It was great experience, It does take only 1,5 hours which is the only bad in the course, but the chef was super nice.

I had the best time at this cooking class! Gaia and Goli were so lovely and made this class so fun. They played music and taught us how to make the best carbonara which was the best I’ve had! Everything about this was so fun and completely worth it!

Marzia, by far and away, is not only a top tier chef- but also a great guide, host, and experienced aficionado of Rome. We have been blessed to be here for both our engagement and now our honeymoon. There is no other person who can provide the care and excitement she does. A class of 12 this time; last time 4, and we got the same concierge experience that leaves us at a loss for words. Marzia is simply the best. No one better.
