and a lot of sympathy.

To our surprise we (my husband and I) were the only guests at the tasting. That made the experience extra special and personal. We enjoyed so much all the good food and the matching wines. But especially from the explanation and extensive knowledge of the friendly host. I'd like to give ten stars if I could.

This experience exceeded all my expectations in every way, from the attention, the quality and taste of the products, the presentation and detail of each food, and also the atmosphere and place. Ginevra explains exactly what you’re tasting, while telling you a little story of each product. I would repeat it a thousand times more, with friends and family, but I will always be careful with the gorgonzola haha. A delight all I enjoyed it from the moment I entered until I left! 10 out of 10

Very nice tasting experience of quality products. Discovery of products in accord wines very well presented with interesting explanations. We appreciated less that we were told several times that we had to be careful to respect the 60 min of tasting because he had a private event after us... the feeling of being shipped (especially since we were largely within 60 min, which was originally announced 60 to 75 min: difficult to “taste” in a hurry). Too bad because the whole extinguishes a beautiful discovery.

Excellent presentation of products from different regions of Italy. Tasting of 3 wines very well presented, glasses of limited quantity to our taste compared to what is advertised in the title: not 3 glasses but 3 small glasses tasting style. Adds 2 liqueur tastings, the last, surprising. Thanks to Carlotta for making us travel so well.

We had a great time during our tasting thanks to Carlota who knew how to give us a nice presentation of the products (in French what's more).
