Rome's Iconic Ancient Temple: Pantheon Entry Tickets

Audio guide keeps shutting down, although it was downloaded before visit, once inside Panthein you can not download it again

Booked online for 2.30pm express entry and paid double the actual ticket face value. Turned up on time and was told at the entry needed to collect tickets from a dodgy bloke holding an umbrella who was very rude and disinterested. Lots of back and forth with our phones to get tickets and when I did they were for 4pm not 2.30, so had to change plans. My advice…. Don’t use them, got to official site or queue on the day and pay face value for tickets and get in when you planned, this is a con!

Everything was okay. We didn’t wait in a line and we got our tickets on time. Pantheon is very nice and worth visiting

Make sure you have the what app as that’s how we ended up getting our tickets. This part was very confusing.

crowded like everything in Rome at this time of year but lines moved quickly and once inside it was not so crowded and the building is MAGNIFICANT Checked off one of my bucket list items since 10th grade Latin class

The architecture was breathtaking! Book fast track tickets. You get in quickly! Make sure to take pictures! You will not regret this!

Great tour, learnt a lot and was the right amount of time. The audio tour guide that was sent to us was easy to use and we were v able to use our phones to listen

The tickets were quick and simple to book, they send you all of the information up front including a diagram of where to line up which is super helpful. It made it super easy to skip the line and the added audio guide was a nice bonus. I would definitely recommend this for anyone visiting the Pantheon without a guide!

So glad we prebooked this excursion on Viator. Others waited in extremely long lines and were not able to get in!

Pantheon was great to see. The line situation is confusing, even with the tour instructions during the busiest times. The entrance line was clear down the street with no indication of how long it takes to get in, we arrived prior to scheduled time and when we got to the front were told to wait, we were 10 minutes too early for our scheduled time. Just be aware of your ticket time and don't try to get in before that time. All signage was blocked by the massive crowd of people.

This was a very easy trip, going past the massive queues is a definite plus. Also booking an early slot, as the site is not big

Having tickets before getting there is the best way to see the Pantheon. The only issue was I didn’t realize I had to download the WhatsApp. Since I booked through Viator, I would have preferred to get the tickets through Viator, not have to download another app.

What an easy and stress free way to buy tickets and to receive them in my email. It was easy to find the entrance as it was clearly marked for me and allowing me to enter when I wanted to.

Very informative audio attached to the spectacular history of one of the most iconic structures. Me and my wife thoroughly enjoyed visiting this and would recommend this tour to anyone that has not been there already.

Great building, a lot of interesting information, but very confusing online ticket purchasing system. You can buy tickets onsite, but the line is longer, especially in the morning.

I still had to stand in line with the advanced ticket but the line moved fast. The Pantheon is really worth seeing; it is an amazing structure.

The online ticket line looked really long but moved very quickly as long as you had your tickets downloaded and respected time of entry. The audio guide provided by Viator was interesting and not overly long. Be sure to trace the movement of the sun across the dome if you can.

Pantheon was great, ticketing process was confusing and took many steps to get from the provided voucher to an actual ticket.

Pantheon was amazing and definitely worth seeing. The instructions by the service provider were great and very helpful. There was a long line when we arrived, but it went very smoothly and quickly!

I received a voucher for my tickets online. I was told where to go at the Pantheon to redeem them. We were able to go in 15 minutes before our assigned time, and take as long as we wanted inside. A link to a free audio tour was also sent, but we did not use it.

This is a great place to visit. Is this "tour" needed. No. You can do this on your own by securing tickets through the site in advance. This tour provided nothing extra.

No problems. You do need a phone and your own ear buds or whatever to listen to the audio tour that they supply. And internet to download the audio. Audio narrative was very good.

A lovely activity and very fairly priced. Booking online made the whole experience really easy, as we were able to avoid queuing, which was especially helpful when visiting with young children. The building itself is absolutely stunning and well worth seeing. Everything was straightforward and enjoyable, making it a great activity to include while exploring the area. We really enjoyed our visit and would definitely recommend it, particularly for families with young children.

⚠️ BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received from this company. They claim that my Pantheon tickets were sent via WhatsApp and that they were marked as “delivered”. However, I did not receive them on my phone, as I didn’t have a consistent internet connection while travelling. What makes this even more strange is that my Colosseum tickets, purchased through a different company, arrived without any problem. I did receive an email confirmation from this company which stated that I should follow a link to access my tickets. I followed the link, and it provided me with a booking reference and barcode. However, when we arrived at the Pantheon, the staff refused to accept the barcode, meaning we were unable to use the tickets. This was particularly upsetting as visiting the Pantheon was a bucket-list experience for us. To make matters worse, I was also charged a fee to change the time of the ticket, despite making the change within a reasonable timeframe and well before our visit. I contacted the company to explain what had happened and requested a refund, but they refused. I feel very let down by the whole experience. Based on what happened, I would advise others to be very careful when booking tickets through this company.

Take your time inside. Like every monument in Rome, take your time. Take it in, enjoy it for the art, for the devotion, for the architecture. It’s a great spot to people watch, enjoy some food, and just enjoy Rome!

It was quick and literally no lines, and I have a booking for early afternoon. Made it easy in and explore.

Was shocked by how amazing the Pantheon was. 2000 years of continuous history and felt like you had left the busy city as was so calm and quiet inside.

I liked the experience! There is still a tickets line to wait in, but this was a much faster entry for sure.

Beautiful building full of very interesting history. The audio guide is very informative and totally worth adding, the experience would not have been as impactful without it, definitely add the audio guide if you want the history explained to you in depth.

The tickets through Viator were more expensive than the official site, but it was easy to purchase and we got right in at our designated time.

Easy. Easy. Easy. I wanted to make sure we had entry and didn't have to stand in multiple lines to first, but the ticket, then wait in line to get in. Significantly more money but to keep, worth it.

This ticket was definitely worth the money. While the entry fee at the Pantheon is not much, but there is always a long line. This ticket made it very easy and didn't have to wait in line

Wow! What an incredible place to visit. Really appreciated the communication on where to queue etc as it was a little busy outside but well worth it!

Our time was booked for 9:30 but when we received our actual pantheon tickets they said 9. Had I not noticed, we could have missed our entry time because the time to enter (with tickets) was so incredibly long. Otherwise the process for booking and receiving tickets was smooth and reliable.

I was told experience was at 7:30. Turns out it was actually at 13:30. Viator made mistake. It cost me money. I will need a refund.

It was beautiful inside. Im glad it is a church now qnd not a pegan temple!! Its been rebuilt three times through out history

I bought an entry ticket for 9:30am and I was able to stroll right in. No waiting! It was still fairly crowded inside, but I enjoyed the audio, which came along with my ticket.

The pantheon is beautiful on the inside. But it’s not really worth going in unless you are trying to take those trendy photos. I enjoyed looking at it from the outside then in. Still overall good tour.

The price hike on these tickets was a little bit hard to swallow, but it made for very easy entry and for us, worth the uptick. We enjoyed it more than we thought we might.

Awful, I went there to find your Rep. and they were no where to be found, no both, no sign, no nothing. Walk around with senior citizens for an hour and we got there 30 min before time to meet. We had find someone else paid another $300 for there services.

The site is incredible but the pre booked ticket is not as good as one might think the line for entry is longer for pre booked tickets the day we went and if you make it to the front 30 min before the time in your ticket you have to get back in line 🙃we went through the line twice! For us it would have been better to buy on arrival but that might be different later in the season.
