Rome Airport To Civitavecchia

Great driver made us feel like family. 5 stars. Took care of everything and even walked us to our hotel which was on a pedestrian walkway- no cars.

He was an hour late. If traffic is bad, maybe plan accordingly. We had to sit and wait in the airport, and communication on where we were to meet was confusing.

He waited as it was insanely busy and super unorganized so I appreciate him navigating and sending me messages. We updated where we were in line often. I wish he didn't walk so fast. Thankfully we could keep up but felt like we were in a race. If I was traveling with my elder parent they could not keep up. He just grabbed two of our bags and started walking at a very fast pace. He didn't say one word to us during the entire ride, maybe because he didn't speak English? It was nice to get in and he had hand towels, candy and room temp water.

Excellent way to travel from Rome airport to Civitavecchia for cruise ship port. Michelangelo was our Driver, Singer, and Artist! A big Mercedes SUV was truly comfortable after long flights. Wonderful transport—no worries! (ps: he has a voice like Andrea Boticelli)

Michael Angelo was fantastic! He was very personable and entertaining. He’s a professional singer and driver so we were entertained thoroughly from our airport pick up to the hotel. On arrival, he made sure that we were connected to the people we were meeting and that we had everything we needed to begin our vacation.

Our driver was professional and the van was a Mercedes luxury van that was new and was spotless. Definitely would book again!

It was reassuring to know driver will be there, which our driver was even though our flight was two hours late. He carried our luggage to his car, which was comfortable and clean. Driver was welcoming.

The driver dropped us off at the hotel but noticed there wasn’t an elevator so he took two large bags up the stairs for us. He was very prompt.

My flight was delated of 30 minutes arrive at 10.05 instead of 9.25. I was at 10.30 for waiting for the driver at the info point. I call +393382245164 at 10.40 and the Guy told me that they have weat for me 2 hours and call me ofen. After hé tell me that i will havé to payed 50 euros more for an other driver. 5 mimutes later the driver was There. Only 5 mimutes???? He call the diver if i do not pay i will asked the driver to let me on the side of the ROAD..a kind of rip off So i clain 50 euros. Il will be back in Canada the 26 of june. 1 819 357 6741
