What a wonderful way to end our trip to Italy! Alessandro was an exceptional teacher – very encouraging and fun. He was great with the kids in our group. We really enjoyed learning to make suppli, pizza, and gelato under his direction. In many classes you just watch the instructor make the gelato, but he paired us up so that we were each making a different flavor of gelato. It was some of the best gelato we had in Italy. The pizza and suppli were also exceptional. Very fun class!
My family did a cooking class with Marco. It was a great experience, our six-year-old daughter had a lot of fun and really enjoyed all the food. It was one of the best meals we have while in Italy.

Without question, this was the best thing our family did during our time in Rome. Chef Marco is phenomenal. He is knowledgeable, funny, patient, and incredibly talented at making everyone feel welcome. What impressed me most was how effortlessly he connected with both adults and children. We attended as a family, and our kids had an absolute blast. In fact, they said it was one of the best experiences of our entire vacation. The class is hands-on, engaging, and fun from start to finish. You learn real cooking techniques, enjoy amazing food, and the atmosphere is relaxed and memorable. By the end, it felt less like a class and more like spending time with friends. The food was outstanding, the experience was unforgettable, and Chef Marco’s passion for what he does shines through in every moment. I don’t write many reviews, but this one was easy. If I could give this experience 10 out of 5 stars, I would.
We had an amazing time during this cooking class. The instructor, Alessandro, was enthusiastic, engaging, and knowledgable about the class and menu items. Every person was able to get hands on experience. My 13-year old loved it as well. The suppli especially was amazing! Highly recommend this experience!

Took this class while visiting Rome for our honeymoon and we absolutely loved it! Our host, Alessandro, taught us a lot about making pizza dough, gelato, and supplí. Not only that, but he taught us why each step and ingredient was important. Learning the “why” behind everything was one of the best parts. And we got to eat everything after!! The place was easy to find, and the cooking room was modern and clean. At the end we got certificates and a small recipe book so we could re-create the food at home! Fabulous experience, absolutely recommend.

Just tried this experience a few hours ago and I must say it was a choice I will never regret! Extremely friendly host who went all the way to help me prepare 2 of the 3 courses gluten free, gave the 11 year old in our group an extra helping hand when the pizza dough didn't work out as planned, greeted our birthday participant with candle and song, etc. Authentic atmosphere, tasty Montepulciano red wine, high quality ingredients, hands on pizza dough throwing lesson :-), cleanliness and good wibes throughout the cooking session! Thanks to all group members as well, it was so much fun meeting you! Highly recommended.
We did the pizza and gelato cooking class as a family of four (two adults and two kids aged 11 and 13) and it was one of the highlights of our trip. The class was relaxed, well organised, and very engaging for both adults and kids. Everyone got hands-on making their own pizza from scratch — from stretching the dough to choosing toppings — and the instructor David was patient, fun, and great at explaining things. The atmosphere was friendly and welcoming. It felt like a genuine local experience rather than a touristy activity. Highly recommend this class for families — educational, interactive, and a lot of fun, with very tasty results at the end of suppli, pizza and gelato - & a box to take home what we couldn’t eat. A fantastic way to create memories together.

What a fun experience!!! Alex was our teacher/chef and boy was he amazing! This was my husband’s first time attending a cooking class and he loved everything about it. We met great people, drank good wine, laughed and learned some delicious recipes. Oh yes, and we ate!! Truly a wonderful evening and Alex made it a great memory for us.
This was the highlight of our trip! The class was kept small (just four of us), which made it feel very intimate and hands-on. Chef Davide was amazing — he explained every step clearly, not only showing us how to do things, but also why. It made the whole experience so engaging and easy to follow. We’ve been eating incredible food all over Italy, but the dishes we prepared here were honestly the best of all. Couldn’t recommend this class more!
Spechless. Cause I even didnt expect it! It was great experience! I had not fun time in Rome, phone stolen at the restaurant, Positano messed up trip, but I am so happy that I booked that cooking class for last day in Rome. It was fabulous. Gelato was fantastic, supli oh, I tried it first time and it was so delicious, and pizza so crusty 🤤. The class was fun. We were with French family , and had lots of fun. And don’t forget there is bottomless Wine 🤣. Thank you chef Alex! He was fantastic! It might be pricey that other classes around , but believe me it is worth it! Clean and great place, and most important SAFE!
Highly recommend for family activity. Alex was fantastic and entertaining even for my 7 year old! He was knowledgeable, patient and so much fun. The entire class was well paced so all 3 of my kids could follow along and not be bored or rushed. The food and wine was excellent!! We learned a lot of tips we are taking home with us.

This cooking experience was excellent. The setting was comfortable (ac) and there was seating. We were welcomed when we arrived and were able to wait in another place with ac. Jacob was terrific at explaining each step to us as we used quality ingredients to create our meal. The group size (9) was perfect. We had plenty of space to create our dishes. This was a totally enjoyable experience that I highly recommend to everyone😊

Great afternoon making pizza, suppli and gelato with Chef Alessandro and drinking plenty of wine!! Perfect activity for solo travelers to mix with others in a fun casual environment. The cooking facility was spotless and Chef Alessandro was very patient with all the novice pizza and gelato makers. The pizza, suppli and gelato were absolutely delicious and we all had plenty to eat! Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a break from Rome sightseeing!

This expereince was truly memorable for my wife, son and I! Chef Max and the staff were THE BEST! GRACI! The location was epic (right next to the Colosseum, Palatine Hill and the Forum. We did the Gelato, Pizza and my personal favorite - Suppli class. Again - Chef Max was extremely knowledgeable, fun, personable and relatable. We had a great group of folks from Ft. Worth, Ft. Lauderdale and Manhattan. Chef Max was very funny and matter of fact throughout the course. This place is worth the expereince and a great way to get away from the crowds!

Absolutely loved the Authentic Roman Pizza, Suppli & Gelato Workshop with Max! Atmosphere was just great, Max explained every step in advance, answered all 5000 questions and everyone felt in ease with him! 3 hours of workshop just flew, not even a second was boring. And honestly - can't recommend enough, don't know if it's possible to ask for specific chef in advance, but if possible, I absolutely would. It was a perfect way to spend the last evening in Rome. Thank you!!

I did not know what to think about this one but I had a feeling it would be fun. Warm welcome and patience was displayed from the beginning. I learned so much in such a short period of time Nd it was easier than I thought. My end result was unbelievably good!
Great teacher and great food. Highly recommend. Had tried making pizza at home and was never that successful. Learned a lot from the chef. Simple recipes, but teaches you great technique. One of the highlights of our trip. Ended up with a ton of food that we took back to our Airbnb.
