Our airport transfer was absolutely flawless. The driver was waiting as promised with our name prominently displayed. He was terrific put the puzzle together to pack our luggage into the van. He was a terrific driver and had water to offer during our drive to our accommodations. I would highly recommend this transfer service based upon my experience.

The place to meet driver was easy to find. Driver was about 10 min late which caused a little confusion but he was great!

The best booking for transfers. Weeks prior to trip the communication was constant. They made sure that every detail was covered. Drivers were very professional, great vans. They also were willing to adjust some reservations last minute. Only booking company I would use going forward.

Excellent service and very easy to get to the airport. Ends up being cheaper and faster than getting a taxi and 1st class train tickets, and waiting on a train that will probably be running late. Driver was about 15 minutes early & courteous. THANK YOU!

There was a mis-communication on the pick up spot but our driver made sure to locate us where we were at and come get us. Both drop off and pick up drivers were punctual and reliable.

I’m so glad we chose this car. He was waiting for us when we came out and carried our bags to the car. The car was very comfortable and he had candies and water for us. It was a smooth trip from start to finish. This was the perfect way to get to our hotel after a long overnight flight from the US.

The driver was very courteous and kind and the vehicle was clean and comfortable. The company kept in touch and tried hard to be helpful. The airline lost one of our bags so they waited 2 hours after our scheduled arrival time. After the second hour we had to pay an additional 77 euro due to the delay. Not their fault and we understand. I would use them again. The car provided had enough room for 6 and lots of luggage.

Booked Viator for a transfer to the airport while in Wales about 1 month before trip. Received confirmation with number to local transfer company. When we arrived in Wales and called the local company they had never heard of us. They said they had been trying for 3 years to stop Viator from giving out their number because it was a scam. We were left without transport and Viator has no customer service number to obtain refund.

Waiting in the airport more than 45 mins for the driver. The driver blamed everything to the traffic near the airport, but I was checking the road conditions near the airport on map. It was pretty smooth.

Our driver Mirko was at the airport when our flight arrived. The car was clean and luxurious Mercedes. He took us straight to the hotel.

I booked a car from the Rome airport to our hotel. I can No describe the number to f ways they screwed this up. First of all I provided my phone and email address when I booked. I also gave them the arrival time of our flight and our hotel information. Apparently the question I did not use either my email on my phone contact me I did so Google. These messages I never got. Why don’t you arrive at the airport, no one was there to greet us. The number I’ve been provided was not a working number. After searching on line we are able to find a customer care number that provided us with a recording In Italian with no options for other languages. After another hour and more searching we were able to make contact with someone who had a thick accent and did not speak English. There was no one there who did. After another frustrating 15 minutes minutes trying to get answers and our ride, the clerk, simply hung up on us. Not a happy camper!!! Don’t get let this happen to you. Get a cab or Uber.

Driver was a few minutes late due to traffic but was in constant communication. It worked out well because our flight got in early and we didn’t feel rushed to get baggage.
